Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 Unboxing By Brian Fagioli

Hello YouTubers and beta news comm readers today I have a really cool device. It's going to be released tonight and by the time you buy the time you see this video it will already have been announced. Ok, here is the product. The Lenovo yoga tablet 10. This is the 10-inch variant of the Lenovo's new tablet. As you can see on the front, it has 3 modes.

That's the big selling feature. The exciting thing is that it has a kickstand integrated. So it can, you know, stand up on its own. You also put into a typing mode, and if you see that cylinder on the bottom, that it is designed to be a handle and part of the kickstand, but also it houses, 2 batteries. So there are 2 batteries inside this tablet.

So if you get really, really long battery life they're claiming 18 hours, so I'm going to go ahead and open this bad boy up, I've already cut the tape on it. I haven't actually looked inside yet, but I cut the tape on the sides of the box. This way, I don't have to pull out my knife, which I can't find right now, so I'm, going to slowly almost like a strip tease pull up at the box here and the inside of the box of the front cover is just an empty black box, so I will throw that okay and let's see inside, we have the tablet before we look at this tablet. Let's look at the inside of the box, so it's MP. If you see here, there's like a bump, that's where the cylinder part of the tablet would fit in inside.

We have a nice Lenovo, USB power. Adapter Lenovo is one of my favorite companies. They just make really solid products, so this is probably gonna, be a really great charger, see if there are amps listed here or anything. It says this looks like two amps 2.0 right here. Of course, a micro USB cable, you know, use it to charge and probably connect it to another computer.

If you do that, a lot of people with the cloud nowadays who's really connecting tablets and syncing them. Let's look at these papers here so again. This comes in two models: an 8 inch and a 10 inch I had the 10 inch.10 inches is my preferred size, I'm, a big fan of the Nexus 7, but a 10 inch is really nice for typing on, and you know, using on your lap.7-Inch is great when using you know in bed, if you're holding it up reading a book, but let's see, so we have a Lenovo yoga tablet: 8 and 10 Quick Start, Guide I, don't read instructions I'm, a guy I, just kind of do whatever we also have a guide in the day they wrap you today, I'm gonna, guess: Spanish important product information, whatever important information in Spanish optional accessories. We have a Bluetooth keyboard cover a sleeve. A wireless adapter HDMI looks like an HDMI type cable and some sleeves and instructions on how to open the kickstand, which looks like step one.

You just pull out the kickstand and that's basically. Yet what got me excited is this says SIM card? So if this is a seminal tablet, I'd be really excited. That was something I was not aware of rush. The box is empty. So what do we have here? So we have the tablet I'm going to peel off this plastic.

Wow, I'm going to hold it in my hand, boy, oh boy. It feels perfect. The weight distribution is towards the bottom, so it just kind of just feels great. Let's look at the back, so here's the kickstand. So it says you pull out the kickstand.

That's the instructions! Oh, it sounds perfect, so committal, Wow, okay, let's say inside the tablet, already is what okay: it is: a dummy s, micro, SD card and there's a spot for a SIM card, but unfortunately it's a blank spot, so it looks like there will be Simon able devices, but this one, unfortunately, is not it rats, let's see so manufactured for Lenovo in looks like China model number, six, zero, zero. Four six it has Dolby I'm gonna, do a write-up for beta news. I have some more info on this, but it has some kind of Dolby technology for the sound which I will check out shortly. Let's see well, let's look at the tablet and stand mode. So that's the tablet and stand mode.

You can see the microUSB port on the side as well as the power on the front. You can see the speakers there are dual speakers there and there's me a few curious I'm recording this on a Nokia Lucia 928, which is attached to a tripod that I purchased for smartphone, so it works perfect so over here we have a headphone jack volume up and down, and it looks like what's really blow me away. Is this kickstand is metal and see if I can just hit it with something? It's its really solid aluminum, and it feels extremely, extremely premium back Wow. The back. Has this really nice? It's it I think it's plastic, but it just feels really, really nice I'm really loving this particular tablet.

So there it is in stand mode, so it feels like it's almost a TV or something, but the other mode is kind of like when you have a iPad or something and have in your get buy. One of those clunky covers, and it kind of tucks in, so you can type on it. So with that out, you can now type on the tablet like so as some be. You know if you're a reader of beta news, you know I'm in the middle of a'm using Microsoft products only for a week which is working out very well, which means unfortunately, I cannot power. This tablet on till midnight tonight, but of course, tomorrow beta news will have a first impression and say will have a first impression.

Video and it'll write up on it, but this is one of the most exciting Android tablets that I've seen just because it's its unique I mean like I'm, usually tablet as these slabs. You know you buy an iPad, you buy a Nexus 10 and Nexus 7, it's just a's a square slab. This is something new. You have the front facing speakers. You have the kickstand I mean the build quality on.

This is so good. You feel like you're, holding a premium device, and you would think that I mean you can use this as a handle to which is cool, but this feels like a very premium device. The only odd thing is that the camera is located on the left hand, side and not up top. So you know I, don't envision using the tab like this, so it would just have to be. You'd have to get used to looking at the side of the tablet, rather than the top of it.

They fold out this kickstand the kickstands a little hard to get out before I. Do that? Yes, the camera is located on the back as well. There is a rear-facing camera. I will say it is a little hard to get this kickstand open, I'm guessing after a while it'll it'll get loose, and it'll probably be easier, but I'm going to take it as a positive that it's so hard to open this, because it's so solid. It's not a piece of flimsy plastic.

It's its hard, aluminum! Oh actually, in addition to the tablet, okay, I almost forgot. This cool thing, also in the box, is that mine came with its starting up a better. It's already starting up might as well show you the boot up, screen I'm, not gonna, actually use this thing since I am on a project of like I, said not using anything other than Microsoft. This is actually something unique: I've, never seen a tablet startup or an Android device, rather start up and ask for my language and time zone, but I don't want to go any further because, like I said I'm in a project power off that will shut down I'm being a little project of only using Microsoft devices, so this will have to wait until midnight. So again, this is the yoga tablet, tense, leave and film, so I'm going to do a little unboxing of this too. Oh, I do wish I had my knife, but that's okay. It's going to tear into it, okay. So it's a nice silica gel, and this is a screen protector that I'm not going to use I hate screen protectors- and this is a leather case of some soil and I. Don't think this comes with the tablet: I'm rather sure it doesn't, since it comes in separate packaging.

Let's see you know, I wanted to say that the top one first but maybe ooh what a premium feel it feels like a leather. Let's say it's simple: when it's fashionable it's a high-grade ultra fiber liner I'll show you guys this wall, the Nokia Lucia 920, is great for pictures, but I'm not totally satisfied with video, so I apologized, it doesn't say if it's leather probably isn't then, but it feels very premium and there's an is a magnet in here so Lenovo on the back Lenovo on the front, and there you go once again.
