Blackberry KEYOne Unboxing & First Impressions! By Zachary Anderson

You guys I hope you all are doing well. I finally got my hands on the BlackBerry key one. If you guys remember: I posted a video on the Android police Channel, where, when this was still coming by the BlackBerry emergency back during CES and yeah I got to check it out there, but everybody's pretty much done reviews. Now, it's been quite a while, since those videos went up, but I felt, like you know, doing this video, because you guys know I, love doing unboxing and all that stuff. You guys would like to see a review on this phone. Let me know I would love to put that together, but yeah.

Let's go ahead and take a look at V blackberry. One point just about this in just a little while ago, super excited to check this out I've loved BlackBerry's of days past and, of course, recent ones I haven't tried out, but so this one I actually really like when I was messing around with it, and we'll still be , learned Harry, but I guess. Oh, here we go here. Is the phone I actually neglected to check out the back of the box here? The back of the box is sleeve. You can see here.

We have some specifications, we have a five-fold outside map. We have a 4.5 inch, IPS display resolution of sixteen twenty by ten eighty-eight and a pixel density of 433. Furthermore, we also have two snapdragons at 6:25 process or a 12 megapixel camera with reformed flash has an 8 megapixel, selfie camera, along with 32 gigs of onboard storage, UNIDO bytes of ram 3500 or 3505 William hour battery and Android 7.1 Negate. So there we go for specifications right there, but here is the phone. So let's go ahead and take it out, and I actually really like this already I'm liking.

This is a lot already. It's go ahead and put this off inside there you already, we do with unboxing, lift the Train we'll get to our included accessories and all that good stuff, probably ties. We have our manuals in details, a box in ejection to all. Don't really need to see that creative accessories are. You have a wall adapter right here, charge it to the wall of course, and we have a USB type-c cable there, and we have a pair of earbuds.

So we're going to have to check this out. Vibrating Brandon is going to like this, and I have to check that out a little later, but I yep I also have some earbud tips and stuff. Just in case you don't fit your ears right out of the box, but there's that, and he'll go ahead and toss these tactics here, I'd like to do that for some reason, all right. So here is the BlackBerry key one I like the way. This looks, there's that classic blackberry keyboard, and I'm already liking the feel of that.

It's going to be fascinating, a physical keyboard once again, but we have our camera on top there with a speaker, of course, the keyboard on navigation keys right there. Speakers on the bottom with me, as you type ski table, let's go ahead. Your complected off the back here see there in the back. Looking really nice, like the soft touch material, just a very professional looking phone course. That's what they're going for I believe this is a multi-function button.

You know that we're just a plain and on camera button and that's what it was when I tried it out myself and then, of course, our volume by the tin tray right there, power button on the left hand, side is probably what that is. If I haven't gotten used to mixed up headphone jack on the top there and yeah that's pretty much it where's my plug there camera on the back towards home flash, and I will be doing some size. Comparisons for diesels, go ahead and grab some other phones here and how to do galaxy s.8, plus the adult, is a size comparison for you a better perspective. You actually have the regular doubts as 8. They know about the same size, very similar, there's thickness for your right.

There, it's a little of a beefier phone, but it feels nice feel nice in the hand here in a nice to be iPhone, 7 plus, of course, the excellence everybody's a bit bigger it. Actually a lot bigger there. You go and listen up this pixel XL. Today, you sometimes go comparison tweaks. You can get a better idea of how big this phone actually big and yes, that's pretty much it so go ahead and turn your phone on there we go.

It is now turning on what do you guys think of a blackberry line of phones? Of course, they'll apply a different company and I mean what do you think of it? I guess what I'm waiting it can also take this off the flash as well. What do you guys think should? Should they continue to make phones? Should they stop I? Actually really like this phone can't really see myself using this phone notice. The screen is smaller, it's a nice size, but is smaller, of course, and we also have a physical keyboard, but I'm really looking forward to using this home. So, let's go ahead, set it up real, quick, alright, so I, just typed in the password for my Wi-Fi and my first impression was pretty much just a humongous rush of nostalgia. Just it was.

You know two mothers I'm like wow. This is awesome, classic blackberry keyboard, and it was kind of cool, not sure how long that'll last in terms of using this thing every day, okay, yeah I'm just going to go ahead and continue this real, quick all right now. Here's something I totally forgot about is deputy to print reader is actually embedded into the space bar right here. I totally forgot about that. So let's go ahead and see how well this actually works.

Okay, fine sure, let's go ahead, see how even this is and actually easier than I thought it was going to be all right. So it does take a little longer, but it is not. You know showing me any errors like all. You need to reposition your thumb or something like that. Alright, so that's good I just need me.

I'll go and add my left. One later, don't want to waste your time. So let's go ahead and continue and yeah. We should be good to go right. So now we are all set up and ready to go a couple of things.

It's really cool if you use the keyboard to kind of navigate throughout the OS, which is really close, and you just want to swipe you keyboard you'll feel like touching the screen, and you can use this sound like a track time which is kind of cool for a fingerprint reader in there, and you saw multifunction buttons go ahead and hit that real, quick and go ahead and use this to open up an application. It's a shortcut of some sort, you can camera and go. Furthermore, it's just gone without the camera right there, and so, let's hit the intros over. You want to pay attention to that right now. I did hear that this is the same sensor used on the Google Pixel.

Is that true? Let me know if you guys know respect. Let me know in the comments if that is the case, if that is the case, oh boy, that that's that that's really awesome, so anyways, that's pretty much it first. Impressions I'm really excited to do this, so I'm, not to sure how long I'll be using it. But it will be nice to say: hey I've got a blackberry that just came out, and you know I'm happy for them. You know they're still trying to go strong and this is actually perfect phone for what I've seen for it, I've heard but yeah.

So you go to kind of add some like edge types which is going on here. So that's pretty cool this cuff link lady and uh yeah. I mean that other than that really excited to use this phone, but we'll see what it's like in everyday usage, so that pretty much does it for my first impressions of this phone. It's really nice in the hand nice size and the screen is actually it's better than I thought it was going to be. That's for sure.

The camera I'm excited about the keyboard is fun to use as it now. Of course, if you type faster on you know, I'll expand keyboard by that, we'll see how it works, so I'll get used to it and yeah that's pretty much if I teach brain fart I ended the video without showing you guys how quick the fingerprint read it in a nice and quick. So there's that it's not the most accurate thing. Of course, it is the shape as the space bar it's right there, what any works it works for the most part, and eventually I'll get used to that. So there's that, and I totally perhaps show you guys in your book.

So here are your Bloods right here. My camera tanks, which is run out of battery, so I have to hurry this up, and here are your books and the pretty basic, nothing too crazy, nothing like wall. These are so amazing here, but dude. You have to, try now there's a very, very basic, because I've got an inline mic, and you know some controls there, yeah that's what that is right there and if you're with themselves and look pretty nice right there. Okay, there's basic not to choke on.
