LG K20 Plus vs Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime Speed Test By Paul Tech

Hey, what's going on everybody fall tech here and in today's video I got a speed test comparison I get the lg K 20, plus to my left and to my right: I got the Samsung Galaxy j-3 prime, to Metro PCS, affordable devices. So let's go ahead and get straight into it. We'll go ahead and start with the boot up test here now with the LG K 20, plus to my left. This device actually has a fingerprint sensor and the j-3 Prime doesn't I disabled the fingerprint sensor for this boot up test, so we're just going to see which device starts up first and which device gets us into the home screen as well. Looking at a 5.3 inch, Intel HD IPS display on the LG K 20 plus, and get a 5-inch HD display on the j-3 Prime to the right 32 gigabytes of ROM, 2 gigabytes of RAM for the LG K 20, plus 16 gigabytes of ROM 1.5 gigabytes of RAM for the j-3 Prime. So it looks like it was the j-3 Prime that did get into the lock screen.

First, let's see here and yeah, so the Samsung Galaxy j-3 frame does boot up. First, it looks like the LG K 20 plus is still loading as the weather widgets. There we'll go ahead and jump into settings here, and I'll go ahead and share with you would version of Android these devices are running here. So let's go ahead and go into general scroll down to about phone, and we're going to go into software info, so I'm the Samsung Galaxy j-3 prime. You can see this is running Android 7.0 nougat, and we got 7.0 nougat on the lg K 20 plus go ahead and clear out all the recent apps and let's go ahead and get into this speed test. The LG K 20 plus did open up geometry dash faster there. Let's go back to the home screen, or you know what let's get a little gameplay going here as well. So let's go ahead and select that, and it's going to go back to the home screen now, alright, so less there we go.

Let's get an open up, subway surfers as well. You can see a little of a delay there when you are exiting out of applications or games on the j-3 Prime, just a little of that lag. I noticed, but let's see here which device is going to load the fastest I haven't done one of these speed tests in a while. It's definitely been a while, since I've done one of these on my channel I'm going to have to start doing more of these, but it's definitely the Samsung Galaxy j-3 for I'm did open up faster for subway, surfers and one last game here. Let's go ahead and open up this one and see which one is going to load this.

Let's see if the j-3 Prime can load this one up faster as well, but yeah like I mentioned I'm, going to definitely be doing some more speed test. I got a lot of devices that I want to compare, and so I'm definitely going to be doing more of these. So let's get a little gameplay going there. Alright, it's going to go back to the home screen and there we go both had a little of a delay there. Getting back to the home screen, alright, let's go through the RAM management.

Now, let's go through all these open apps that we have here alright, so let's open up clock and that is the LG K 20 plus go back to the recent apps, go ahead and open up the calculator now, and that is pretty much the same time. They pretty much opened up. At the same time there let's go ahead and open up MLB at bat, and that is the Samsung Galaxy j-3 prime, go back to the recent apps open up Xes. Now here we go and that is the j-3 prime again J 3 prime did open up there and YouTube, let's see here, and that is going to be the j-3 Prime. Did it open up YouTube faster there, let's open up the camera application and that's going to go to the LG k, 20 plus go back to the recent apps and let's go ahead and go into the Google Play Store, and that was the LG K 20 plus, and let's go ahead and open up a game.

Now, let's open up Temple, Run 2, and it looks like both devices- are pretty much going to refresh the game started right from the beginning. Alright, so we got the loading bar on the j-3 Prime and there we go. We got it on the LG K 20 plus. So this is actually very hard to say. You know which one is going to open up first here, but it is looking like it's going to be the LG K 20 plus.

So there you go right there, LG, k, 20 plus, so let's go ahead and go back into the recent apps here, and then we'll open up another game. Let's see what we got here, let's open up dead, trigger 2, and then we'll see which one will load this up the fastest. So let's see here, and it is going to be both of them- are there we go, we got the j-3. Prime did open up faster there. So, let's do let's do one more here.

Let's do a geometry dash and let's see, if it'll, just pretty much start right where we left off or if it's going to refresh the game. So it looks like both of them are pretty much refreshing the game starting from the beginning. So there you go all right. So let's go ahead and move on, and we're going to go into Geek bench. For now, it's for here you can pretty much see the CPU speed here.

So you got 1.4 on the K 20 plus 1 point 4 3 on the J 3 Prime, the Mallet T 720 under J 3 Prime, the adrenal 3:08 high pixel count on the Samsung Galaxy j-3 prime, as well. Those going to run the Geek bench for here I'm going to speed through this, since it does take a little while, and I'm back and here are the results of the j-3 Prime did finish up. First with a single core score of 612 multi-core score 1797. Those are the results. Those are the numbers for the an tutu benchmark test well to wrap up the speed test between the LG K, 20 plus, and the Samsung Galaxy j-3 prime I think they're pretty much on par with each other. When it comes to speed and performance I've used both as my daily driver and with day to day tasks, they both perform very well and I, really wouldn't say one overpowers, the other. Sometimes the LG K 20 plus, will be a little slightly faster. Sometimes it's the j-3 prime performance is slightly faster as well.
