Today's edition of digit daily is all about new smartphones. Let's kick things off with honor view 20. It is the world's first phone to feature a 48 megapixel primary camera and the first honor phone to feature an in display front facing camera. The second phone launch in our list today is the Samsung Galaxy a8 s, just like the Ono view.20, the galaxy a8 s also features a 24 megapixel front-facing pinhole camera on its new 6.3 9 inch, full HD, plus infinity or display at the back, the new galaxy a8 s has a 10 megapixel, plus 24 megapixels, plus 5 megapixels, triple camera setup and a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is powered by snapdragon, seven one zero processor, which puts it in league with Nokia 8.1 and the OPPO r17 pro. It has been made official in China with six GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage.

There is also a 8gb RAM variant of the phone. When is it launching in India, you ask well the galaxy a8 s goes on sale in China on December 28, and we are pretty sure that the phone will come to India. Sometime soon, however, we haven't officially heard from Samsung. Yet Xiaomi has confirmed that a 5g variant of the mix, 3 running on Snapdragon 855, is now ready and will be made available in Europe in 2019. With the announcement Xiaomi joins one plus Samsung Lenovo and many other smartphone makers looking to launch 5g enabled phones. Next year, the Ministry of electronics and IT has asked WhatsApp for a new feature, wherein users are asked for permission before they are added on to groups. The ministry says it has received complaints from users that were being added to groups repeatedly without their consent. Following multiple complaints, the Indian government has now requested WhatsApp to add a permissions feature to the app. However, the Facebook own platform has not acknowledged the request.

Yet the OnePlus sixty McLean Edition slated to launch in India on December 12th, has leaked. OnePlus recently announced a partnership with British automaker, McLaren, Automotive and McLaren racing for a special one, plus 60 McLaren Edition device. If leaks are to be believed, the phone looks pretty much the same as the regular one plus 60, except for the orange highlights on the front and the back. A teaser released by one class on its Twitter page, also hints at a new 40 watt, walk charging system on the McLaren Edition 1 + 60, so that is the digit daily.
