Redmi Note 10 Pro Unboxing & First Impressions: Best Budget Phone 2021!

Hey everybody welcome back to tech odyssey, so I'm here with a surprise, new phone that just came out today- and this is my unboxing and first impressions of the Redmi Note 10 pro. This is the first time that I've had my hands on a Redmi phone. I've tested out some Xiaomi phones before solid products. I've covered several of them here in the last year. This one is the first time I've got my hands on one of the Redmi Note series devices, and I was really excited about it, because the note 8 was one of the top 10 best-selling phones of last year. So they've done some really cool things with this phone, it's kind of a budget mid to your phone, but at the same point in time it's got a 108 megapixel camera.

It's got a 5 000 William battery, and it's got a 120 hertz refresh rate. So if that doesn't excite you about this phone, then I don't know what will. But before I talk too much about it, we're going to go ahead and dive in and do the unboxing, but before we do that, I do want to say if this is your first time stopping by the channel. I appreciate you being here if you enjoyed the video, please hit the like and the subscribe button and the little notification bell. If you want updates when new videos come out now, let's take the sucker out of the box.

So here we are with the Redmi Note 10 pro. Let's go ahead and take this out of the box and, like I was saying this is the first time I've ever gotten my hands on one of these phones, so I'm really excited about its snapdragon. Well, apparently they sent it to me with the tape already broke. This is the review unit. They sent me snapdragon 732g 108, megapixel camera, which is like just wow.

I'm really surprised by that, and you can see some information here on the front, so 732g 120 hertz AMOLED panel 6.67 inch AMOLED, not an LCD dual speakers, 108 quads, 108, megapixel, quad, camera 33 watt fast charging. That's just crazy to me what they're able to put into this more like a mid-tier phone, not even upper mid-tier. It's like a budget mid-tier, it's really cool. We got the documentation. There comes with the clear case with the frosted back appearance on it.

So that's nice, sim ejector tool there. Let's see what this one looks like it's crazy, all the different phones now that have got the 108 megapixel camera like the Xiaomi phones, I've been checking out and also the Samsung phones. So there's a lot of phones that are using this. Now, I'm going to take the plastic off here. I really, really like this color, that's on here.

It's like a graphene kind of gray. With this gradient light, reflecting uh properties too, it looks really nice, and then I like this kind of silver around the camera there, as well, because with that kind of old school look to it. So this is really cool here. It's got the sensors here, there are four different ones: the LED flash over there says ultra and then the body on it. It feels really premium 5 000 William battery too, so this should last absolutely forever headphone jack up top.

I like this kind of flush design on the ends. Very, very much reminds me of the Xiaomi me 10t pro 5g. This is cool. They did a good job with this USB on the bottom and then, of course, the speaker there and then the speaker up top. So we got speaker, we got speaker, and then we've got the handset speaker there as well.

So that's fascinating how they did that sim card goes over here and then power button which I believe doubles as a fingerprint sensor as well, and then the volume rocker over there. So, let's press the power button fire this sucker up this one. Yes, it has a screen protector. Already pre-installed, you see the Redmi there see what else is in the box here, I'm expecting an international charger.33 watt charger it'd be real nice. If I could use this, I can't, but it's nice that you get that 33 watts, it's really impressive, and then we've got the charging cable here looks like USB a to USB type c, so you're covered there as well and that's pretty much it for the unboxing process and again 120 hertz refresh rate.

That's some serious business on this level of phone, the Redmi branding there as well. I'm really I'm really digging the way. This looks. This is very, very impressive, so let me go get this set up, we'll come back with some more impressions, so this is a pretty sweet phone you saw from the unboxing. It's got a lot of neat things going on with it hardware wise, and it's just a beautiful phone.

I have, I don't think, been impressed with this kind of phone color in a while. I do love my mystic gray color. On my z, flip. I pretty much made that well known. I love that color and this one right here, this onyx gray.

It almost has kind of like that cat eye effect. It's just it's really impressive, and it feels, and it looks very premium as soon as I took it out of the box and picked it up. I was like wow. This does not feel like a mid-tier or a budget series phone at all, but it really isn't it's very much a solid mid-tier phone, but even has some flagship remnants and specs in it. It's got a 108 megapixel camera which does nine to one pixel binning.

That's pretty ridiculous for a phone like this, and if you look at the snapdragon processor, that's in it. You see that it's a 7 series. It's got a snapdragon 732, that's not bad at all. I have the Pixel 4a, and I've used it with the snapdragon 730 g, and it is a fantastic phone experience and I called it the best budget phone of 2020. This is a 732g, it's bumped up a little, and it's got more than enough to power.

It doesn't really lag or slow down. The camera is very nice. The shutter speed is fast. Being able to play some games on here is also cool. You can play Call of Duty mobile, no problem.

You can play pub g on here. No, no issues whatsoever. The baseline model has 64 gigs of storage and six gigs of ram, but you can also get 128 gigs of storage and two different models there, depending on where you grab it with six or up to even eight gigabytes of ram. So that's nice there, and you have expandable storage on the SD card slot. If you want to throw something else in there for additional storage capacity, you're good to go one of nice feature, is it has the headphone jack? So if you want to plug in your wired, headphones or earphones, you're totally covered there, and then it's got Bluetooth.

So you can connect your wireless earbuds without any problems whatsoever. This has everything. It's even got an IR blaster on it for people who love to use those for their TVs, so they packed as much stuff in here, as you would imagine for like a few years ago, flagship phone except it's a mint earphone. So that's pretty cool what they brought to the table with this is impressive. It's also got an eight megapixel ultra-wide.

It's got a five megapixel macro lens camera, not the two. Furthermore, it's got the five, so it can take some pretty capable pictures and then a 16 megapixel front facing selfie camera. So it's got pretty much. Everything that you can ask for the fingerprint sensor is unbelievably snappy. I have used some lower priced Xiaomi phones over the last year and the fingerprint sensor on This has been a little on the laggy side, and this one is this one's super zippy.

It actually kind of reminds me of the pixel a little in that regard as well. You also get facial, unlocking technology, and you got a 5 000 ml amp battery, a 5 000 ml amp battery and a 1080p 120 hertz screen it's going to last you all day long, no problem whatsoever. It's a 6.67-inch ammo led too it's not an LCD. This is an actual ammo lid. The color saturation is not as dark and as vibrant as you would get with some colors and the tones as you get like a Samsung panel, but this one right here for what it brings to the table.6.67-inch screen. It's got that tiny hole, punch, 16, megapixel camera on the front like we talked about and the bezels on this thing, pretty much go edge to edge.

It's pretty well seamless. I have been pretty much impressed from the get-go ever since I started using this and yeah. It's also got the stereo speakers. You got a speaker up here on top, you got a speaker on the bottom, and then you've got the regular handset speakers. So it's not like they mixed it.

Together. You actually get two dedicated speakers that have good sound, and they have plenty of volume. So you don't have to worry about that either there this they did a good job with this, and I'm impressed. I really am so that's about it. As far as my unboxing and first impressions of the Redmi Note, 10 pro so far, two thumbs up for me, I'll, have the full review coming along with this as well, so you'll be able to see all that stuff see some camera in action.

It shoots 4k video at 30 frames per second and 1080p at 60 frames per second, so it's capable there and there's a couple other tricks up its sleeve that I'll cover in the full review. But this right here very quick and fast for me anyway, because you know I like to talk but yeah, I like it, so you've got an USB charger, got everything that you could possibly ask for. It's a shame that you can't get these in U. S. carrier stores, because this right here it would sell like hotcakes, and it even comes with that free case too, and a built-in screen protector, so you're covered straight out of the box with no problems with worrying about dropping your phone or having to worry about it in that regard.

So super cool, it's even running mini 12, and it's running android 11, which that's based on, so you've got pretty much everything that you could ask for here in a nice perfect. Looking package, the only downside I've really noticed so far is it does like to pick up fingerprints and dust on the back, so you'll see that it's good to keep it inside the case. If you take it out, and you want to play with it, it's going to look kind of dusty and get fingerprints on it throughout the day. So you'll have to wipe it and clean it off, but it is a seriously nice looking phone. I totally love this color.

So that's all I've got on my unboxing and first impressions of the Redmi Note 10 pro. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them down. In the comment section, I will get back with you if you enjoyed the video, please hit the like and the subscribe button and the little notification bell if you want updates when new videos come out and as always thanks for being here, I appreciate you watching, and I'll see you guys next time.
