HTC U11 Full Review in 91 SECONDS OR LESS! By 91mobiles

Hello am SyD and for those who hate to waste time. Today I would be reviewing the HTC u11 in 91 seconds or less! So the HTC u11 is premium flagship phone that directly competes with the LG G6 and the Samsung Galaxy S8. But it does have an edge in terms of performance, where it packs in 6GB of RAM and is the first flagship phone in India to pack in a Snapdragon 835 CPU. Gaming ain’t an issue and benchmarks too look great. What else is great is the design of this smartphone which features an interactive glass back which looks different in different lighting scenarios, like this silver variant appears to be blue, purple and silver from different angles. But being glass it’s both fragile and prone to fingerprints.

Also the front looks pretty ordinary, where between black borders rests a very vibrant 5.5-inch QHD display beneath which is a fast fingerprint scanner. And while the phone is waterproof, its USP is the edge sense feature, which gives rise to a lot of shortcuts like clicking pictures, opening apps and some other things by the way you squeeze the phone. While it’s cool, I feel it’s limited. Moreover a simple button could have done the same job. But selfies is fun using squeeze.

And apart from a good front camera, the rear one too is solid, while not as good as the S8 or the pixel, it’s certainly very capable, even though HDR could have been better in my opinion. Storing these pics won’t be an issue, nor should be the battery which easily lasts through out a day with 4 hours of screen on time. And when it finally dies, you do get fast charging, which is connected to this USB type -C port which also is your headphone jack So what’s the verdict? Well it’s a good looking phone with some unique tricks to pack, but I don’t think it can match the Galaxy S8 in design, display, camera, battery or features. Moreover, with Oneplus 5 launching soon & LG G6 getting discounted day by day…I think it’s gonna have a tough run in the market.
