Poco M3 Unboxing + First Look: $129 For Black Friday!

Hey everybody, I hope you guys are out there safe. So this is the Poco m3. This is the newest phone from Xiaomi sub brand that just got launched um a few minutes ago before this video went live, so I have to say up front. I don't know the official price of this phone as at the time of me, filming this video, but by the time you're watching this, the price will be public, so I'll have it in the description below it's really hard to evaluate this phone without knowing the price, because this is not a premium flagship phone, the components here, a little more modest. But despite that, you still have a pretty lively and large 6.5 inch display. You have a pretty unique design with this.

I believe this is plastic, but it feels like leather. It's like fake leather, but I like it. I think this is a unique look from the 55 other budget phones out there on the market, and this one has a 6 000 million-hour battery. That's really large, and you can reverse-charge other devices with this phone, so just plug in an USB cable, and you can charge other devices, so this can be a portable battery pack too. Basically, but before I continue talking about the Poco m3, I want to take a minute to talk about my sponsor wonder share.

So wonder share is a software company that specializes in making a lot of useful software for your computer and mobile devices in this video, I'm going to talk about PDF elements. This is the all-in-one software to handle all your PDFs. So usually, when you open a PDF file, you can't really make many changes to it because they're not a Word document, but with wonder share's PDF element pro. You can make changes to your PDF as if it's a Word document you can do anything like add text to it add images or markup, and the good thing is this. Software is cross-platform, so I have it installed on my MacBook Pro.

I also have it installed on my android phone, my iPhone 12 mini and my iPad Air. So you can do whatever you want to your PDF file. So, for example, you can tap on text. You can edit this if you want to say overview of departments instead of division down. Here you see it says hello right here.

I actually wrote that on the Apple Pencil earlier and if you want you can move this images around here, make it larger, maybe delete this logo, and, what's more once you have the PDF loader on PDF element pro you can search for text within the PDF, for example. I want to look for this part b2 talent, so it's CTRL, fine, b2 talent, and you see it has highlighted the parts where it showed up so even on iPhone 12 mini. You can do quite a lot of stuff to it too. So earlier I took a picture of this receipt, and I'm able to mark it up maybe put a stamp on it that says approved. So this is useful if you handle expenses and finances for your company now, the iOS app is even better on the iPad Pro or iPad Air because it supports Apple Pencil.

Now, for my viewers right now, I have a link in the description that will give you 50 off the software. So if you're interested, if you do a lot of work with PDF files, you might want to check it out. Okay back to the Poco m3, so I've been using this phone for about five days now, and I think if this is priced at the right level, this is a perfect budget phone, because you have a 6.5 inch display FHD plus panel. The water drop notch is a little outdated looking, but otherwise this is a pretty nice looking panel. Maximum brightness is okay, if I put it against the sun, it's slightly hard to see now, despite the fact that this is a budget phone, you do get stereo speakers, and they sound quite loud and full so loud, stereo speakers, a serviceable display and six thousand million-hour battery, which would probably last you two full days unless you're like the heavier users, makes this phone.

You know more than suitable, depending on the price. Now considering the fact that the Poco x3 NFC, which is a really damn good phone sold in Europe for 240 euros, I'm guessing this phone has to be under 120 euros, so you're looking at maybe 130 140 us dollars, it could be lowed. Actually, so I think if it's under that price, then I don't think you can nitpick too much about the build quality of this device. Now the snapdragon 669 on here, it's a relatively capable chipset. You can still play most games at high graphics, setting without suffering from frame rate drops and obviously, when you're launching like Instagram and YouTube stuff, like that it will run smoothly.

Now, look at the camera array I do like the design of this camera ray is a triple camera system. The main camera 48 megapixels is actually quite good during the day, but at night it suffers quite a lot. You're going to have to turn on night mode, but the good news is, when you have night mode on photos at night, look serviceable, particularly for this price range. Now, unfortunately, there is no ultra-wide angle camera in this phone. I kind of surprising for 2020.

Actually, the other two cameras on here are just a two megapixel macro lens and a two megapixel depth sensor. So the lack of an ultra widening camera really limits the versatility of this camera. Let's test the cameras a little more, we'll go outside to the patio, and I'm going to test, video stabilization, okay, so video performance tops out at 1080 30. You can't see any higher than that, but for the most part, if you keep still colors and details, look pretty good, but when you move there is no stabilization at all, but ultimately, until I know the price of the Poco m3, it's really, really hard to give a final evaluation. I would say this phone is over 150 us dollars.

It is not worth it because you might as well get a Poco x3 NFC for just another 80 90 on top of that. But if this phone's under 150, let's say it's 140 130, then I would say it's a reasonable deal, but if it's even lower than that, let's say if it's 110 euro or 99 euro, even then this would be a pretty good deal if you're someone on a tight budget who just wants a phone that will work and get the job done with respectable software, because this phone runs me UI 12 on top of android 11. , you know all the animations and everything are pretty nice pretty clean. This is only a 60 hertz panel, so it does not zip around. But for the most part, this is better software than you would get from those really budget and send gen brands like boogie or league.

So anyway, that's about it for this quick, look at the Poco m3 again I'll have to price in the description below whenever Xiaomi announces it.
