iPad Pro 2021 Battery Drain Test + Recharge Time | 12.9" and 11"

Since posting my comparison, video a few days ago on the iPad Pro I've had a few requests about running some battery tests on the two iPad pros themselves. So in this video I'm going to run a 4k YouTube video on both iPad pros and see how long they last I've tried to make this test as controlled as possible by making sure both settings are the same. The Wi-Fi is on the Bluetooth is on, and both screens are at maximum brightness following this test, we'll plug in the charger back into the units and see how long they take to go from zero to a hundred percent. If you're new here hit the subscribe button for more weekly videos and if you've enjoyed this one and found it useful hit the like button and leave me a comment too apple claims, both iPads would last up to 10 hours of surfing the web on the Wi-Fi or even watching a video. I'm pretty sure these claims are with everything turned off and to keep everything at the absolute minimum, but we're trying to keep this as realistic as possible. A quick note.

The 10 hours is for the Wi-Fi version. The cellular version is up to nine hours of surfing the web on the cellular network. So before we continue, let's take a quick look at the tech specs of the iPad Pro 11 inches that has a non-removable battery, which is 28.65 watts and the 12.9 inch is 40.88. It's obvious that the bigger screen is going to need more power to drive it, but both iPads going to give you the same results anyway. Let's take a look, so we've just got past the one-hour mark and the iPad Pro 11 inches is down to 90 and the 12.9 inch is down to 87. So let's keep going and see what happens just hitting the 5-hour mark the iPad Pro 11 inches is down to 24 and the 12.9 inch is down to 17, which actually has just switched to 16 as I'm talking. So I would probably estimate there's approximately another hour left on these, but let's continue and find out the iPad Pro 12.9 inch was the first to die and that lasted a total of five hours and 57 minutes. The iPad Pro 11 inches lasted a total of 6 hours and 26 minutes, so you approximately got an extra 30 minutes out of the 11-inch iPad.

Let me know in the comments below, if you found this test useful or what you thought the results might be, or if they're not what you expected. So, let's move on to the recharge test now and let's see how that gets on the iPad Pro 11 inches fully charged in two hours and 21 minutes and the 12.9 inch in three hours and three minutes now, given the iPad 12.9 inch is bigger. I think that's pretty much what we expected the results to be. If you found this video useful. Let me know in the comments below if you'd like to see any other tests again drop me a comment, and I'll see what I can do all the links to the products I used in this video are in the description below they are linked to my Amazon affiliate and if you do use them, they do help me out.

For now. This is inside wire and I'll. See you in the next one. You.
