HTC Desire 20 Pro - Unboxing and First Impressions.

Hi guys Justin here from just review. So today I got a very rare phone from HTC, which I'm sure you all know, and basically they are back, but we're not sure, because this is a mid-range phone and I think they might have come back with this phone but uh internationally. This phone is very hard to get. I got this from um from the Hong Kong website and I got it around. Maybe 280 and 260 euros. I'm very excited about this phone um right now in it on internet.

There is very little information about this phone, so this phone has a 6.5 inch, IPS LCD screen and 6 gigabytes of ram and 128 GB of storage. The good thing about this is: it has 5 000 milliamperes of battery, which will be very good, but the bad news is- or maybe it's okay news, because it has snapdragon Qualcomm 665 processors, which is very, very mid-ranger, but this phone is also mid-ranger and for 250 bucks or 260 bucks. This phone doesn't look bad. It might be the first step for HTC to have a comeback. So let's do the unboxing of this phone and figure out if they are coming back or not before we start.

I just wanted to say: please do subscribe, my channel, I got this phone, especially for you guys only for review purposes, and I do get this kind of phone all the time, so you might wanna just consider subscribing so that you won't miss another latest video for the phones plus. If you like the video, then please press the like button and if you can share the video that will be appreciated. Okay, so first impression the box is okay enough. I don't see any seal here, but I got the HTC vibe already and overall, it's nice, let's open the package all right. So this is the phone.

So first impression looks very good, and it's a blue in color uh. I think they call it a prism, blue or something I can feel it. It's a little heavy phone, maybe because of 5000 milliampere of battery but uh. So far, so good, let's see what you find in the box, so pin is here and some paperwork which we really care about. Oh, you actually do get a headphone.

Uh seems like a very, very basic headphones, but in 250 or 260 dollars. If you are getting the headphones with HTC phone, then it's good enough. It's better than nothing anyway. So nothing here- and this is the cable uh type c- to type an okay, so charging brick is very small and there is no marking on it. So it doesn't seem like this is a fast charging and this is basically a US charger, but they did give us a European plug.

So rest of the box is empty and overall, I would say the packaging quality is very cheap. Just to let you know guys. HTC is and brand from Taiwan. It's not Chinese, but the overall look and feel of the phone is looks like a Chinese or maybe a Realme phone or any other Xiaomi phone. So let's open this one all right.

So let me know how this phone looks for the first impressions. Let's see if it has some battery in it. Okay, I got a big vibration and can tell you that the vibration motor is kind of very cheap, but this is what you can expect from the cheap phone anyway, so very familiar logo. Let me set this phone up and I'll. Let you know what my first impressions of this phone is.

Okay, just to show you guys, I did get this plug, so I can just simply plug it with this and use it and again, the quality is okay, just to show you the comparison with OnePlus, so they're, basically similar. If you can see it's no difference, HTC looks a little thicker though, and you have sim rocker on the left hand, side, volume and power button, and it does have headphone jack too top is a microphone so guys first impression for this phone is all right like it's not too bad, not too good. Right now, I would say this one is basically like a Realme six, but mine is um 90hz display. I wouldn't compare this phone with OnePlus because it's no use, so I might be able to compare this with a realm x phone. So you can see this like it's not a big difference and I did set up the fingerprint okay.

So if it once it does work, then it works. Okay, so basil, I would say, is exactly the same: the bottom chin and yeah. Basically, everything is the same. Even if you hear the motor of vibration is basically the same. Let me try, I'm not sure if you can hear it so now, I'm going to do it for Realme x.

So it's exactly the same motor and look and feel is also the same. But Realme x got an AMOLED screen and this has LCD screen, which is not bad in any means, but AMOLED is AMOLED. This is also sharp and 1080p screen which looks okay, as you can see, iconic weather app for HTC is there so from here there. It looks like a little of HTC, but overall, it's just a very basic phone. As you can see, some icons still looks like HTC.

Let me go to settings, and it has android 10 version so far. I clicked some pictures also uh, which are pretty average, but I wouldn't complain about it for the 260 dollars phone. I bought this phone uh, basically on no discount, so maybe that's why it was a little expensive, but with this count this might be okay option to go for, let's see so, as you can see from here, is very, very basic and looks very stockist. Android do not back up. So if I show you the um pictures taken by it, you, as you can see, it has a little of um beauty effect going on, but I don't mind that it's clear enough and overall, the camera is not that much fast.

So the pictures are okay and as far the camera is concerned, it has four cameras, uh 48 megapixels and 10 megapixels and 2 megapixels. I guess I will do the proper camera review for this phone too. Do let me know if you have any questions and overall I would say, phone is okay, but only like, if you pay less for this one HTC is kind of come back, but they've never been gone anyway. They've been making phone in Taiwan from long time and their actually see you play or u12 was still selling it, but on very low pace. So right now they are going into the different direction.

Hopefully they find their part and give us a very good phones, but right now this phone is very, very basic, and I would suggest, buy this phone only if you're a fan of HTC, but overall uh I haven't tested this phone uh fully yet but uh. I will basically switch to this phone for some time and do let you guys know if this phone is worth it or not. But I am happy in the end that HTC is trying uh something new um in some direction and trying to come back. Hopefully they do something better. So that's all for now and do let me know if you have any questions, and I'll do the full review of this phone soon enough and whenever I have full information and whenever I have full experience of this phone so stay connected I'll keep.
