HTC U ULTRA vs Google Pixel XL - Speed Test! (4K)

Hey guys, it's time to do a speed test comparison between the new HTC new ultra rich Stamper unit, 21 versus the Google, takes little Excel, one of the fastest Android phones we have on the market. Let's see how issues the ultra will stack up against this mighty phone, so first, I'm just going to quickly boot up both phones, the same time we go and, of course we have the Android 7.1.1 Eugen on the HD on the Google picks XL versus the HTC ultra, which is on Android, 7.0 and nougat. This one is, of course, having that pure Android, no skin whatsoever and one day by step, star rating at 21. So, let's see okay, HTC ultra boost up faster, beat the pixel through the race and pixel is also done just going to quickly unlock it and, as you can see, we do have a secondary screen on top with the HTC ultra, which is very similar to what we have seen with the Wii.20 can add, applications, custom actions, so the same Wi-Fi network on both devices, and you can see the similarities between the Android 7.0, a nougat on the HTC ultra, the quick setting area, quick toggles, how similar they are looking like almost identical, and if we go into the main settings that is also looking very similar. This one looks a little better, but it's a little highlighted icons, I have to say I mean HTC is not completely going on their own bass, I mean they are putting some stock Android stuff there, which is good and let's try out the apps opening. First, we got the phone dialer before that.

Just want to show you guys that everything should be close in the background, so phone dollar first app here we go. Okay, I think that was about the same on both phones, I mean I, have to I love to start with this basic stuff, because of course we will be using these basic applications, and it's nice to see the speed here. Checking out calculator on both phones. Okay, go about the same settings very similar. So a little of a difference in animation, but most of the time like you're not going to be able to notice any difference at all, of course, in real life usage wise, so checking out Instagram on both phones go as you can see that the HTC ultra loads up the latest feed faster compared to the Google Pixel XL.

So to go back check out some games. We have subway surfers on both phone. There we go and, of course, both devices have a 1440p display, quad HD. This is a little smaller 5.5 inch. This is 5.7 inch, so, okay, Google Pixel, is done faster with the first game. Quite interesting stuff.

We have Twitter, not the same check out. What's app pixel faster got the color switch, got the same. Wow go back, trying out smash, hit no difference at all, so obviously I mean the HTC ultra is as fast as Google Pixel, even with the latest I mean UI scrolling through applications using web browser. Obviously I mean I'm having a really, really good experience with this phone. As far as the speed is concerned, then, to do faster on the HTC ultra, so really awesome performance and both devices why burr HTC ultra, so sometimes they should be authorized faster.

Sometimes we will pixel, but in gaming have to say that both for you know kind of equal, this one was faster with subway surfer and the HTC Eleazar was a bit quicker. With the gun food. Do game, I mean I'm going to start reading it 21 is on both phones, I mean you can't be. You can't say that you know this. One is faster, so la series opening up the camera on both phones and see which one can bring that up faster I'm going to try to be as humanly accurate as possible.

So let's go okay thing. That was a big quicker on the pixel, so yeah that was the speed apps opening test they're. Moving on to the browsers. So, first off we have Vicky PDA org website and, as you can see, the pixel just flies through this website beating out the HTC. Also in this first web browser test here.

So you can see. Scrolling is absolutely smooth on both phones. You can see no lag while zooming in and out start by going 821 power right there. Next we got GSM arena calm and, let's see here, okay, which one is going to be faster, and the pixel is a gain faster, finishing up. First, so game scrolling looks smooth on both phones, tiny differences there so checking out the ram measurement.

This is where the pixel wasn't that great. In my early speed test, let's see if anything is improved, so phone dollar first app that we opened still in the memory. Okay see got calculator nice stuff, you have settings so far, so good Instagram, so but for great stuff. Twitter WhatsApp and color switch smash-hit top of the line performance going to do see what else? What else, but as well as we have why burr okay feel like there was a black screen for some time. I think it's related to this application on some phones.

It does that, but you can see. Pixel clearly is uh having that those applications in the background, but as you can see, it loaded this web page a little. Maybe it is refreshing some applications after all, overall pretty much all the games and apps were still in the memory of the pixel and the multitasking on this. One is absolutely perfect. I've heard that Google is like optimizes Google has optimized the pixel in a way that it closes the applications.

In the background just to have more speed, I've heard that, but it's not entirely true. A lot of applications were still there. I got a salty black screen and a refresh page with the Google Chrome, so I have to tell me: multitasking might have to give it to the HTC ultra in the speed test. So but overall, both phones are pretty fast and speed should not be a concern. You know when buying these phones you're going to have an amazing experience so yeah.

Thank you so much for watching this. Video I hope you guys have enjoyed it and give it thumbs up subscribe. If you're new to the channel and peace out.
