iPad Pro 2021 Release Date and Price – New Design Leak!

So, the iPad Pro 2021 release date is coming very close now for a release in April time. We're also excited by the news of the price and, most importantly, we have new leaks of the design for the new iPad Pro 2021 models- hi it's mat there. So let's start with more details of the release, date and price of the new iPad Pro. So it's been almost a year since we've had the new iPad Pro that came out with the a12z chipset insider in 2020. , it was believed that the release of the next iPad Pro was going to be March 2021, and this would have formed in line with most other iPads in recent years, where they've come out in either October or march time. However, like the iPhone 12 last year, everything seems to be pushed back around about a month due to the pandemic.

According to Maxwell, they believe. A new iPad Pro is coming as it's been over a year since the last release so April is very much on the cards, we're expecting an April event or even an online press release for the new iPad Pro. We're also expecting to see a brand new iPad Mini and also some air tags as well. There's also the possibility that we could see the new m1x chipset in some new iMacs. However, if you want some more information about this check out my other videos on my channel and make sure you click subscribe, followed by the notification bell to get the latest details about them just quickly, though guys one thing I love to do on this channel, and that is doing a giveaway and in fact, I'm doing a giveaway right now for this, it is for an iPhone SE in space gray and a 64 gigabyte version.

I am doing an international giveaway to give this away to one lucky subscriber when we get over 170 000 subscribers and all I want to know from you guys in the comments below is what apple products are you planning on buying this year and what apple products are you most looking forward to coming out in 2021 and put those in the comments below and like I say when we get over 170 000 subscribers I'll be announcing who the winner is but make sure you've subscribed yourself and hit that notification bell to find out if you will be the lucky winner in an upcoming video now normally at this stage, I talk about the price next, however, this next leaks could shape. If we see a price increase on the iPad Pro models, it is looking likely that we won't get an iPad Pro with a full new design this year, but just an update to the current iPad Pro design that we've had in 2018 and 2020. These pictures have been provided by Sony Dixon, and it looks like for the iPad Pro models and the iPad Mini. The main body design is unchanged from the last generation, so this does mean we'll be sticking with that slate design face I'd unlock and the dual camera set up with the Lidars on the rear of the actual iPad. It also does mean the screen sizes will stay unchanged as well at 11, inches and 12.9 inches. However, one thing we do expect to change, and that is we should be getting 5g connectivity in the cellular versions of these iPad pros.

So for the iPad Pro price, then that new leak, we believe the starting price for the iPad 11 inches will be 799 us dollars and the 12.9 inch we're starting at 999 us dollars, especially there is no due big design change and the next drop down tier in iPad is the iPad Air 4, and that now starts at 599 us dollars. Now the name of the actual chipsets, the a14x has had a different name along the way, including the name of an a14z or even for apple, just to stick with putting the m1 chipset inside it. These are the same chipsets again that own last year's 2020s, MacBook Air, MacBook, pro 13-inch and also the Mac mini. However, many leakers and me believe it will be called the a14x as the iPad is technically an iOS device, even though the OS is now called iPadOS. Don't let this trick you? It is basically the same OS as you will get on an iPhone or even an iPod touch, except for it's just got a few extra features, and it's being kind of made a bit more widescreen for an actual iPad.

Now I just mentioned the a14x is about as powerful as a m1. So let's talk about how powerful that really is well. The current m1 is about 90 faster than the normal current a14 chipset inside the iPhone 12 models and also the iPad Air 4 that came out last year. However, what does an x chipset normally compare to its counterpart of a normal, a chipset? Well, if we look at the a12x in 2018 and the iPad Pro versus an iPhone 10s that had the normal a12 inside it, you can see that the a12x is about 90 faster than the a12. An a14 chipset has six cores inside it.

This is for energy saving cores for just normal things, like text messaging, for browsing for streaming, and then it also has two performance cores, and this is mainly used for like if you could do a bit of editing of your 4k footage that you actually like caught on your phone or, if you're doing a bit of gaming, then the m1 and the a12x, and also the z. Their architecture is four energy cores and four performance cores again. The a14x will probably have a very similar core infrastructure in having those extra performance cores for doing more kind of proactive tasks, basically in the sense of doing more editing in videos or editing on photos using the Apple Pencil being really creative with it. Based on all of this information, you can see the a14x is going to be amazing and if you're not aware of it at the moment in total on the multi-core on geek bench, the a14 normal. So this is not even the a14x is on par on performance with the a12x or even the a12z, and the a14 has two fewer cores inside it.

So you can see what I'm saying putting a new extra two performance chords inside the a14x is just going to be incredible, and it's going to be a screamer in power. So let's talk a few more features about the new iPad Pro 2021 model. We have been informed by a recent link from love to dream that the new iPad will feature 5g connectivity. This makes total sense as the iPhone 12 and pro models now have 5g connectivity. This is possible due to Qualcomm snapdragon's x55 5g new modem on top the new iPad pros could also have mini LED displays, has love to dream.

This rumor has bounced around some time, and it isn't the first time we heard that the iPad pros could be getting mini, LED displays, mini, led panels. If you don't know what they are offer similar benefits to OLED screens such as localized dimming and a whole wider color gamut. Currently, at the moment, such devices as the iPhone 10 and the iPhone 10s, and also the iPhone eleven pro models do actually have OLED technology inside it, they may switch to mini led in the future as well, maybe in the iPhone 13 or maybe an iPhone beyond that. But that's for a story for another day for design. We believe it will stay identical to the 2020 iPad Pro for the 2020 iPad Pro model.

So this means we will get the 11 and the 12.9 inch display also the same for the camera setup. If that's, it will have a dual sensor on the back and a LIDAR sensor. However, I'm sure those lenses will be better on the new pro and the LIDAR sensor might even have an upgrade as well. We should be expecting to stick with an USB port on the bottom. Again, just like the new iPad Air 4 and all the other iPad pros since the iPad Pro 3.

However, as a bonus, there is the potential of thunderbolt 4 being added to this USB port as well. We also believe that we will actually get a charger in the box. What is different to the iPhone 12, where there was no charger in the box whatsoever for colors this year, we might actually get a bit of a change from the silver and also the space gray we normally get. We may actually get pacific blue, the same blue that you find on the iPhone 12 Pro and also the iPhone 12 Pro max, and this would be a great change. So are you excited about the iPad Pro 5, and will you be getting one? Let me know below what model you plan to buy? Well guys that is the latest and greatest info.
