Realme GT vs Redmi K40 Pro vs Mi 11 EVERYTHING ELSE!

Hi guys it's Frankie from Frankie tech good to see you guys again, and I'm here with what I call my everything else triple comparison between the Realme gt, the Redmi k40 pro and the Xiaomi mi 11. What do I mean by everything else, because guys I've covered a number of aspects of these devices in other videos? Already, we've done the an tutu throttling test between these devices and the big camera test from yesterday as well. But today I want to cover everything else so going through design, display performance, talk about the battery talk about the fingerprint scanners and vibration motor and then wrapping up with the audio speaker test between these phones, which is the best affordable flagship for your money. Let's have a look starting with design, and we have 8.4 millimeters versus 7.8 versus 8.1 186 versus 196 versus 196. , and here you see the designs. These are all very well-built beautiful, affordable, flagship phones.

Now, yes, the Realme gt and the Redmi k40 pro are using plastic edges, and that will mean you're not gonna. Get that cool to the touch. Aluminum feel that you get with the Xiaomi mi 11. , but you know that said the build quality of these two phones is actually excellent, and you can see you have top speaker grilles on these two phones and none on the Realme gt, but you also have USB on all these phones, speaker, grills, and you have a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, which is a win here for the Realme gt and the buttons are very click on these devices. I do like the Realme gt's little yellow accent and looking at the backs, and I do love the color on the Realme gt, but this Damascus knife back on the k40 pro is truly something special and the camera modules I've mentioned before guys.

I do appreciate Redmi's direction and camera modules, while the Realme GTS feels a little 20 19 20 20. At this point and on the front you can see the chin on the Realme gt is a little larger than the one on the Xiaomi mi 11, but about similar size to the one on the Redmi k40 pro, but in punch holes. I feel this is where the Redmi k40 pro has it beat with this tiny centered punch hole. I do like the placement on the Realme GTS a bit better, but would love to see smaller punch holes in the future. All in all guys, these are all very beautifully designed phones, but if I only could give it to one, it's going to the Xiaomi mi 11 from this gorgeous silky matte glass back to the aluminum build quality.

This phone is just at another level in terms of build quality. Next to these phones and talking about displays, we have a 6.43 inch versus 6.67 versus 6.81 display size on these phones, super AMOLED, 120 hertz, on all these devices and guys I don't have a problem with the Realme gt's display, but let me tell you I've gotten so accustomed to larger displays now that even at 6.43 inches, I feel like I'm using a phone from like 2019 with this Realme gt, and I'm not sure the decision. Why Realme is kind of sticking to these smaller display sizes, when even other phones from like Oppo or OnePlus have moved to larger sized displays? Now you could say the Redmi k40 pro is the sweet spot in terms of size.6.67 is a large, comfortable, viewing area, but remember again guys I've reviewed so many phones with this display size that I was kind of hoping. We would see something bigger in 2021 and that's exactly what we got with this me 11, culminating in a who plus 120hz display that is hands down the best aspect of this phone. It's the first UHD display from Xiaomi, and it is a beauty you can't go wrong with any of these displays, but if I could only give it to one it's once again going to the Xiaomi mi 11.

This display is the reason you'd want to get this phone. It is just at another level over these phones and when it comes to YouTube, playback you'll have a great experience on the Realme gt, k40 pro and the 11. Now, of course, you see the ascending size here personally, the mi 11 is the most attractive to me there, but the tiny punch hole on the Redmi k40 pro does make for a more immersive viewing experience. But you know that's not to knock the Realme gt because I think it's punch hole is definitely in a better spot than the Redmi k40 pro, and you're still going to have a very immersive terrific viewing experience on this realm gt, but guys hands down when it comes to content with HDR 10, plus on board and 1500 nits of peak brightness. You're, probably not going to have a better viewing experience watching content on any other phone than on this Xiaomi mi 11.

, but in DRM info it's another story: l1, l1, l3 and guys. I think this is where the separation between Xiaomi and Realme can really be felt. You will have l1 on the affordable flagship options from Redmi and Xiaomi. If there's any one single change I would recommend realm to do is to get l1 on this flagship. Realm gt a lot of people import, these phones from China, and I think this would be a great call to include l1 on your future releases and talking about performance.

We have a snapdragon 8fest here on the channel some serious power in these phones. Now, of course, I need to address the elephant in the room, which has been this an tutu benchmark controversy on the Realme gt and guys Realme has actually reached out to me with a statement saying that they are now working with an tutu to try to address the concerns that the company did have with the benchmarks of this phone and real me. States they've always adhered to the benchmarking standards of companies, including an tutu, in this case, but regardless of the controversy, this is still a powerful device guys and with 12 256 gigs ram and storage capabilities on paper. This Realme gt is still the most powerful device that I've tested this year, but, as you saw guys in my an tutu benchmark test that the Redmi k40 pro definitely produced the more stable results and even though it did not reach the heights of the Realme gt, it only throttled around 50 000 points in my testing and as much as I love the 11 look performance and overheating has dogged this phone for a couple of months. It's not going to affect day-to-day use, and it definitely doesn't stop me from being able to recommend this phone.

But it is something to keep in mind if you are pushing this device all in all guys, despite the specs on paper for this phone and the fact that the m11 also has the triple eight I'm giving the performance win here to the Redmi k40 pro. It just delivers the most consistent results that I've seen from a snapdragon AAA phone this year and in terms of software, we have Realme UI version 2.0 versus mini, 12.0.3 on the k40 pro and me11 and guys I actually do enjoy real me. UI quite a bit. It tends to be a much smoother, much leaner experience and, I would say it's less feature-rich, but at the same time Realme UI has definitely evolved a lot from where it started from the smooth animations to the buttery experience. You're going to have a great time using Realme UI on this realm gt.

But at this point guys this is almost as useless a conversation as iOS versus android. At this point, you're stuck in your ecosystem and to a lot of you out there, you will likely prefer the UI 12 and its version of android over realm UI. So I'm just going to do this, I'm calling it a tie, and it really depends on your preference, whether you like mini, 12 or real me, UI 2.0 you'll have a terrific experience regardless and talking about battery it's 4 500 milliamperes versus 4520 versus 4600 on these phones, and generally I've been getting around five to six hours of screen on time. On the Realme gt, with around six to seven hours on both the Redmi k40 pro or Xiaomi, me 11 and that's running at 120 hertz, you can definitely get even better battery life on these three phones. If you go down to 60 hertz, but when it comes too fast charging, there's only one device here that takes the win, and that is the Realme gt with a charging time of under 30 minutes.

This phone offers not just great battery life but terrific charging experience and is just at another level. Next to the excellent charging experiences of both the Redmi k40 pro and the Xiaomi mi 11. And so, if you factor in battery capacity and charging specs, then this is the one area where I think the Realme gt takes the win offering the best overall charging and capacity experience of these three phones and talking about fingerprint scanners. We have an optical in display on the Realme gt versus side mounted on the k40 pro and let's do a quick fingerprint test here. Three: two one: there you see these phones get in almost instantaneously, offering superfast super responsive, fingerprint scanners, but I will mention guys.

It was strange that Redmi did not include an optical in-display, fingerprint scanner on the Redmi k40 series and in general I think the optical in-display, fingerprint scanner is more of a flagship spec than the capacitive side mounted I mean why else would Xiaomi include an optical in-display, fingerprint scanner on their flagship me11. Now between these two, it's a close race, but because of realm's animations in Realme UI, it just gets into the phone even faster. So if I had to give the slightest edge in terms of fingerprint to one of these phones, it's going to the Realme gt, but when it comes to vibration, monitor we have an ascending experience here. The Realme gt's vibration, motor while good, is still not to the level of the k40 pros and the k40 pros. Likewise, while very good is still not to the level of the Xiaomi mi 11.

The vibration motor in this phone is by far the best that Xiaomi has ever put in one of their devices. You'll have the best haptic experience of any phone this year with the mi 11. And when it comes to comms you'll have all the latest comms on all these devices, including Bluetooth, 5.2, NFC, Wi-Fi six and all these devices, of course, are 5g capable, but the mi 11, being the global variant, will offer you, bands, 20 and 28 support out of the box as well. Now, let's wrap this video up guys with the audio speaker test between the Realme gt, the Redmi k40 pro and the Xiaomi mi 11. Now I think I know how these results are going to go, but let's have a listen to some lounger and then talk about these results.

When we get back. What can I say- and I'm still very surprised guys how good the Realme gt's speakers are considering? It doesn't have a dedicated speaker grill at the top, and you do have a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, which does, I feel, give this phone an edge overall next to the Redmi k40 pro. But once again the mi 11 just pulls through here delivering one of the best sounding dual speaker: experiences on any phone I've ever tested, and it combines the loudness of the Realme gt with the clarity of the Redmi k40 pro to bring you sound. That is just next level and yes, we don't have a headphone jack on this phone, but as a flagship, audio listening experience, you will have the best one on this Xiaomi mi 11. , and so that's it for this video guys and my final verdict between the Realme gt, k40 pro and me 11, look.

Each of these devices brings something terrific to the table. If you value great performance and superfast charging, then the Realme gt is your choice, and this phone also did very well in the camera test. Yesterday, the Redmi k40 pro, on the other hand, I feel, represents the most balanced experience of these phones with great performance display design, solid camera performance. But once again, if I could only pick one of these phones to use, I'm going with the Xiaomi mi 11. , there's just something about this device from the sleek gorgeous design to the who plus display.

Yes, despite the overheating issues, I still use this phone day-to-day with no problems. And yes, of course, this phone does start at 749 euros, which is at a higher price point than these two phones, once you factor in every aspect of a phone, there's no other phone. That hits the mark as successfully in all the areas than this Xiaomi mi 11. , and whether you think this is an affordable flagship or a straight on flagship. This Xiaomi 11 for me offers the best experience of these three phones, but hit me up in the comments: realm gt, k40 pro or Xiaomi 11, which phone would you pick hit me up in the comments? I'd love to hear about it and that's it for this video.
