Hey everybody- this is Andre here with the Kevin breeze channel and in this video we're going to be doing a comparison between the OnePlus word n105g and the Apple iPhone 12. Let's get started so the OnePlus word n105g has a 6.49 inch, 90 hertz IPS lcd with a resolution of 1080p a PPI of 406, an aspect ratio of 20 by 9 and a screen to body ratio of 83.5. The iPhone 12 has a 6.1 inch, OLED display with a resolution of 1170 by 2532, a PPI of 460, an aspect ratio of 19.5 by nine and a screen to body ratio of 86. So both of these phones do have really great displays. Clearly, the OnePlus word and 105g has a little larger of a display than the iPhone 12, but at the same time, having an OLED display with a higher resolution, the iPhone 12 is going to have a better quality image, so the choice really comes down to which one is more important to you. Would you rather have a larger display with less quality or a smaller display with better quality? Another thing is: if you don't really like larger phones, then the iPhone 12 might have an advantage.
But if you do like larger phones, the OnePlus word n105g is obviously going to have the advantage there. So we got a hole, punch, front-facing, camera right here with the OnePlus Nordic 105g, and this camera is 16 megapixels. The front-facing camera on the iPhone 12 is in this little notch right here and this camera is 12 megapixels. Now we're getting 128 gigabytes of internal storage with the OnePlus word and 105g, and that also has micros card expansion with the iPhone 12 we're only getting 64 gigabytes of internal storage with no micro SD card expansion, so the OnePlus word n105g definitely has an advantage here. There are other variants of the iPhone 12 that have a higher storage capacity, but these are a lot more expensive.
So in this comparison, the OnePlus word and 105g, having double the storage and the possibility for micro SD card expansion, is going to have an advantage now the OnePlus word n105g it does not have wireless charging, but the iPhone 12 does. This is an advantage on the side of the iPhone, because wireless charging is a really nice feature. I wish that other phones that weren't flagship phones did have this feature. A phone like the OnePlus word n105g is not a low-end phone at all, and I do wish that it had simple features that flagship phones like the iPhone and higher-end android phones, like the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra and s series all do have and have had for a long time. I do really wish that this feature was more widely used now.
Both of these phones have faced unlock, but the OnePlus word n105g also has a fingerprint scanner, whereas the iPhone doesn't it's nice to have both because when one isn't convenient to use the other is most likely going to be better and having more options to unlock your phone without having to type anything is always a nice thing, we're going to test out the fingerprint scanner of the OnePlus word and 105g and see how well it works one more time. So it's really fast and responsive, and it's located right back here, really convenient spot to reach. So there's no problem there overall, especially considering the iPhone, doesn't have one. It's really nice that this phone does now take a look at these camera setups, the OnePlus word n105g has a 64 megapixel rear camera, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2 megapixel depth, sensing camera and a 2 megapixel macro camera. The iPhone 12 has a 12 megapixel rear camera and a 12 megapixel ultrawide camera.
So, overall, these cameras are both going to be perfect.64 megapixels is a really high number for a rear camera. Even- and it's also nice- that the OnePlus word n105g has not only a macro camera but also an ultra-wide camera. Having both is great, the iPhone 12 only has an ultrawide camera. Besides the rear camera, it doesn't have a depth, sensing or macro camera, but most likely due to the way the sensors and everything are set up in the rear camera. It doesn't really need a depth.
Sensing camera, that's usually only to assist with portrait mode, so that can easily be made up for with a stronger sensor. Now the macro camera is the only thing the iPhone really doesn't have that the OnePlus word n105g does have now. That really depends on how important that is to you. I personally prefer an ultrawide camera over a macro camera, so it's nice that at least the iPhone has the more useful camera. So these were pictures taken with the rear cameras of each phone they're, both perfect.
The OnePlus word and 105g definitely does take really nice quality pictures and so does the iPhone. I think the main difference here is the lighting is a little better and the overall photo is more detailed with the iPhone 12. You can definitely see the colors a little better and the small details, whereas with OnePlus word and 105g, it does look a little dimmer less detailed and the picture overall has a cooler tint, whereas the warm colors really stand out on the iPhone 12 camera. That being said, both of these phones have cameras that are really high quality and usable for pretty much any purpose. These pictures were taken by the ultra-wide cameras.
I would say the iPhone has a better quality ultra-wide camera. You can really see the details a lot more on the iPhone than you can with the OnePlus word n105g, but at the same time the OnePlus word n105g does have a pretty impressive ultrawide camera as well. These pictures were taken with a front-facing camera same thing. Both of them are great, but the iPhone 12 has better colors and details. As far as video goes, the OnePlus word antenna 5g can shoot 4k in the rear camera in 1080p in the front, and the iPhone 12 can shoot up to 4k in both cameras.
Now, overall, I think it's safe to say the iPhone 12 does have a noticeably better camera. That being said, the OnePlus word n105g, unlike its lesser counterpart, the OnePlus word n100, it is able to shoot photos for more professional purposes. I would be comfortable using this phone for pretty much anything, but if you're trying to get the best quality possible out of your photos without really having to edit them that much then the iPhone 12 is going to have a huge advantage here now, internally, the OnePlus word n105g is getting six gigabytes of ram with the Qualcomm snapdragon 695g processor and the iPhone 12 is getting four gigabytes of ram. With the Apple A14 bionic processor, we ran geek bench 5 benchmark tests on both of these phones and the OnePlus. Word n105g came back with a single core score of 609 in a multi-core score of 1832, and the iPhone 12 came back with a single core score of 1591 and a multi-core score of 4089.
So you can definitely see here. The iPhone's going to be much more powerful and if you're doing super intense activities like video, editing and gaming that take up a lot of CPU have really intense graphics. That kind of stuff, then the iPhone is gonna, be the better choice for that. That being said, the OnePlus word n105g is not a slow phone by any means, and it can really do pretty much everything the iPhone can do just maybe not as well to put the OnePlus word and 105gs processing power into perspective. I believe the Samsung Galaxy note 8 has almost the same processing power as this phone and at one point the Samsung Galaxy note.8 was one of the fastest, most powerful flagship phones on the market. Of course, years later, technology has advanced where phones are much faster, but in comparison this phone is about as fast as an older flagship phone.
So really it's not a slow phone at all. You can still use it for pretty much everything if you're doing all basic and moderate activities up to, I would say, photo editing and maybe more intense video editing, depending on which app you're using, I would say, the OnePlus word n105g does work out completely fine. The only thing is the iPhone 12 is gonna, be able to do a lot of that stuff better when it comes to basic activities, it's not going to make a lot of a difference, but when we get into the more intense stuff really the stuff that involves graphics and lots of processing power, then the iPhone 12 is really going to show its power. Now for the battery, the OnePlus word n105g has a 4300 William hour battery and the iPhone 12 has a 2 815 William hour battery. Now this is a huge difference.
Not only is the OnePlus Nordic 105g going to get more life per charge, but it's also going to last longer over time as the battery degrades you're not going to notice it as much with this phone, as you will with the iPhone, because the battery is so much bigger if you're on the go a lot and don't get to plug your phone in all the time, but still have to use it frequently, then this is something to keep in mind because the OnePlus word n105g is gonna. Last a lot longer now in conclusion, which one of these devices is better. If we're comparing all the specs the iPhone 12 is definitely gonna, be the better device. Not only does it have a better display, but it has more processing power and a lot of other features that flagship phones have that a phone like the OnePlus word n105g just doesn't have. That being said, I think it's important to really think about what you need, because the price difference is huge.
If you don't need to take the absolute best pictures or have the fastest processor or the latest features, then really the OnePlus word n105g is gonna work out just fine, but if you do want the top of the line, camera the best processor, the highest quality display and a lot of flagship phone features, then the iPhone 12 would make a lot of sense. But I hope you guys enjoyed the video if you did definitely leave a thumbs up and subscribe and as always I'll see you guys in the next video.
