iPhone SE vs iPhone 6 - Speed Test! (4K)

Hey guys its time for a speed test comparison between the iPhone 6 from two years ago. I think yeah 2014 versus the iPhone SE from a couple of weeks ago. So let's go ahead and boot both of these two phones up at the same time. Here we go and obviously both are running on the latest iOS 9.3 point 1 iPhone SE comes with Apple A9 chip set, the iPhone 6 comes with Apple A8, so you can see here faster boot, up speed with the iPhone SE, just like the iPhone 6s, and you can see its much faster compared to the 6 almost like 5 to 6. Second difference there so see here, and you can see everything is closed up in the background. Nothing was open, so it was a legit speed test, I'm just going to zoom in a little and let's go ahead and open some apps side-by-side.

Here we go with the phone dollar oops close this and try it again. Here we go and seems like just a slightly faster with the SE. We do have clock and again the difference can not be that much of big. Of course, we are talking about iOS devices. They are really fast.

Naturally, okay, so photos faster on the iPhone SE. We can also try out whether definitely faster on the SE. What else? What else we also have settings? So you can see even with these the normal system based application, you can see the difference there easily that SE is the faster one. Here, let's go a little ahead with launching some games. Ok, it does display it's just too tiny.

You know kind of hard to see through camera, so subway surfer, the first one Wow. It is superfast. Definitely Apple did really make their new iPhone faster compared to previous generations. What else we can open up smash hit faster gain? No doubt about that. Let's see here, GTA San Andreas high-end game, so I'm just going to resume the game or yeah resume the game and see the loading times on.

Both phones skip this okay, let's go ahead and do it at the same time. Wow, this one is a real beast and I might compare it to the original 6s. That also has same specs as the iPhone SE, so that can be a little of interesting comparison calculator. You know every application. It feels like just just, faster on this small iPhone and even just scrolling.

It feels a lot snappier. Let's go to the multitasking here and there you can see there was a small delay with the iPhone 6, but you cannot see or feel any lag when you scroll through the multitasking menus, so I'm just going to go ahead and launch Safari and do a browser test. So I want to do this at the same time. Okay, so I do have private browser browsing opened up, so we can go ahead and launch some similar websites wwe. com.

First one there we go tiny phone hard to type one, two three go and wow. That was really close, actually I kind of missed that, but I think iPhone SE was faster there, but you can see zooming in and out really smooth. Hmm. You can also try opening up some articles like this one come on. Let's see here which one okay, so both are no iPhone 6, actually faster.

Congratulations, iPhone, 6 users, first time being faster than the new SE; okay, so let's load some tech related stuff. Okay, let's go, and it's actually a huge website, so, okay, faster on the SE, nothing new. Let's open up this article Wow this time it was faster on the iPhone 6 that is pretty cool zooming in and out very smooth again. The iPhone 6 just have one gigs of RAM. So it's going to be fun to see how the multitasking or the RAM management will.

You know, work. Let's see here, phone app, so no refresh to be seen on any phone. Let's go back and launch clock pretty much good photos again, no problem there I mean that is something amazing about iOS. Even with the iPhone 6, you get some really nice performance which you might not get from its competitors. You know at that time I think it was galaxy s5, and here you can see whoa I phone 6 yeah, one gigabyte around.

Definitely not enough for some pro stuff and same thing. You know if you open up games will definitely close up in the background. iPhone 6 is a strong phone, but it's not that strong, so I think there's no point to continue this RAM management test pretty much faster stuff here on the iPhone SE, and we can go ahead and do a quick little fingerprint reader test, hair. Also, okay, so both phones are locked and let's go ahead and do it. Okay, if I'm not wrong, the iPhone 6 is actually faster still on what time okay I mean.

Obviously you have to wait these phones up because they don't read when they're sleeping they are lazy, so I think the iPhone SE just slightly faster from not wrong. Yes, dips, they feel exactly the same. But when I unlock them like this, the iPhone SE feels to be slightly faster. You know when you unlock with pressing the home button, but again not that much of a big difference. There I really hope that you guys have enjoyed this video and I might make like a comparison, video, whether you should upgrade from the iPhone 6 to SE, just for speed and yeah.

You know give you guys a little of my thoughts, what I think about the iPhone 6 and the SE in comparison. So yeah I will see you guys in my next video peace out.
