POCO X3 GAMING REVIEW | AFFORDABLE MIDRANGE KILLER!

Boy manila: this is from manila shaker. com, and this is the awaited gaming review of the Poco x3 NFC. This phone in case you didn't know, is a head thinner because it has incredible specs at unaffordable price. So what are we waiting for? Can we really game with this budget? Wise, mid-range smartphone? Let's find out in this video? Let's start with the price Poco x3 is currently priced at 10, 190 pesos, and this at this cost. It will give you a 120 hertz, full HD, plus display with gorilla glass, 5 protection, 5160 mm power battery with 33 watt, fast charging, a powerful mid-range, chipset, 6 gigs of ram with UFS 2.1, fast storage, 64, megapixel, AI quad, camera with lots of camerae, features serious speakers and great haptic feedback. And, lastly, it features a dual cooling system, with heat pipe and multi-layer graphite sandwich on its real panel and below the screen.

When it comes to gaming, we want to feel the vibe and sense of being a mobile gamer, while this Poco x3 NFC can give you the immersive feel. First, it got stereo speakers for gaming with surround sound, a nice vibration, 240 hertz sampling rate for faster response time when aiming skill and shooting towards the enemy. Now, let's try the hands on of its power. First, we will start with 100 battery because we will conduct some battery test. Then we will launch the game from the game booster implicated in the settings.

This has a performance mode to further improve our gaming experience. First game is PUBG mobile. We are in HD plus high settings and in order to use ultra frames or 40 fps, just lower the settings to lower quality, the game is stable, and no frame drops upon landing. Poco x-ray NFC is not struggling to play with this triple-a game. Even fighting and scoping RFPs is fine.

We recorded 30 fps with 99 stability, and since it is equipped with 120hz, we tested the 90fps option in the GFX tool. However, upon playing the game, the frames are only in 30. Fps means that it only supports 60 hertz, which is a bit understandable, since the device can go up to 120 hertz, but the configuration for the screen is 60 and 120 hertz only. Nevertheless, the game works. Fine.

We tried to set the frames to 60 fps, and we get smooth gameplay even in ultra settings, but the device is getting warm bumping up. The settings are still great, but not recommendable and disclaimer. The GFX tool used here is for the test. Only now for the second game League of Legends, wild rev, a recommended setting at first try was on balance mode, which we tested is super smooth as 60 fps with 100 stability and on its open beta stage. We can play at ultra HD definition, which we cannot enable anymore.

So we tested the max available. That is high definition setting with 60fps mode, and it has no signs of frame drops. It has a constant value on its frame, but if it can only be played above 60, it can project more still stable, even mid-gain. We encounter team fights and clash. Still.

The frames are in constant 60fps with 99 stability and the device temperature is surprisingly stable as well. Overall, we can play all day. Wildlife in this device without any problem. The same goes for mobile legends, a RTS game which is a highly demanded game in the Philippines and lots of smartphones, even lower ones, can play mobile legends easily without frame drops. And yes, as we predicted, the game is smooth on the Poco x3.

It has 60 fps and 100 stability on HFR mode with high settings. Even we turned on HD on the game. It is still playable and no stutter or frame drops occurred. Next game Call of Duty mobile. We conducted some multiplayer and battle royale games and on multiplayer with a recommended setting of medium plus high.

Thankfully, all settings are unlocked, including max frame rate on high quality and very high frame rate for very high quality. The game is pretty stable, with a bit of lowered frames, but about two times in four games, and it only occurred if there was an explosion or scoping using sniper. The game is pretty smooth, even bumping up the settings to max and played a couple of multiplayer matches. The game is still stable, and the temperature is just okay. Now on battle royale, the game is pretty stable on the recommended settings.

Even we are gliding on the terrains and fighting enemies. Still the game doesn't introduce sudden frame drops, but when we bump it up to very high frames and stability reduced, the game is still playable. However, when the GPU loads graphics, it uses the 99 of its capacity and, yes, it will result in sudden frame drops. So the recommended setting is high, plus max frames for smooth and effective gameplay experience. Last two games are from photo developers.

First is the Songhai intake honkies impact is somehow struggling in this phone when cinematic, storylines or ultimate flash on the screen, it will encounter. Drastic frame drops a bit of frustration when we out, but if we fight the enemies with just normal attacks, it gives stable gameplay. We tried to bump the frames to 60, and it is surprisingly more stable than playing at 30 fps. However, it is still experiencing some drastic frame. Drops when we old, we tried to lower the settings to the lowest possible settings, but still it encountered those frame drops.

This is a bit disappointing, but we believe that games. Optimization is the main problem here since triple a game like PUBG mobile can easily run in Poco x3 NFC. We will update you later about what causes the frame drops soon. Moving on to genii impact, this game is new and there's a lot of optimization after 1.1 update and, as we said earlier, it has a liquid cooling below the screen and in the back and since the game uses the GPU more and as we play for hours, I can't even feel some heat on my thumb. If you're a mobile, gamer, you're, probably going to use a thumb sleeves to prevent sweats and heat friction, and it hurts our thumb when the screen itself increases in temperature.

But no we don't feel that kind of hassle in this device. So the game is not 100 stable, even in the lowest possible settings, but it is enjoyable, it is still playable. We can't go up to 60 fps though, but when we enable 60 fps mode, we get 45 fps with 94 stability when roaming, the map and 97 stability inside the dungeons. The game is pretty stable inside the dungeons because it doesn't load as much graphics here. Overall Poco x3 can play Gandhi impact with low to the lowest settings and just tweak other settings to find better graphics without sacrificing stability.

Finally, our battery update after 2 hours and 20 minutes of gaming, the battery reduced about 30 percent, which is a solid performance because it has a five thousand one hundred sixty million power battery, despite riding at 1080p 120 hertz display and thanks to the cooling system, with the eight nanometer chipset, the heat flows well reducing the battery consumption. Hence, this is our result for the battery test. So here's a bonus clip after we tried benchmarking and gaming. We tested its multitasking capability by doing a streaming test, so we downloaded Streamlabs for Facebook streaming and still with wide riff. There is no reduction in performance, even if we only have 6 gigs of ram, while other competitor uses 8 gigs of ram.

We also tested PUBG, we only recorded some reduced fps due to GPU rendering, but still playable, overall satisfaction, comfortability and feel these three aspects we are looking for in a phone is inside this value-wise smartphone. This phone can play with high graphic, demanding games, even newest games like wild drift and gang shin impact, and yes, the performance is impressive. We get satisfaction thanks to the immersive feel it gives, while gaming and for the price it values more than it's priced, and this is unbelievable. For us, this is the best mid-range killer phone this year as of date when it comes to price, but who knows? Maybe there are other upcoming smartphones that will unveil before 2020 ends that will replace this budget mid-range king and that's a gaming review of the Poco x3 NFC for the mobile gamers that need an overall device. This is the cheapest mid-range that is powerful enough.

However, if you want to play with higher graphics, higher fps well, there are smartphones that can deliver such things. That's it.
