iPhone 8 Plus vs 7 Plus Drop Test!

What is up guys: Tehran Sierra got the iPhone 8 plus in my hands. We're going to be doing a drop test today and I just want to show you guys. This is that new really cool great color. It's almost like it's a whole different type of color, but I want to compare real, quick to a jet-black, iPhone 7, plus it's really, really gorgeous I really do enjoy it. We've got the 7 plus we've got the eight plus five foot dropped as guys. Let's go ahead, and do it of course, this time from the back as well.

Since it's it does have a glass back side and then front-facing drop test without any further ado guys, let's get straight into this, so first, let's go ahead and start with the backdrop test of the red, iPhone 7, plus in three two one and just looking at the back of the iPhone 7 plus. Obviously this is not a glass body, so you're not gonna, see any visible dents. It's only five feet of a drop test. There's some minor scratches and scuffs, but very hardly noticeable. There's only one major ding on this corner and that's because it kind of landed like that and then flipped over, but essentially that is pretty much it so again, I don't see anything just from the back.

Let's try the back of the iPhone 8 plus and now the back of the iPhone 8 plus. Let's do this in three two one, and this is kind of the moment of truth, because of course the iPhone 8 plus. Has that glass finish and oh, my goodness, what a sight to see? That's ridiculous! That's a awful crack! You know solid smack in the back, but I mean this thing is just it's got scratches everywhere: cracks everywhere. This corner, this corner iPhone, 7, plus drop test in three two one side-impact you're, already gonna notice, a small hairline crack right here. Let's go ahead and check for any dings there's a ding right here could be from the previous drop, though, and a few scuffs scratches on the corners there's a little of a ding right here as well, but other than that, let's move on, and a corner dropped us for the iPhone 8 plus.

Let's do this in three two one and just as you'd expect nothing too significant. You have one major ding with the initial impact. Of course, maybe the scratches increased I can't really tell there's also some very minor little scratches or little scuffs, very, very small, but I can almost see it's not really a crack. But it's just here here here, there's like three of these little spots, and you can feel these textures different, but the phone still works display. Everything is fine, let's go ahead and move on to the front-facing drop test and, finally, the front drop test for the iPhone 7 plus.

Let's do this in three two one perfect and let's take a look at the impact that was completely on the front of the phone and, of course we've got a shatter is the display. Turning on, yes, phone still works, it turns on cracks everywhere, so obviously something typical of a draft test. That's on front, especially, you know this is the 7 plus, but let's actually compare. If we do this on an iPhone, 8 plus right now, you know which cracks are more severe. This is going to be very interesting.

Hopefully we can ace the drop, and it'll be a perfect slam, just like this one. So let's do this and the iPhone 8 plus front-facing drop test in three two one perfect from facing dropped us again, no rebound. Unfortunately, I missed the slo-mo, but let's go ahead and take a look at what happened. That is intense still works and I actually want to compare. Now, since both were literally the same type of front-facing drops, both of them landed flat on their front.

You know what do you guys see, which one do you think suffered more severe of a drop test, so I feel like they're, pretty equal, maybe there's more on the seven plus just in terms of cracks, but I mean it's pretty better right here too, so that is it guys, thanks for watching as always stay tuned for more videos. Both phones still work thanks for watching and peace out.
