OnePlus 9R vs Samsung S20 FE 5G Speed Test Comparison

Welcome to another speed test: today we have the OnePlus 9r up against the Samsung Galaxy s20 fan edition 5g. These two are the perfect competitors. Before we begin, please hit the subscribe button and help my channel grow all right. We have the OnePlus 9r with snapdragon 870 8 gigs of ram 256 gigs of storage, and it runs on the android 11 themed via the oxygen OS. The s20 fan edition, 5g packs the snapdragon 865, a ram of 8 gigs, 256 gigs of storage, and this one runs on the android 11, aimed by the one UI. Both phones are using the same Wi-Fi same brightness and the same settings the latest software upgrades were installed on both the phones prior to this test.

The high refresh rate is also enabled on both the sides, which is 120 hertz on both phones. First, I will kill all the applications and restart both the phones, and here we go. The restart test is worn by the OnePlus 9r. It was too easy for this handset. The extra animations on the s20 fan edition 5g are just delaying its boot up.

Let's launch the applications one by one, starting off with the stock applications phone app, the s20 Fe 5g settings. It says: 20 fan edition.5G again, scrolling is quite fast on both the phones, the 9r's oxygen OS is just more snappy camera app. It's a 9r Facebook, h20 Fe Instagram, it's the OnePlus 9r again Twitter, it's a 9r, Chrome web page, it's a 9r! Once again, the scrolling looks similar on both phones, YouTube application. It's a 9r again premier rash application. I will edit a video clip on both the phones and I have fast forwarded this part of the speed test to save some time.

So here we go. The s20 fan edition.5G is just too fast here. I think something went wrong with the OnePlus 9r, which is why it's taking a lot of time, let's edit a picture in the Lightroom application now- and it looks like the s20 fan edition, 5g is faster once again, let's edit a video clip in the viva video application, okay, an ad popped up on the s20 Fe 5g, but it looks like this phone was just way faster, the snap seed application. I will edit a picture once again and this one goes with the OnePlus 9r, the 9r edits a picture faster Spotify, the OnePlus 9r. It is once again PUBG mobile, it's 7, plus 9r, let's load the s wall 9 now, and the OnePlus 9r is definitely ahead once again, the call of duty, mobile OnePlus, 9r again sonic dash it's a 9r once again, subway surfers the OnePlus 9r okay, it looks like uh.

The editing uh processes were faster on the Samsung Galaxy s20 fan edition 5g, but overall the OnePlus 9r was definitely faster than the galaxy s20 fan edition 5g. Now, let's compare the benchmark scores on both the phones, the an tutu score of both the phones is almost equal, as you can see on your screen now. This is because the snapdragon 865 and the 870 are almost the same chipsets. The 870 is just a slightly upgraded and refreshed version of the 865. The 3dmark scores of both the chipsets are also on your screen, and now these are the geek bench 5 scores on the screen for all of you who are interested in this one.

All the applications that I just loaded are still there in the ram of both the phones, and I am going to launch some of these applications randomly to see what happens. It appears that both phones launch most of the applications from the same place, or they have just killed some applications. Some apps are only killed on the s20 Fe 5g, while the OnePlus 9r still has them in its memory, so the OnePlus 9r is slightly ahead of the s20 f5g in terms of its ram management too. With this, our SP test comes to an end drop your feedback about this video in the comments below subscribe. If you haven't yet with that being said, I will sign off and see you all in the next one.
