RAZER PHONE 2 REVIEW WITH RAZER WIRELESS CHARGER: 2020 Review Feat. Call of Duty Mobile

What's, going on guys welcome back to my channel I wanted to do a quick review of my phone. It's the razor phone too, but I wanted to do a quick review this year on the phone it came out a few years ago, but I do believe. The phone is still relevant, and I just wanted to go over it really quickly. I'm not gonna, go too in depth on the Android OS I'm going to go over the features that are specific to the razor phone. I'm going to go through it. Furthermore, I'm going to play some games for you, so you can see how it looks, and I'm also going to show you the wireless charger that racer makes just for this phone, and I'll show you how that works.

So, let's just get started here. The phone is pretty standard features as far as just accessibility and all that you got your fingerprint sensor on the side. So, typically, you would just program your thumb and then that'll allow you to access the phone, and then you can also put in a four to six-digit code. If, for some reason you can't unlock the phone with your fingerprint, you can use the number to get into your phone. So sometimes, if your hand is sweaty or there's some kind of moisture, the fingerprint won't always work.

So sometimes you do have to input your code to get into the phone. That's my only drawback, but for the most part the fingerprint sensor does work pretty well and then on the bottom of the phone. You've got your charging jack, which is a USB-C and then on the other side of the phone. You've got your volume up and down buttons here and that's pretty much it. It's got a nice minimalist look, so the most notable thing about the phone is probably the screen.

So the phone is considered a gaming phone, so it does have a 144, it's refresh rate, which can be changed. You can set it to 90, Hertz or 60 Hertz, depending on what you want to do. If you want to conserve battery life, you probably want to have it around.90 hurts I, keep it up, 140 for the battery, still laughs the entire day. For me. So it doesn't really affect the battery life too much, but if you do want to change the refresh rate, you do have the ability to do that by going to settings, and then you go to display and then refresh rate, and then you see there you can set it to 60, 90 or 120.

Also, this phone has a chroma feature on it, which allows you to change the back of the logo. So you can see there that it's currently being displayed in a green color that classic razor green color, and it's currently at a medium setting, so I have it set. So if you go to chroma, you have three different temperatures, so you have low medium and high I. Have that medium right now, which is perfect for me, but you can set it higher if you want I, didn't really see a big difference between medium and high, so I do leave it at medium, just because it does affect the battery life philosophies. It's constantly on, so I leave it at medium.

You can change the color. If you want, you can change it to blue, and then you see there. It's blue so another thing that the phone has is a game booster mode which, while you're in a game, it's basically the phone just performs at its maximum capacity when you're gaming, so that you get the best performance out of the phone while you're naming. So if you go to game booster, it gives you a setting where you can select the maximum performance, or you can select power, save mode which will conserve the battery life. More I find that, while playing games, you only get about 45 minutes of gameplay before the phone just starts, giving out and get a little battery signal.

So when I play games on it, I find that the battery lasts around 45 minutes. So again, booster has three different options. You can select custom power. Saver performance I have that performance which is going to drain the battery pretty quickly, but you're going to see the best graphics and games and the highest refresh rates, so I keep it our performance since I, don't use it too much for gaming, I use it more for productivity and just general use, so I keep it up performance. But if you do game a lot I do recommend you have it at Power Save, just so that it gives you a little more juice and lasts years longer throughout the day.

You can also turn on do not disturb so, while you're playing a game, you won't get any notifications. So your phone calls your text messages and any other pop-ups will not come up during the game. So I'm going to jump really quickly into a game. I have Call of Duty and pub G I'm going to jump in a Call of Duty, so you can see how it looks just keep in mind, I'm playing it at the max performance, so it should be able to see it at its best one date, 1002 is the speakers on this phone are pretty good. For the most part, it does have Dolby Atmos.

So this sound is a little more 3d light. So I do kind of jump in your face a little, which is great for games like this yeah. The phone is just so smooth in this game. It's incredible. The controls in this game are really, really smooth as well.

I mean it's I, never find myself getting stuck or anything. So that's a pretty cool feature. The wall, if you do tend to roll around I, would have been nice. We've taken the lead, so I'm just told her I need back there. Yeah, yeah either definitely file you're, either BOTS or people that quit yeah.

So the display on the phone is great. Has a really nice big screen bright colorful, which is what you want that gaming phone and as you can see the game looks great, looks very high quality, very sharp resolution, and it's just really fun to play. I mean I can play for hours. The camera on the phone is pretty good as well. It takes 4k and 1080p photos, it also reports in 1080p, 60 frames per second and every cord and 4k at 30 frames per second.

The only downside on this phone I would say is: it does have a glass back and front, so it's very fragile I would highly recommend getting a case even though I don't like cases on phones just because I find that it adds too much bulk to it, and I would rather just risk it, and it just looks nicer without a case. To be honest, the cases that they make for these phones are just really bulky, and they do protect the phone. It's just it just looks really bulky and kind of ugly, and you know I think the phone. Is it just showcases the phone better without a case, so another thing I would say about the phone. The battery life is pretty good.

It lasts me all day with general use, so I'm going to go ahead and show you guys poke. Gee, I'm going to start that up again the speeders on this phone, sound, really nice. When you crank them up pretty high at max volume, they do tensor crackle a little. So just keep that in mind. Since the games are- or they do have a lot of sound effects, it does tend to add a little of stress to the speaker's, so they do sound, perfect they're very loud.

They just crackle a little at max volumes, so I'll recommend keeping it at maybe 50% to 75% volume should be good enough. Just going to create quick person here, just I'll stay with that I started. Cocaine makes sure the brightness is up. You can pull down a quick menu from the top. You can lower the brightness to increase the battery life as well.

This game does run very smooth also, and the graphics on this game are insane. These controls are very similar to Call of Duty. So most of the games that are first-person shooters have similar controls. So you don't really have to learn how to do too much if you're used to playing Call of Duty frenemies for you good as well. It's playable, it's not as smooth as Call of Duty, but it's its very playable even over mobile.

So you can see the graphics look. Pretty good. Colors are really nice. They pop out. If I can get somebody I'm sorry, it's not very little boring right now, but that's how these games are.

So, if you guys are interested in the phone I'm going to leave a link to the phone down below they're, currently going on eBay for around two hundred and eighty bucks, so don't buy the phone at a retailer because I think they're charging about eight hundred dollars, which I think is way overpriced. This is a great entry level. Gaming phone I think if you're looking for a perfect value, I think if you buy it on eBay you'll, definitely get a good deal. You're going to get it refurbished, but it's literally a burning phone I mean I, didn't see any more maladies in the phone. I have dropped it a few times and I did get a little knick there on the side, where the thumb print is but other than that I haven't really had any other damage done to it.

It's pretty it's pretty good. Overall I love using the phone I did come from an iPhone. So for me to say that the phone is good is saying a lot. I love my iPhone, but I have to, say I love the size of this phone and the screen and the refresh rate altogether. It is just it's just so great to look at.

It makes the experience a lot smoother and the colors on this phone aren't a lot more vibrant than on the iPhone. So if you're looking for a really great gaming phone, I strongly recommend this one. The only other thing I would say is when you're typing on the phone. It tends to miss type, a lot of words. I, don't know if that's an issue with the phone- or maybe it's just me, but I do find that I've missed a few words sometimes, but other than that.

I will give this phone a solid, eight out of ten. So this is the official wireless charger for the razor phone ? I, bought it for around 149 dollars on eBay I. Think I got it used. It's really, really hard to find these just because they're always out of stock they're highly wanted by all that have the razor phones. So this charger has rapid charging.

So, if you're really low on battery at 1%, it could charge.
