Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra vs iPhone 11 Pro Max Speed Test

The iPhone 12 release is just around the corner, but how does apple's current gen flagship smartphone stack up against Xiaomi's latest and greatest me 10 ultra in a speed test, the Xiaomi is powered by Qualcomm's snapdragon 865 processing chip runs on seven nanometer plus technology, while the iPhone is rocking apple's, impressive, a13 bionic chip, also based on seven nanometer tech. The Xiaomi has eight gigs of lpddr5 ram, while the iPhone has four gigs of lpddr4 tram. However, the iPhone 11 Pro max uses NVMe storage, which is significantly faster than the mi10 ultra's UFS 3.1 storage. The Xiaomi has a 120hz refresh rate panel, while the iPhone is kept at 60. , I'm leaving the animations enabled on the Xiaomi, since there is no way to completely disable them on iPhone round. One will be all about boot fingerprint and face unlock round.

Two will be all about initial opening of app speed and round. Three will be all about ram management using my fingers over here, so to keep things accurate, we're gonna pop, go pro footage to the bottom left-hand corner guys. This is technic and without further ado. Let's go we're. Gonna start here with a simple boot in round one to see which one can turn on faster.

The Xiaomi gets his first point in round one with 19 seconds, as opposed to a whopping 26.5 seconds on the 11 pro max going into the phone and refreshing the app icons, the iPhone had a bit of an animation, but by the time they both ended things off over there. It was a neck and neck tie testing out Xiaomi's optical fingerprint sensor, underneath the screen compared to the 3d face unlock on the iPhone. The Xiaomi was quicker every single time when looking at just the fingerprints and not the animation when it comes to using face unlock on both devices, it was too close to call first time too close to cool second time, and the 11 pro max was slightly faster, the third time around getting its first and final points in round one, as opposed to double that two points for the Xiaomi in round one going into round two we're making sure that we have our brightness set to max and we on the same Wi-Fi network as well as all apps closed in the background going into the camera app by the time they finish, loading all the animations they finished at the same time. So no Buena is allocated the Xiaomi flipped to the selfie cam quicker. The iPhone took the picture faster, but the Xiaomi saved it to gallery quicker.

So no point was allocated over there going into gallery. It was too close to call going into the photos due to different animations. Once again, they finished loading at the same time, so no point was allocated over there. The calculator app was too close to call once more still one point ahead to the Xiaomi as opposed to zero on the iPhone going into the phone app. However, the iPhone 11 Pro max opens that up slightly quicker, getting at its first point, matching the Xiaomi and going into the settings app.

Once again, it was too close to call going into speed, check and internet speed test over here. It was too close to call once more. This is one of the most naked neck tests I've ever tested on my channel over here. If you guys, are interested in seeing more speed tests, make sure you head over to my channel after this we're not checking download and upload speeds here, but more so how long it takes to do the test 21.5 seconds on the Xiaomi two seconds slower on the iPhone 11 Pro max getting the Xiaomi its second point in round two next apps here is indeed Spotify, which the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra opens up quicker. Now three points: a two point lead over the iPhone 11 Pro max and the next step that we have is photoshopped express a photo editing app going into it.

The 11 pro max opens it up faster and going into the picture. Once again, they had different animations over there, but the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra actually finished loading, the entire page quicker than the iPhone and saving it to gallery. The Xiaomi mi 10 ultra said save to gallery at the bottom of the screen, slightly quicker than it saves said to gallery at the top of the iPhone screen going into premiere rush over here, a video editing software, the Xiaomi opens it up quicker, though the iPhone opens up the project slightly faster. Now we're going to take this 4k at 25 frames per second clip we're going to compress it down to 1080p and match the frame rate of 25 frames per second we're going to hit export over here we're going to speed things up bottom right-hand corner. So I don't keep you guys here all day, but I really wouldn't be since the iPhone.

Does it in just 6.5 seconds with that extremely fast NVMe storage, as I mentioned at the start of the video, even though we have the latest UFS 3.1 storage on the Xiaomi, it did it in 15.5 seconds more than double going into astral VPN. Since we need a VPN here in China, the iPhone opens it up quicker, and they turn them on at a relatively similar time going into Facebook. Our first social media app here the reason why we actually need actual VPN here the iPhone actually opens up Facebook quicker, but the Xiaomi loads, the entire page quicker. So no point was allocated over there. However, it's a bit different with Instagram, where the iPhone 11 Pro max opens it up and loads.

The page quicker before the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra, making it six for six. So far in round two going into twitter, however, the mi 10 ultra takes the lead once more, with its seventh point, going into YouTube. Now, let's see which one can load the entire page faster, and it is indeed the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra getting its 8.9 two point lead over the iPhone 11 Pro max going into my channel. However, the iPhone 11 Pro max picks up at seventh point now, just one point behind and going into one of my videos make sure you check out this charging speed test after this video. They both play the clip at the same time, but the iPhone 11 Pro max loads, the entire page quicker than the Xiaomi.

Getting its eighth point now matching the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra. Our next app here is indeed Netflix, which the mi 10 ultra opens up quicker. Now, a one point lead once again now a two point lead after going into my profile slightly faster and the next app that we have is indeed, Google Chrome going into Google Chrome. The iPhone 11 Pro max was quicker to open it and quickly load. It now, just one point behind the Xiaomi and the first gamer 4 here a subway.

So if it's going into it, let's see which one can power through usually iPhones are a lot quicker when opening up games. Let's see what happens here, and it is indeed allocated to the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra now picking up its 11th point in round two, as opposed to nine points on the iPhone 11 Pro max second game. R4. Here is indeed a flip diving. Usually there is a clear winner over here, but when it comes to the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra and iPhone 11 Pro max, it was really neck and neck there.

So no point was allocated so a two point lead for Xiaomi, but we do have two more apps left to go. Opening up. Our next game here is indeed temple run, so I sped it up, slowed it back down and the iPhone 11 Pro max picks up its 10th point, not just one point behind the me10 ultra: let's see what happens with PUBG mobile, we do have our new one error update on PUBG mobile, so it takes slightly longer to load than previous speed tests of mine, but the iPhone 11 Pro max. Does it in a whopping 14 seconds, as opposed to an insane 25.5 seconds on the Xiaomi, getting at its eleventh and final point in round two, the exact same score, the Xiaomi god was neck and neck in terms of speed, even though the Xiaomi has beaten iPhone in the past on my channel talking about ram management over here we do have LP ddr5 ram on the Xiaomi and LP ddr4 x, ram on the iPhone 11 Pro max that actually matters more than the amount of ram that you have. Four gigs of ram on the iPhone is plenty sufficient.

So, though we do have faster ramp on the Xiaomi, we are not really testing out speed, just how many apps these phones can hold. In the background. So far, the iPhone 11 Pro max has kept four apps open, while the Xiaomi has killed those four and the Xiaomi has kept two apps open, while the iPhone has killed those two. If they both keep the app open, no point is allocated and if they both kill an app, then no point is allocated either so far. The iPhone is crushing it in terms of ram management, even with half the ram compared to to maintain ultra's eight gigs.

We have four on the iPhone, so it's quite impressive in that respect, but compared to other phones that I've tested on my channel. It's not necessarily the best, since most phones can keep all 20 apps open over here. As you can see on YouTube over there, it didn't stick to my profile. It went back to the home screen and going into Google Chrome. The Xiaomi surprisingly kept that open while the iPhone killed it.

But it was the other way around when opening up subway surfers and they both keep open. The last three games respectively. So total points for round three seven on the iPhone, as opposed to three on the 10 ultra total score here.16 points for the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra, as opposed to 19 points for the 11 pro max, which got a three point lead at the end. So if we just take into consideration raw performance raw speed, which is all about round two, they were neck and neck that 11 points apiece. I'm really impressed with the apple over here, since it was released a year ago, pretty much while this is the latest device from Xiaomi food for thought over their guys.

I hope that you enjoyed watching this video as much as I did making it. This is technic, and I'll, see you in the next one. You.
