iPhone 11 Pro vs $2000 PRO CAMERA!

So guess what today we're comparing the iPhone 11 Pro and the 100 000 pesos professional camera or the Sony a7iii want to see some shots, roll the intro. I failed you so many times myself. You gave me reasons to be somebody else, baby, I'm home again. So today, let's talk about the iPhone 11 Pro and the Sony a7iii or a professional camera that is very popular in the photography market right now. So, basically, we're comparing it side by doing some camera audio and stabilization tests without any bias, and, as you saw in our intro, both devices perform well and produce a fantastic video quality and, lastly, we're going to talk about the most important features of both devices. So you can decide what to buy, even if you don't have enough budget to buy both so to start off.

Let's talk about pricing. The iPhone 11 Pro ranges from 68 to 90 000 pesos, which is about 1 360 to 180. Us dollars depends on what gigabytes you will get while its other variant, the iPhone 11 Pro max ranges from 74 to 96 000 pesos. On the other hand, the Sony a7 3 ranges from 90 to 100, 000 pesos depends on where you will buy, and before we can use our professional camera. We also need to buy a lens.

So the Sony a73 lenses from popular brands like Sony, sigma and tampon ranges from 15 to 140 000 pesos each and the price depends on the focal length or the millimeter of the lens, the maximum aperture it offers and whether it's a prime lens or a zoom lens next is the build quality. The iPhone 11 Pro and promo offers four different colors the space gray midnight, green silver and gold. While the Sony a73 has only black when it comes to finish or the material use, both of the products feel premium and robust. The iPhone 11 Pro was a super routine display in an old screen in the front and there's a textured matte glass in the back and features the toughest glass ever made in a smartphone. While the Sony, a7 iii, provides a better grip than its predecessors, it feels comfortably big for a full frame, mirrorless camera and safe, whether you're holding it with your one or both hands when it comes to weather sealing.

In my own experience, both of the products are splash resistance. I try to shoot with a Sony a73 beside the sea where there's a lot of waves flashing and on the other hand, I try to shoot with 11 pro max, while it's raining and in the middle of the sea, and when it comes to battery life, both the products are reasonable and perform. As expected, I can use the 11 bro max all day, long with a casual browsing and social media, and I can shoot the whole day with a7 3 as long as I turn it off whenever it's not in use. So before we proceed to the actual camera test. Let's talk about some camera features and specs for both devices.

When it comes to image resolution, the iPhone 11 Pro produces 12 megapixels of photos for the front and rear cameras, while the Sony a7 iii produces a maximum of 24 megapixel photo. Both devices can shoot raw, so you can have the maximum flexibility in editing the color and lighting conditions of your shots to shoot raw images on your iPhone. You can use Lightroom mobile or the highlight app next thing. We'll talk about is video resolutions and frame rates. Both devices have the capability to shoot high definition, 1080p and 4k footage.

The difference is that for 1080p, the iPhone only shoots 30 to 60 frames per second, while the Sony a73 can shoot up to 120 frames per second, with different bit rates. To achieve some high quality slo-mo footage relatively the advantage of the iPhone 11 Pro is that it can shoot 4k, footage sup to 60 frames per second and on the other hand, the Sony a7 3 can only shoot 4k up to 30 frames per second for the autofocus. Both devices perform well, both of them can use touchscreen autofocus. The only difference is that for Sony, a7 iii- you can select different focus area depends on what type of shot you will do and what's amazing in iPhone is that you can also do some manual focus with the use of the highlight app. One interesting features that apple included or provided for the iPhone 11 Pro is the night mode for the 11 pro is similar to every professional camera.

As long exposure wherein you will set your camera shutter speed to a very low value to expose the camera sensor longer in order to accumulate more light and as a result, you will have a cleaner shot during the night, though, both of these devices, when shooting in low exposure has advantages and disadvantages, which we will be talking about later. So here are some shots for the iPhone 11 Pro one. Two three goes and here's some few shots from the a7 3. So next one is stabilization test. Let's start with walking running, and finally, let's do some ninja walks.

You should get a handheld free access, gimbals game. Let's go, so we're doing some comparison for the stabilization for the first one walking test, here's the result for the Sony, a7 iii and here's for the iPhone 11 Pro and here's a side by side comparison. Now, let's proceed to running tests and for the ninja walk; okay. So, let's try to test the audio, and we're doing it in four different environments: the quiet environment, busy environment, quiet with electric fan on and windy environment; okay, testing, the audio of the iPhone 11 Pro in a quiet environment, okay, testing, the audio of the Sony, a7 iii on a quiet environment, okay, testing, the audio of the Sony, a7 iii, with the shotgun mic on a quiet environment testing, the audio of the iPhone 11 Pro a busy environment testing, the audio of the a7 tree on a busy environment testing, the audio of the Sony, a7 3, with shotgun mic on a PC environment. Oh my god.

Ok, testing the audio of the iPhone 11 Pro in a quiet environment with the electric fan on okay testing, the audio of the Sony, a7 iii on a quiet environment, with electric fan on testing the audio of the Sony, a7 iii, with the shotgun mic all in a quiet environment, with electric fan on testing the audio of the iPhone 11 Pro on a windy environment, testing, the audio of the Sony, a7 3 on the windy environment, testing, the audio of the Sony a7 tree with the shotgun mic on a windy environment. Okay. So let's proceed to the pros and cons for the pros for the iPhone. Obviously we can text call chat and communicate with our friends and loved ones. We can browse the internet watch some Netflix navigate our locations and, lastly, the most important we can use ticktock just kidding so another pro for the iPhone.

Is that it's small and compact? So it's very versatile. We can capture good quality photo in video anywhere with just one hand we can edit photos and videos anytime. We can play our favorite games and, of course, it's user-friendly because it doesn't have any complicated buttons, unlike the professional cameras and for slow exposure, you can use and capture using night mode, even without tripod, because the iPhone 11 Pro was insane digital image. Stabilization, so even your hand is a little shaky. You can still produce a sharp long exposure image and for its cons.

First, the video in image quality, because resolutions and frame rates won't define the quality of your images. They are just attributes or let's say it's, what your camera is capable of, but the reality is the image quality of your shots will be defined based on the size of your sensor, because the bigger the sensor, the more amount of light your camera, can capture which results to a higher quality and less grainy footage. So now, let's try to look at the size of the sensor side by side at the left. The Sony iii and for the right is the iPhone 11 Pro max. So it's almost 1 4 the size of a full frame sensor and I also took a shot on both devices for some comparison.

All 4k footage shots with the same lighting conditions and the last gun for the 11 pro is that you can use the night mode feature when using the white camera, which is very sad for the landscape. Photographers next is the pros for the a7 3, first and foremost, the photo in video quality, because the fact that it can shoot flat or raw photo in video gives an advantage to manipulate the colors and exposure during the editing. Number two is interchangeable access because for professional cameras we can change. Our lenses depend on what type of shot or look we need either we want some wide shot or a close-up shot with a massive background separation to the subject that will make our shot. Look more professional and cinematic another pro for the a7 3 is that we can put external microphone to have a high quality, audio and external monitor, to have a bigger and brighter screen to make it short.

Professional cameras provide features that gives users the ease of used to achieve a particular shot with efficiency. Those features include number one which is false, peaking photo speaking is used to easily determine if your shot is in focus. Number two is different kinds of grid for shot compositions and last is the zebra feature to identify if your shot is overexposed and for the cons of a7 iii. Unlike the iPhone the Sony, a7 iii has a lot of complicated buttons which takes time to learn and the fact that it's a device for capturing photos and videos only we can't use it on our everyday lives and for a slow exposure. You need to be very still while taking the shot, because even the tiny movement of the camera can affect the sharpness of your photo.

Okay. So who do I recommend it for if you have any other phone like iPhone x, iPhone, 8 or any other phones and still contented and satisfied, then don't buy the 11 pro if you are passionate in photography and willing to take it to the next level, if you are upgrading from a lower end, APC camera? If you want to take photography as a side, hustle or side job or in short, you want to earn money from photography, then it's a good idea to invest on a professional camera like the Sony, a7 iii. It may be a little expensive, but the good thing is by having a lot of clients and shoots or making a lot of YouTube videos. You can earn a lot of money to recover all your expenses, but if you are just a hobbyist or having no interest in working as a photographer or videographer for a living or side job, and if you are content on the image, quality and video quality of the iPhones or if you want to do more things aside from photography, while just using your phone I mean nowadays we can do everything with our smartphones and for me the iPhone 11 Pro is the best smartphone ever made it's very, very flexible, and if there may be one day that I forgot to charge, my Sony a7 3 before shoot for me, is 100. Okay, to use my 11 pro max as a substitute.

As long as I have a perfect lighting or enough lighting to light up my subject so to end my recommendation in this video, if you are going to buy these products because you have seen everybody else using it, then stop. Please stop trying to impress everybody around you, because the reality is no one really cares, and please stop buying things that are out of your budget, because at the end you are the one that will suffer financially because of your big ego. So I hope that you've enjoyed this video and learned a lot about the iPhone 11 Pro and the professional camera. I will be doing more comparison, video and product reviews in the future. As long as I see some interesting products stay tuned and subscribe to this YouTube channel for more have a great day, and god bless.
