Samsung Galaxy a52 5G Teardown By Geardo

Hi everyone welcome back to Geo. Today we will show you how to tear down or disassemble the Samsung Galaxy a52 5g mobile phone for repairs. To start, we need to have the right tools to proceed with the tear down which you can find in the description. First turn off the phone and take off the sim tray then followed by the back cover removal to remove the back cover. It needs to hit gently around the back coverages until the pasted adhesive becomes soft. For this we are using a heating pad place, the background side on the heating pad and select the mobile phone heating option and leave it till it completes.

Alternatively, you can use a heat gun or hair dryer once the heating has completed, use a suction cup to create an opening between the frame and rear cover. Next insert a plastic car pry tool or something similar to cut the adhesive around the back cover, take out the back cover and take out the main board frame by undoing screws, undo, 10 screws and lift the protector cover using a pry tool. Next, from the left hand, side disconnect the battery plug next for pulling out the logic board, undo, one more screw that is secure in the logic board and then disconnect the main flex and antennas and next using a pry tool, pull out the logic board next, on the logic board, disconnect and take out the front macro and depth camera modules and then disconnect the main and ultra-wide camera connectors on the rear side of the logic board. Next move to the bottom section and undo six screws to take out the PCB cover next disconnect and take out the main ribbon. Cable next disconnect and take out the touch ready, sensor, camera and both antennas next undo, one more screw and then using a pry tool, lift the secondary board which, including the charger port and headphone jack next apply the heat and take out the vibrator motor next take out.

The battery first apply the heat to soften the glue under it and then use a plastic car pry tool or something similar to cut the adhesive under it.
