M1 iPad Pro 2021 Unboxing + NYC Lifestyle

I was trying to come up with a cool intro, but this is all I got what's good you all, I'm Andy welcome back to the lab. Today's video is all about the new iPad Pro with the m1 chip. I'm going to show you guys a couple scenarios of how I use the iPad Pro in my day-to-day life. We'll go over. Some new features like center stage, where it tracks your face over FaceTime calls that new, liquid retina Dr display 5g for working on the go cameras, ultrawide cameras, iPad time-lapse, but, most importantly, we'll unbox. It is together checks out some accessories go over some specs check out some of my daily apps, and we'll find out.

If this is the right product for you all right, let's get started with the unboxing. This is the 12.9 inch with one terabyte of storage. Everybody likes this part. Is the silver colorway shiny, some instruction manuals, it also has 5g cellular built in. We have an USB charger.

They just added thunderbolt with USB 4 support, and you can't forget about the stickers. This also has 4 speaker audio built in, so you have that crisp, sound alright. Next up, we have the magic keyboard in white, I'm already knowing I'm about to get this hello dirty. I'm already known, I'm not going to read any of this, but it's good to have. I guess- and this is the magic in the magic keyboard- well yeah there we go wow cool.

Last but not least, we have the second gen Apple Pencil, and these out there shout out to all my lefties we out here just like that. It hooks on magnetically off the top, make it drop yeah. Now I'm just going to run the initial setup, and then I'm going to use the backup from my iCloud, and it's going to take around 20-30 minutes, or at least for me, it did all right. So, let's get to the fun stuff, the camera. You probably noticed that you have a couple of them.

You have a wide, and you also have ultra-wide, that is 12 megapixels and then, if I flip it over to me here, I'm recording this is the wide and then once I stop switch to the ultra-wide and boom, and then I'm just going to snap a quick photo look at that ultra-wide boom, video dude ultrawide. So all right, let's talk about center stage. This is a new feature where it pretty much tracks your movement when you're on a FaceTime call, so you notice, as I'm moving from left to right, is following me: pretty cool, ah deuces. Next up is one of my favorite apps master class. I like pairing this up with the notes' app, so I can actively engage with the content and I feel like I learn a lot better with this process.

Next up is connecting to my external 5k display. This is a separate investment, but if you have a MacBook, or you have an iPad that you want to connect to a larger screen, I highly suggest you purchase one of these. You could also purchase a separate mouse. This is the Logitech MX master 3, and I usually pair this with almost all my devices. The application I'm currently running is suffusion.

Suffusion is a video editing software that you can purchase separately. This project that I was working on was shot completely on iPhone and edited on the iPad Pro. Now, let's have some fun. I think this whole video has been pretty serious. I'm going to pair my PS5 controller via Bluetooth, just going to check the dual shock controller right there, and then it's on and popping clap city.

Here's an example on a larger display, so you guys can see I'm still like a super low rank. So I was just marking everybody. We've made it to the final scene, which is my main desk, and I'm currently using the iPad Pro alongside Final Cut Pro with sidecar is pretty much built-in software that allows you to use your iPad Pro as an external screen and for doing something that needs a lot of screen real estate, such as video editing, the iPad Pro is a perfect companion for an iMac or MacBook Pro all right. We made it to the very end. Let's round everything up, choosing 12.9 the silver version, one terabyte with cellular, no engraving, you can't get in Grammy, though it's cool and then that pretty much gets us to about 2k, and then we're just going to add the accessories, pencil keyboard and white and our grand total is 24.77 all right. So you made it to the very end of this video first off.

I appreciate you for sticking around now, you're, probably asking yourself do I really need the new iPad Pro? If you have the 2020 version uh, you don't need it unless you're going to sell it and upgrade it towards the new one. But if you don't own one, and you want the most powerful iPad out, then yeah I would go with it. So I hope that this video gives you a different look into more of the lifestyle of an iPad Pro user versus like just like a review, and that's more so my style. I like showing things experiencing things, and I'm not so much of a technical person. I do know some technicalities, but not all of them that that isn't my specialty but yeah it's been a minute.

Furthermore, I got a couple films dropping my life, Oakland threes, dropping my guitar films, dropping and yeah I'll highlight you all on the next video or film yay.
