Samsung Galaxy A52 Unboxing & First Impressions

Hello guys welcome back to another video, and today we are going to take a look at Samsung Galaxy. A52 now, to be completely honest with you guys, I've ordered the 5g version, but instead I received the 4g version that has 8 gigabytes of ram and 256 gigabytes of storage. The color of this phone is awesome black. As you can see, the box is unopened. Let me just cut through here we have the paperwork with sim ejection tool and inside we have quick start guide, and the warranty card also included on the box. We have a gel skin case, which is a nice touch.

To imagine that the new flagship Samsung don't have a charger in the box. They only have a cable. This is the phone itself. As you can read here, we have an infinity old display, quad camera with optical image, stabilization and ip67 water and dust resistant. As you can see here no number, it only says Samsung Galaxy.

This color is exactly as they say. It's awesome, it's a black matte color, and it's awesome. Now the back of this phone is plastic and okay, you can feel it in hand. That is plastic also included on the box. We only have one USB cable, which is type c on one side and type an on the other and a fast charging brick.

Now the phone kinda has some bezels. Let me just go through the menu real quick. This is the a51. This is the a52 a51 is thinner, but it feels better in hand. Now.

This has this emptiness here in the back of the phone same thing with the a51, but in a52 it's more noticeable. The buttons are on the right side, the volume buttons the power button, while on the bottom we have a speaker type support. We have a microphone here and the headphone jack, despite the fact that we don't have earphones, but I believe that everyone has a pair of earphones lying around the house now looking at the menu. We see that this phone has android 11 straight out of the box, and the display can get very, very bright. You cannot see it here on camera, but it can get very bright now.

Let me just go on settings about phone software information and, as I mentioned, we have android 11 with one UI 3.1 here on the device care we see that we have 8 gigabytes of ram and 256 gigabytes of storage. Let me just check for an update okay. So, even though this phone is new, we have a security patch update of one February, let's open the camera. Now here we have the 64 gigabyte option here, but I would recommend you use the regular 3x4 where you can also do uh, 0.5 or the wide angle camera. You can go up to 10 times zoom on this phone, which I believe that is still good, and it still has some image stability.

We have video, and we have up to ultra HD, but we don't have 60 frames per second. We only have 30 frames per second, and we also have this super steady mode, but instead of that, I would have preferred Samsung to include 60 frames per second on this phone anyway, other than that here on more, we see that we have some other features on the camera. Slow motion super slow motion. Portrait macro shots, night mode, etc. The default settings of motion smoothness is that we have it set on high, which means that the phone is on 90hz refresh rate by default.

F51 is 60 hertz, I don't know if you guys can see it on camera, but it's pretty obvious the 90 hertz refresh rate also compared with a51. This looks like a s21 ultra and someone that doesn't know the difference might get this phone for a s21 ultra. Now this phone is pretty smooth. Actually, there is nothing much to say this phone speaks for itself. If you are trying to get a new mid-range phone, I would recommend you get this one, because at the price of 350 euros, which is equivalent to around 400 us dollars, that's the price I paid for this phone.

This is a very good phone. Of course, you can go and get a Google Pixel, but if you want to stay on Samsung, this is a very good phone to get. You also have the a32 or the a72 versions of the phone, but this is kinda in the middle, and it's the best choice for you. It has a 90 hertz refresh rate. It has an optical image, stabilization of the camera, but please keep in mind that this phone is still a mid-range and is not to be considered as a flagship device, even though it may look like one don't get fooled by the cameras.

This phone is a mid-range phone. Let's see how fast it will open the phone- okay, not the fastest in the world, but it gets the job done. As I mentioned earlier, this phone is not to be confused with a flagship phone yeah. The fingerprint is slow, but it gets the job done now. Let's open YouTube.

Let me just find the video now, let's watch a YouTube. Video take a look at the screen resolution. This has a display up to 1080p with 60 frames per second, and this display is a very good display. Now, let's play the video and test the speakers uh, okay, so the speakers are loud enough and very good. Also, you can hear a little of bass coming from the bottom firing speaker.

So if you are in the middle of two choices, you want to get a 51, and you want to get the a52 now keep in mind that this phone is kind of old, even though you can still find it new, but it's kind of old actually, but it has a very good price. Now, with similar specs, I mean 8, gigabytes of ram and 256 gigabytes of storage, for the a51 will cost you around 300 us dollars. While for the a52 will cost you around 400 dollars, I mean for an extra 100 dollars. I don't know guys, but I would go with the a52. It looks much cooler than the a51 with the three round cameras here.

It looks like a flagship phone, and it will outlast a 51 on the updates. A51 started its life with an older version of android, while this one started its life with android 11. , and I believe that for another two years this phone will get regular updates. Fingerprint is kind of slow, but it gets job done now. This was the video guys.

I want to thank you for watching. I will see you on the next one.
