iPhone 12 Pro Max Unboxing and Testing it in Universal Studios Japan #267

Good morning guys this is my breakfast, so my breakfast for today is a big tomato just kidding. Actually, my breakfast for today is this guy over here. Yes, this is my breakfast called chicken Ramen yeah. I just spent a lot of money for the iPhone 12 Pro max, so this is the great invasion for saving money by Japanese. So let's eat oh yeah. What I want to say is that the egg yolk can fit into this hole over here But... You know who cares and place the boiled water looking good and now just wait for three minutes.

Oh all, right here we go let's eat. Well still, I think it's dry, but you know the crispy chicken noodle is pretty good too. Let me mix with egg, and this is how it looks like yeah, it's a big day, iPhone 12 Pro max should be coming today, hold on one second sweet. Yes! Finally, here we go Even it's in the morning. I am super excited.

Well, actually it's much smaller than what I thought I was expecting like a big box. I don't know how to open. So I believe this way. Okay, you guys ready this is so cool. Oh, my goodness yeah speaking of this the size, it became much thinner.

I heard there is no power plug only they have an USB cable and a phone, so it makes sense. Okay, it does look like a similar size. Okay, oh wow, beautiful. So this is the phone I used to use it's iPhone.7 plus, can you guys see the size of cam? It's totally different. Well, iPhone.12 pro max has a definitely bigger lens, so I believe the cam quality will be totally different. iPhone 12 became a flat design.

This part so feels like a little bigger. The biggest difference is the display. So let me turn on it's. Turning on sweet. It says: hello, sweet konnichiwa, sweet, okay, swipe up to open Japanese English, Chinese Espa?ol, franchises douche uh anyway.

Let me pick Japanese, so speaking of the display, iPhone 12 Pro max is definitely bigger than iPhone 7. Plus this one is 5.5 inch and iPhone.12 pro max is 6.7 inches, so 1.2 inches became bigger, wow, oh by the way. This is how I usually use the iPhone 7 plus. Well, actually, my hand is bigger than regular people, however, iPhone 7 plus is pretty big, so you know I use this ring to hold it so that I can use it by one hand yeah. This is how I usually do so.

I need to get one for this as well. Okay, here is what we have inside okay, so this is the cover, and what is this oops? This is for the sim card to open it and the apple sticker, and we have a cable. That's it oh yeah. This is the reason why it became much thinner. Oh, by the way.

Speaking of myself, I was born and raised in Japan. I grew up in here in Osaka, I'm a food and travel full-time YouTuber. So this is what I usually use for recording the video. This is the GoPro 9 for the sound. I use the rode mini for the gun mic plus this guy over here, and it's a Rode Go plus wireless microphone and the last one is the main cam.

Usually I use this cam for the b-roll, it's an EOS r, so I bought this iPhone 12 max for the live stream. I usually make a live stream on Sunday in Japan time I walk around Japan and then try to introduce you know Japanese stuff and good foods. Try to explore the town. That's what I do, and you know when I make the live stream. Sometimes the iPhone 7 plus got a heat problem and I have to finish it during the live stream, but I believe this guy has a better memory CPU so that we're not going to have a problem and the 5G network, so I'm so excited to use this.

But the question is that if I can use this phone for the regular contents can be better than Gopro9's footage. I believe you guys want to know as well right so from now we are going to go to Universal Studios, Japan to test this phone. Yes, there are a lot of photo spots and I believe the footage will be interesting as well. So anyway, let's go to Universal Studios, Japan, oh by the way, I'm an annual pass holder of Universal Studios, Japan. So let's go.

This is the footage that I have taken by the iPhone 4 pro max, I'm using the Inca right now. Actually, I'm not sure how the sound quality will be like. Hopefully, the sound is. Okay, though so arrive to universal city special, as you can see, the universal city walk, always beautiful. The picture with my view, looks like this anyway, Universal Studios.

Japan is just over there, so let's keep walking. So speaking of the events, this one is the widest lens and this one in the middle, and this one is the two one. Today the park closed at 7 pm, it's 5 30, but still many people are trying to get into the park. So I'm inside the Universal Studios, Japan from here I will use the gimbals. I will compare with this iPhone 12 Pro max cam with this GoPro 9.

Gopro 9 has no stabilizer, so maybe it's not a fair comparison, but hopefully you will get an idea how it looks like- and this is the footage of the GoPro 9 in the same place. Actually I'm using the Oslo pocket gimbals. So, let's see how the footage will look like. So this is the footage I shot by iPhone 12 Pro max. As you can see, the color is something wrong.

I shot the footage with HDR mode, however, color grading for the night and footage is really hard, and this is the footage shot by GoPro 9 without gimbals in the bright place. GoPro still looks good right now, I'm at the Harry Potter area this place, it is really dark. Thinking about GoPro cannot shoot in this place, iPhone 12 Pro max doing pretty well by the way, this is the footage shot by GoPro 9. I use the maximum ISO. However, it became like this.

To be honest, I don't think I can use this footage for the channel now come back to the iPhone 12 Pro max footage. Yes, it is much brighter. It is popular that the GoPro can not use in the dark place after this comparison, I totally agree now. Well, one thing I was excited about was the night mode photo. So let me try that well, this place is pretty dark, so I'm not sure if I can take a photo with cellphone, but let me try that the photo was much better than what I was expecting it.

Speaking of the video in the bright place. It looks pretty good, however, in the dark place still, it is not good enough. However, a slow motion works, pretty good, though so I came out from Universal Studios, Japan and came to the downstairs. I am shooting with iPhone 12 Pro max right now. Actually, this place is kind of noisy, so let me change it to my regular setup, alright.

So, finally, I finished the setting. Yes, this is how I usually shoot the video it's a canon, EOS r plus light, and you know, since I can't bring the big tripod into the Universal Studios, Japan. So I use this small tripod for now, and this is rf35 f 1.8. It's much brighter lens, so those are the regular nighttime setup. Let me change it to the footage of the canon EOS r, so I guess right now you guys have a better audio right now, I'm using the canon, EOS r, so of course quality will be much better.

However, you know making this setup taking me forever. So definitely iPhone is much handy, and I like it speaking of the iPhone 12 Pro max video footage. It was much better than what I expected when I shoot the video during the nighttime. I prefer the iPhone 12 from max to the GoPro 9 and the other thing the night mode photo. I can always take the photo by the iPhone 12 Pro max.

I am so excited to post it on my Instagram account. So please check my Instagram account as well. Now I got the great equipment I am so excited to traveling all over japan and making a good contents. I will try my best, so please look forward to the future videos and please, let me know how you think about the iPhone 12 Pro max footage all right. So this video pretty much that's it.
