Hi everyone, the iPhone XR, has a 2942 William hour battery. But what does this mean? Unlike the XS and XS max? The XR has an LCD which will draw more power than an OLED display, so we'll be putting it to the test by setting the screen to 100% brightness and playing an endless loop of YouTube videos. I have, of course, made sure that it's streaming at the highest available quality which, on the XR is 1080p the test started at 98% and one hour later, we're already down to 85%. After another hour, it's at 64% I continue to check the battery at roughly 1 hour intervals and finally, at 7:03 p. m. the phone hits 1%, which marks the end of the test.
