Pixel 5 vs OnePlus 8 Review & Full Specs Comparison

Hey, what's up guys welcome to another video in this video, I'm going to make a comparison between the Google Pixel 5 with the OnePlus 8? So first we are going to talk about the display of both the devices, while the Google Pixel 5 is coming with a 6 inch of OLED panel with a 1080p resolution, gorilla, glass, 6 protection and a 90 hertz of refresh rate, whereas the OnePlus 8 is coming with a 6.5 inch of fluid AMOLED display with a 1080p resolution, gorilla glass, 5 protection, and it is also coming with a 90 hertz of refresh rate. Both the phones have similar kind of punctual camera cutout present in the top left corner of the device and the screens of the pixel 5 is flat, whereas the curved edges are found on the OnePlus 8. Talking about the camera. Well, the pixel 5 is coming with an 8 megapixel of a camera sensor, whereas the OnePlus 8 is coming with a 16 megapixel of a camera sensor. Also in one class 8, you will find an in-display fingerprint scanner moving on towards the back side of the device. Well, the Google Pixel 5 is coming with a plastic body on the back side, and it is coming with a fingerprint scanner on the back side, whereas we will find out a square camera bump on the back side, which is coming with two new cameras.

One is going to be 12.2 megapixel of a camera sensor and the other one is a 16 megapixel of ultra-wide camera, whereas the OnePlus 8 is coming with a triple camera setup on the back side with a vertical camera bump, and it is coming with a main camera sensor of 48 megapixels. The other cameras are going to be 16, megapixel of ultra-wide camera and a 2 megapixel of macro shooter, while having a 48 megapixel of a camera sensor gives you a good quality and detail of the images, but I personally think that its quality didn't match with the pixel 5 images which it can take, and I hope, moving on towards the internals of both the devices. Well, the Google Pixel 5 is coming with a snapdragon 765 g chipset inside with the Arduino 620 GPU, which means it is going to be a mid-range category device instead of a flagship, whereas the OnePlus 8 is coming with the Qualcomm snapdragon 865 chipsets, which is going to be a flagship level of a processor, and it can perform heavy tasks quite easily. Moving on towards the ram we got, 8 gigs of ram and 128 gigs of internal storage and the storage is based on UFS 2.1. It doesn't come with a micro SD card slot, where the OnePlus 8 is also didn't, come with a micro SD card slot, but it is coming with two different variants.

One is going to be 8 gigs of ram and 128 gigs of internal storage, while the other one is going to be at 12 gigs of ram and 256 gigs of internal storage, and this storage is based on UFS 3.0 battery wise. The pixel 5 is coming with a 4080 William of a battery capacity with a fast charging support of 18 volts. It will also support a reverse charging, and also it is coming with a wireless charging support, whereas the OnePlus 8 is coming with a 4 300 William of a battery capacity with a 30 watt of fast charging inside, and it can also include a wireless charging support as well in terms of price. There is going to be an interesting thing which I have found. The OnePlus 8 is coming with a 534 of a price tag with the Google Pixel 5, which has been launched a few days ago, is coming with a 700 of price tag, which means that it is not going to be our good value for money device.

Instead, if you buy the OnePlus 8, it is going to be a good value for money device. Overall, my opinion is that if you want to buy a device which will give you a good value for money, then I will suggest go towards the OnePlus 8 right now, because it is coming with a decent kind of price tag, and it is going to be coming with three years of software update support. It's not that google will not provide you an android update support. In fact, you will find the android update support for pixel devices quite more than one plus, but OnePlus is coming with a more specification inside it's coming with a 90 hertz of refresh rate, a better battery capacity, a better charger inside the box, and also it is going to be cheaper than the pixel 5. So guys.

That is my opinion. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and if you are new here, do consider subscribing my channel for more updates thanks for watching this video peace out.
