Oh, my god, it's actually so cute. I love it hello. I just got my iPhone 12 mini delivered today. Furthermore, I just picked it up from the post office. Furthermore, I'm so excited I'm going to unbox, it uh all on camera, but first I just wanted to do a little backstory before we get into it. So I currently have the iPhone 10 iPhone, XS, just normal standard size and, as you can see the screen, I have cracked it and uh.

I did that. Probably nearly a year ago maybe and the phone was fine- there was just like little tiny problems, but nothing crazy, nothing to stop the phone from being usable and then probably like many months later. That's when the main issues started to occur on this phone, and it just has gotten so much worse. So pretty much. I don't really know if you can see, but I have this line just here and sometimes the screen will just go black.

Everything like under the line will be black, and then this top part will be the screen, and I just can't use it there are times I just click the lock screen button, hoping it's going to come back to life, um and there's just other problems. I can't turn the brightness all the way down. Otherwise, that happens, and it's just it's just annoying, and it's gotten a lot worse so about I don't know. At the start of the year I went to apple to see how much it would cost to get it fixed, and they said it would be four hundred dollars, and I'm going well. No because my contract ends in November.

I don't want to spend four hundred dollars when I'm only going to have this phone for probably another. You know year at that time, um, and then we checked how long was left on my contract and if I were to buy out of my contract at that time it would have been four hundred dollars as well, and I was like don't really want to pay 400. So I'll just wait a couple of months till that price goes down, and then I'll buy out of my contract. So on Thursday I uh went into Optus and I also changed providers to Optus and basically set it all up got the phone, the plan, the account all of that, and of course they did not have the iPhone in stock, which was very annoying and just of course they just. They never had anything in stock um, but anyway, that's fine.

We just got it shipped to my house, and it came today. I just went to the post office to pick it up yeah. So in the end I only paid about 200 to get out of my contract, which was worth it because I really did not want to wait till November um, because it's just it's gotten to the point where it's just really frustrating me and it's so annoying. I went to the post office got this. I'm not going to lie.

This is so light, I'm kind of like is there even a phone in here, but you can hear it moving around. So let me get my scissors. Did I even say what phone I got? I got the iPhone 12 mini in white. I just found the normal size iPhone. It's fine, but it's just slightly too big with using it with one hand, which is what I do a lot.

So I thought get the mini, and it should be the perfect size for my tiny, tiny hands. Okay, I'm really excited. Let's open this up, I haven't even seen the white iPhone 12 mini in person. I've only seen it in the black. I think they only just have black in store.

Ah, okay, what we got! Oh, my god! This is such a small box. What I do remember them saying they halved the box size because I think there's no adapter in here. I think there's a charger I don't know, but anyway, look how small this box is. What wow? Oh my gosh, look at that! That's so cute, I'm so happy! I just hope it's not cracked fingers crossed because it's been shipped. Is this my new sim yeah? Oh, my god, I haven't had a new sim in so long because I changed providers.

I wanted to keep my number and all that, so now I have a new sim, which is exciting, so I'll put that in after once I set the phone up. I guess I don't. Furthermore, I don't know, let's open it, I want to open it. So, ah, here we go very handy. Oh my god, the most satisfying thing! Oh, ever! This is the best part.

Oh my god. Oh, that looks so nice. Look at that. Oh my gosh wow. Oh my god! This is ugh, it's just so! Okay, oh my god, wow! Okay! Okay! Does everyone else want to uh hear this, because this is so satisfying? Oh yeah, so good, oh, my god that is so nice wow, oh my god that feels that is just I don't even know what to say.

I just I think it looks so nice in there. Like is this kind of what the iPhone I don't know five or something used to look like it had the more brick square. Looking thing: oh wow, that is so nice, it's so nice to have a screen that is not cracked wow, it's so clean! Oh my gosh! I ah um, so I've got this. This phone, I'm just gonna, put that on the bed. Don't want to drop it then this is a little pin thingy for the sim.

We need that we've got an adapter charging cord, I'm really sad. They don't give you headphones anymore, because I could really go with some new headphones, but it is what it is hey. Oh my gosh um. What do I do? Do I like to set the phone up first and then put the sim card in? Is it even charged? Oh, wait. I don't know if I have anything to this is different.

Does this work? Oh okay, that's very lucky! That's so stupid! Why did they? Why would they change the end of the iPhone core charger to not fit into this anymore? Because that's all I own this. I just got this thing, so I could charge my beats headphones. So that's very lucky but like what am I going to do with all these, like that's stupid, while we wait so on Thursday it was announced that Australia, not Australia, Melbourne or Victoria- I don't even know- is going into lockdown. There's like Thursday night, so that's why I went on Thursday to get this phone um, so I also went and got a screen protector. I want to protect this phone and really care for it.

After going through what I have with this, it is not fun uh, so I got a screen protector, and then I just got a cheap case in the meantime, because the one I ordered online is going to take a while to come, and then I because I use these. What are these pop sockets? I use this all the time um I didn't want to get a pop socket because I thought it was going to be too big, and I didn't want to really cover the whole back of the iPhone. So I decided to go with this like ring. This ring one which I've never really used, so we'll see how that goes, and if I really don't like it I'll go back to a pop socket, but I just thought this would be better because it's a lot smaller, so it's not going to cover the whole entire backing, but because the case I bought, I love- and I just don't want to don't want to cover the case. It's from casting.

I've never had a case from there before. But again I want to take care of this phone, so I spent the money and got one case, and I love it. This case is me it's just it's me. It's one uh! I love Australian shepherds, so I got this case which has a bunch of Australian shepherds on the back, which I think is just so cute and that's going to take a couple of weeks or two weeks to come. Um.

So that's why I got those. So let's set this up. Oh my god. It's actually so cute! I love it. It's so! Oh, wow it even has done you want to use Zoey's Apple Watch with this iPhone? Yes, I do really hope this is all going to work, and it's going to go smoothly, but these things never seem to go smoothly see.

This is what I'm talking about with what my phone does see, how it's the screen is lit up, but it's just black the screen, except for up top. So that's why I just couldn't wait any more god. This takes a long time. Doesn't it? Oh, my gosh hello? Oh my gosh, I can't, it's done. Okay.

Do I put my sim first in first what's sim is in, I think it said it takes about four hours, four hours or so to activate? So I guess I'll leave that now. I need to put my screen protector on, but I just wanted to show you so pretty much. It's all done. Just gotta wait now, but here is the uh comparison, so it's not a crazy, crazy difference. Your mobile service is now active and ready to go.

That was quick screen protector is on. I think I did a pretty good job for being the first time. I've ever actually put one on uh, which is crazy. I just I'm so happy with it. Furthermore, I think it looks so good.

Furthermore, I don't know if this thing is gonna. Stick on but yeah it's not working. That's annoying! I'm going to have to get one of these pop socket things or maybe just because of the silicon. I don't really know, but I'm so excited happy with it. Furthermore, I can't wait for my new case to come.

Furthermore, I'm just not a fan of this pink silicon one. Furthermore, I want my Australian shepherds on there anyway. Here is the phone. I love it, I'm so happy with it. I am going to end this video.
