iPhone 11 Vs iPhone XS CAMERA TEST! (Photo Comparison)

Hello everyone welcome back to the channel guys so another camera comparison, and this time it's actually going to be between the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 10s, and honestly I can't believe I didn't even do this comparison before I should have done this I'm. So sorry, I do apologize, but I figured I might as well do a little of a different approach so before I kind of tried, my best to like showcase the images side-by-side, and it was kind of boring, honestly. But this time I went ahead and brought those images on my screen on my computer. So we can take a look at them side-by-side. So it's a little different. It's probably not even going to be that much more interesting, but I figured I might as well switch it up a little now.

The iPhone 10s is kind of the predecessor to the 11, but it's really not. At the same time, the 10s is, you know, was $1000. When I came out, the iPhone 11 is like five $6.99, however I will say in the use market. A 10s is about the same price as an iPhone 11 brand new, so I've already done a full comparison between these for everything except the camera. So if you want to watch that one go click, the first link down in the description or type in simple PACA space, iPhone, 11, vs, iPhone 10s and my video will be right there.

You can even just type in iPhone 11, vs, iPhone 10s and my video, probably the first one so now that all that preliminary stuff is out of the way, let's go ahead and get on with these photos. So I'll be completely honest. Both cameras have some features that the other one doesn't have before I even get into this thing. The iPhone 11 has an ultra-wide sensor, the iPhone 10 s has a telephoto sensor, so both kind of do the opposite of things. But you know some people might prefer one.

Some people might prefer the other, so I can't necessarily say one is better than the other I kind of do like ultra-wide now a little better, but that's kind of a size effect. Now, looking at the first photo like I, said, 11 photos on the Left iPhone 10s photo on the right, and what I can tell you are straight from the first photo. I, don't really see too much of a difference between them. I went ahead and zoomed in a little like on the grass part and again, I couldn't immediately tell a difference, but when you kind of look into it a little, you kind of get to see that I think the iPhone 11 photo looks a little crisper like on these little leaf things right here versus something like this now for the majority of people, I, don't think a lot of people are going to care too much like. Oh, the leaf looks a little more pixelated or whatever, but one thing I immediately saw is like with this leaf.

For example, it does look a little grainy on this specific one. It looks a little more in focus, I'm, pretty sure, they're the exact same grass leaf too, and also looking at like the dust of on this grass leaf right here. It looks a little more focus and a little clearer here and a little less noisy versus something on the iPhone tennis. So that's just me: it's not a big deal, but for the first photo. That is something that I immediately saw.

I went ahead and looked at this little like edge right here and as you can see, the edge looks almost the same, but it looks a little sharper on the iPhone 11 versus the iPhone 10s, so nothing too crazy. But that is one thing that I immediately saw so and a crazy thing, but something that I kind of point out looking at the next photo again, not too much that you know is going on. They look almost exactly the same. The lighting wasn't that great either, so I wanted it testings and different lighting overall and immediately what I saw I didn't know. I could look like that.

Is that the cube a little like you feet? No, there are different angles, but if you kind of look at the top, this is kind of a reach. But it looks like the colors here a little popping out more like if you looked at the little orange here versus the orange on the iPhone 10s, it's nothing too crazy, but I do feel like maybe it's a little better in my opinion on the iPhone 11 again I'm, not using the like the Vesper terminology, but nothing too crazy, but something I figured out notice, but for the most part this photo they look almost identical. So there's not a lot of time to spend on theirs. So there's no point in spending a ton of time on that one. Now this next photo, however, I did notice quite a bit of difference.

So for those of you don't know if you've never seen my comparisons before I, don't have to focus on my phone or anything I just should let it autofocus and go from there, and I believe you know from my firsthand experience the iPhone 11 photo looks so much clearer. I mean just look at that one up in the middle of it I mean without a doubt with the iPhone 10s photo. You know, isn't bad if you're looking at it from a distance, but when you kind of zoom in I mean look at the difference here, look how much more in focus and how much more I guess more, a high definition! That's sharp the iPhone 11 photo looks versus the iPhone 10s photo again and nothing too crazy. They don't look horrible. If this one doesn't look that ugly, but when you compare them side-by-side, I was pretty surprised to see this, so when I was taking, the photo dude I, like I, immediately saw a difference which was pretty surprising so between these the iPhone 11.

Definitely one here, I'm, even looking on the outside, like look at the little like door frame here right whatever, and look at this one. Look how much better this one looks in this one. You know so nothing too crazy. I mean it's not like an insane thing. I wouldn't up great just because of taking photos on doorknobs or something, but this one definitely looks and definitely takes the cake, in my opinion, over the iPhone 10s photo now.

This next photo is a side of MacBook, and immediately I mean look at the size of the MacBook. First, I feel, like you know, this one looks a little on the lighter side of coloring. This one looks like on the darker side, so it depends on which one you like, but I, believe the desk itself looks so much better on the iPhone 11. If you kind of look I'm side by side, you can see how the iPhone 10s interpreted the desk and how the iPhone 11 interpreted it and I feel like it's more in tune with this one than this one I mean they're, not too big of a difference. Honestly, you might not even see the big difference between them, but immediately.

That is something that I saw right out of the gate. So, however, with that being said, I feel like this one looks more sharp on the iPhone 11, but this one, you know it doesn't look that bad either. It looks better like brighter, in my opinion, so I don't know which one is better, but they both look almost the same now. This next photo is one of the camera lens and again nothing too crazy going on they look. Almost the same I was trying to see some crazy differences, and honestly I couldn't really tell that many to be honest kind of looking around the camera lens itself.

You can see that there's a little of a yellowing going on with this camera lens. This one looks a little darker. There's that's really the main difference I saw, though between everything else, looks exactly the same, pretty much the same both effect going on. They both seem to be about the same blurriness for the background. The camera lens is in focus in the middle and that's pretty much it for this one, nothing too crazy, going on pretty simple photo in my opinion.

Now this next photo was actually taken in pretty bad lighting. There wasn't a lot of lighting going on. There was kind of a window, but it was kind of covered, and I'm pretty surprised by how well the iPhone 11 did here. So, looking at that actual rag or towel in the middle, you can see that there was a little of you know noisiness, or it's kind of a little blurriness to be honest on the iPhone 10s photo on the iPhone 11 photo. It seems to be a little more in focus and when I took this photo.

This is another one that I saw right out of the gate. How much better this one looked, and even looking at the door back itself for the wall. For that matter, look how much more detail you're getting in the iPhone 11 photo than the iPhone 10s photo I mean there's still a lot of information. That's kind of being left out here. I mean the little graininess or whatever.

In the walls itself. The iPhone 11 was able to pick that up where the iPhone 10 s was not able to pick that up. So it seems to me that the iPhone 11 photo is able to get more detail in those photos than the iPhone 10 s photo. Is it a crazy thing not really if you're looking at it from a distance like if you're looking at it from out here, you're, not going to be able to tell that much, but once you do kind of a look into it and get a little closer? That's when you start seeing these little details and everything and humongous thing not worth upgrading just for that of my opinion, but kind of something to note, and this next photo is demonstrating portrait mode on both these cameras, and again I tried to take him from the same distance. They were a little weird I'm gonna, be honest: I, don't notice that big of a difference between portrait mode on these they look almost exactly the same.

In my opinion, zooming into the face a little, I, don't really see too many extra details. This is kind of creepy I'm not going to lie. I, don't see too many extra details or something let's see if we can zoom and like straight up into an eye or something like that, and maybe I don't know like. If you kind of look closely, you might be able to see a couple more hairs. There seems to be a little more noise on the 10s photo.

It seems to be a little more in focus on the iPhone 11 photo, but that's kind of a reach for the rest of it. For that matter, it looks almost the same in my opinion. Maybe there is a little more detail on the iPhone 11 photo, but again that's kind of a reach. They look almost the same in my opinion. Now this is another photo I took in pretty bad lighting.

I took it under a desk. There wasn't really that great lighting, but both of them showcase pretty decent photos. In my opinion, not a lot of you know missing information on the 10s this time if I go ahead and zoom into the grains in the carpet. Actually it seems to me that the iPhone 10s photo looks a little clearer here. So not really to sure what happened there for the actual Rubik's cube itself.

It looks about the same. Nothing too insane going on nothing that speaks out to me. So nothing too crazy in this photo for that matter. Now this next photo I took in really, really bad lighting. It was like a hallway that had like no light at all, and I wanted to showcase the difference between these phones and low light.

So look how the iPhone 10s took this low-light photo. That's I mean it's not a horrible photo. I mean it is a bad photo, but for being in the specific setting that I was in its kind of understandable, but the iPhone 11. This is no flash. Actually I took the photo with flash on first, and then I had to disable it and delete that photo, and then we take it- and this is the one without flash with that night mode and I will say, with the iPhone 10s you take the photo it instantly takes the photo with the iPhone 11.

It's actually you know it takes about three seconds for it to actually take a photo in night mode, and it's automatic, so it automatically detects it, which is nice, but look at the difference here. This is with night mode. This is without it, and I can definitely tell you between these the iPhone 11. Definitely one of the photo comparison here. I mean the differences here are insane, and you know for that matter.

The iPhone 11 definitely wins in low-light photography and that's the biggest advantage. The 11 has, in my opinion, in this photo now. This is another photo outside nothing too crazy going on for this one either. If you look at the two photos and the two leaves in the middle get to kind of see that there's may be a little of differences here, I mean the leaf itself. This almost a little more yellow than this leaf.

But besides that, I don't really see too much going on if I go ahead and zoom in to these two leaves down here, you can see that I think it looks a little more blurry on the iPhone, a lot or the 10s photo if I go and zoom into the actual leaf itself, let's go and see how much more detail there is. If you kind of look at these little grainy things underneath the leaf itself, you can see how they're kind of a little blurry not in focus not that much detail going on, whereas on the iPhone, 11, they're, still kind of in focus and there's still a bit of detail on it. So without a doubt, I'll definitely tell you I. Think for this photo right here. If you're, not zooming in your know, you're not going to notice that big of a difference, but I'm trying to be as detailed as possible and I, don't really see that big of a difference between them to be honest, but once you zoom in your get to kind of see it from firsthand experience.

This one seems a little more accurate, but I kind of do like how this one looks to be honest, so that one was pretty close to my opinion and those photos of a brown thing and again, I will tell you this one seems to be more accurate. I feel like the actual color is of this, but this one might look Op link to you guys I mean it seems like the iPhone.11 is doing a lot of post-processing, so I feel like in real life. It's more like this color, but this one seems to be a little. You know I, guess better to some people. If I zoom into like the side of this thing here, this one actually seems to have a little more detail.

My opinion. Let me zoom in a little more yeah again. This one seems to be a little more detailed, but regardless you know, this is kind of how both interpretive brown, color and I kind of like how this one is but, and this one seems to be more accurate, but some people might like this one I, don't know, but I kind of give the edge to the 10s in this photo on this photo I try to be artsy with it, I kind of took them at different angles, but you notice how the big of a difference looking at the little rice thing right here, not that big of a difference that I can see this one seems to be I kind of like how this one is really honestly. They both look almost exactly the same in terms of coloring and everything. This little line right here versus this line.

This line seems to be a little more. On the lighter side, like I said this one seems to be a little browner. Oh, not that big of a difference on it, so they're, almost kind of the same looking at these leaves outside this one actually looks pretty nice. They both look really, really nice photos if I go Han zooms into this specific leaf. I, don't really see too many missing details on the iPhone 10 s or 11, but once I zoom in a little more museum and into this specific leaf and again once you zoom in a lot the same so town and everything, but look how much more in focus and how many more details we're getting in the eleven photo versus the iPhone 10s photo.

That's the main difference I've been able to see that coloring and everything that's kind of to use their own, whether you like it or not, or for this specific case I'm telling you, it seems to me that the iPhone antennas kind of still misses out on a lot of details once you zoom in, but once you zoom out like you, don't really notice those big of differences to be honest, but that is something that I immediately saw right out the gate. Now this next photo is just of the little plant thing. These plans, diagram, I'm. So sorry, it's kind of sad. But again you don't really see those.

Many differences to be honest, they both look exactly the same. My opinion they both look like pretty decent photos overall, so I mean I'll, definitely give the edge to whichever one they both look exactly the same now, this last photo is actually demonstrating ultra-wide mode. So, as you can see same distance same everything now the 11 grand it isn't really focused, and I didn't have to focus. Maybe if I did it would have changed it, but this is more so demonstrating the ultra-wide aspect of it. Look how much more you're able to get into a photo than the iPhone 11, then the iPhone 10s, so that's pretty surprising in it of itself or what I will tell you are.

Is that with the iPhone 10s, you do have that telephoto lens, which is really cool, so nothing too crazy. But that is something that I wanted to know, but what I can tell you are done without a doubt. The iPhone 11 does, in my opinion, offer more details in a photo overall and the iPhone 10s, which is pretty surprising, the same megapixel counter and everything it seems. This means that the software for the iPhone 11 is much better. What I will tell you was the 10s is still a very good camera.

Obviously you can still do a lot with it. There's a ton of features on it. There's just a couple: cooler things with the iPhone 11, which is pretty surprising because that's a cheaper phone that one the iPhone 10s came out so to eat your own I. Definitely do like both phones, I think the iPhone 11 might have the better camera sensors and software overall. But if that one was like a 10 out of 10, the iPhone 10s is probably like a 9.5 her, maybe like a 9 out of 10 Apple lowest, so that'd out both 400 great and if you owned both of these. Let me know your experiences with them in the camera department and in the comment section below I'd love to hear all, but that's pretty much it guys if you have any other questions or anything leave it down in the comment section below hit that, like button that'll mean so much, but definitely hit that subscribe button.
