What's up guys, Sam here- and this is the review for Google Pixel 4a, the Google Pixel 4a, gives you the best of google in an affordable, one-hand friendly package. There is a sleek Google Assistant integration, a clean android interface with three years of guaranteed updates and a seriously impressive photography experience. Considering the Google Pixel 4a has just one rear camera. Alright, guys. Let's talk about the design of the phone, you want a good-looking phone in your hands and the Google Pixel 4a is quite simple, but in a good way in a good way. You know why, because it grows on you over time it has grown on me.
I, like this matte black finish the very minimalistic design, because it's made of plastic, I don't have to worry about, dropping it and breaking it, which is a good thing, but it doesn't look as premium and I have no problem with that. It comes with a headphone jack. The power button. Is this white green mint, whatever color? That it is quite cool because it has a different look: it's not black and the buttons are quite click, which is a good thing. Bosnian the screen, the edges are quite small.
The bezels are gone from the last generation. It is almost to the edge of the phone, so overall design boys minimalistic it's just not as premium as you'd expect it to be to me, and I like this little touch. You know this magnetic effect, which is quite useful, especially if you want to put it around your neck, and you don't want to lose your earphones throughout the day, no matter what you so the display here. Maga?a man is 5.81. OLED display uh, it's pretty bright, color, accurate, pretty responsive.
You can easily reach the edges of the phone because, like I said you can one hand it. The display overall is not flagship display, but it's a pretty great display. You won't be disappointed, see now guys. I know why you're here you want to learn about the Google Pixel camera, because the cameras on these phones are simply fantastic on the rear. You get a 12.2 megapixel with a 1.7 aperture and an 84 degree field of view. It can shoot 4k video at 30 frames per second 1080p at 30 frames per second 60 frames per second and 120 fps and 720 at 30, fps, 60 fps, and a super slow motion at 240 fps.
While it may not look like much on paper, especially when compared to the three and four camera setups on the back of many of the Google Pixel 4 ace rifles, the main camera can still hold its own. The Pixel 4a makes photography easy, just point and shoot most of the time. The camera combined with Google's intelligent software processing means you'll get a great photo in many scenarios. There are a handful of features on this camera. We got portrait mode and we got night sight.
We also got macrophotography, which I haven't tested yet, but from the images that I see online, the results are fantastic. It's a video, it's not perfect, but it's okay. It gets the job done on 4k. Furthermore, it has improved over the pixel 4 and the previous pixels a lot I mean. I love the video quality.
Don't get me wrong, but it's certainly not the best, like the iPhones out there and the front facing camera shoots at 1080p, which is all right too. It's not the sharpest at times, but it gets the job done. Overall, you won't be disappointed with the cameras on the Pixel 4a. You can trust google with that about the battery life. It can last the whole day if you're an average user, but if you watch a lot of YouTube videos or game or just tend to use your phone all the time, you'll need to recharge it.
In the middle of the day, I find myself recharging this phone around 4 or 5 pm, because I use it quite a lot, but on the days that I don't use it as much, it gets me through the whole day. No problem. There is no wireless charging and there is no ip68 rating or IP rating at all. So don't get this wet and don't expect to just throw it on a wireless charger. It's a plastic body guys when it comes to performance.
Haman, that's my reaction. It could be better. You know they could have put a better high-end chipset in here considering the price um, because there is a lot of competitors who put better chipsets on this price range, especially here in the Philippines. Google Pixel 4a, mas morality. We don't have Google store, so it's supposed to be 350 dollars outside Philippines when it gets here it's around five hundred dollars, and you got phones like OnePlus word, where they're, cheaper, and they're pretty competitive.
So it's got a snapdragon, 736 gigabytes of ram and 128 gigabytes of storage. That's the only model you can get. That's the only storage you can get, which is quite okay again for these fights you get 128 euro. You get a 128 gigabyte of storage. That's quite good! I'm happy with that, and you got the Google features.
Google Assistant features and this software man it's so nice and clean, and it really grows on you when you go back from this to other android phones. You miss you'll, you'll, certainly miss the Google Pixel experience I've. I found myself missing it when I go back to another phone, any other android phone with a skin on it. It's just so intuitive and fluid it loads, some apps, quite slow. It takes like one or two seconds to load certain apps when you open the game.
For example, PUBG the loading screens are long, but once you get into the game, you can play the game. The man no problems. It may not run as smooth as some other phones with a better chipset, but you can play but keep in mind. This is not for gamers out there and while the phone is great at this moment, the question that remains is: if it's going to last long. So should you buy Pixel 4a, you ask.
Well I don't know. This is a hard question, because the price here, like I said, is more expensive than other places, but buy it. If you want a phone that is small, and you want to use with one hand, that's got a great display, and you love, google, you love google software, you love, Google Assistant and all the little features that Google implements on their phones also buy it, of course, because of the camera because it competes with all the best up there at this price range. So the biggest selling point for this phone would be the camera for me and vodka Jos?lito. If you want a long, lasting battery life, if you want to game a lot on your phone and if you want the best bang for your buck, man, that's just my advice, son and a man guys about the Google Pixel 4a that wraps it up for me, oh by the way guys, if you want to purchase a headphone, I just recently did a review on the anchor earbuds.
