BlackBerry KEY2 Silver Edition Unboxing and Overview

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech it's a day. I am back with another big on boxing for you today, we're back with the BlackBerry key to unbox. Do a quick review. I should say overview, I'll, throw up that link in the video description. It comes in two different colors. You got a silver color and then really the border is gonna, be so where I think the black is.

He still gives me on the back part, but this silver border, and then you get all black on black. That looks really nice as well.6:49 is the price point. So it's definitely a little steep I'd like to see the price be around 500, especially since it's not the latest and get the greatest snapdragon. You get the snapdragon 660 instead of the 835, which you would be expected, but this one does come with Android 8.1 Oreo, which is kind of weird, so you would like to see them do a little bigger with the processor 4.5 inch display, so it's pretty small. But then you obviously do got your keyboard, which is the most important thing.

That's why you would actually get a blackberry, and it does have expandable memory, 64 gigs of on-board storage, and then it comes with 6 gigs of a ram I believe which is actually pretty good, and the battery life is supposed to be excellent on this thing, because, probably because, if there's such a small screen, but again, if you're a business person looking for your know security, this may be the way to go. It's not going to be for everybody, but it does bring back some memories from me. So presentation actually does feel premium. They got the blackberry box up top got the little logo, which everybody remembers, that key to get the look of the actual phone on the actual cases or on the box itself and actually doesn't premium all the way around vaccine. Give you some more specs.

It is only. This is the unlocked version, and it's only available right now on its AT&T and T-Mobile the minute. It's got a 35-minute battery, which is pretty good, but again because of the smaller screen. You should be getting some really nice battery life, which is expected. Let's go and check it out.

Guys presentation does feel pre for that price point. Let's check it out and see if it's a hit or miss. This is my first black bear in a long time, so bear with me did get this from Best Buy and just ride today so happy to get my hands on this one. We're going to do some accessory reviews, if you guys have any got the official ones coming. It's like the official case is coming whenever they're going to be released, and then we got some screen protectors and some third-party cases coming as well.

So we're going to do a big like we do on this channel. So if you guys have any suggestions, definitely throw it up and link or throw it up in the description, and we'll get right to them. Got they sticker that fooled me with the sticker. They got two of them, so here we go put that to the side. Here we go beautiful box, though you got a nice, give it to him with the presentation even got a little more at their blackberry.

Key to this is like that old-school, blackberry, presentation, and I was really rooted for blackberry. These you know to thrive as a company. Obviously they've had some misses, but you really got it once you just get that out, and you feel that keyboard whoa I like the way that looks a lot this. It just actually feels really nice in the hands. It's actually a lot lighter than I expected, which is one thing, I thought, maybe more of a weight type field, but this is very lightweight when it's just my first initial impressions, guys and I thought about that.

Let's see what kind of packaging we're getting here. They did it right with a package. I'm not gonna lie about that. You got your sim car or some ejector tool got some literature again. This is gonna, be the Android foam, so it does come with 8.1 out of the box, which is really nice for Oreo, got a black charger and got the logo right there. It looks really nice and clean.

They did it right with that. The accessories got you actually do got some they throw in some headphones, which is nice, a nice little added touch these days and that's pretty much it with the packaging. That's it put that to the side beautiful. So you got the screen right there and again. This feels really nice to hold.

You get the BlackBerry logo. Obviously that comes off got the keyboard. So, if you guys are you know, it's going to take a little while to you still, and I'll. Try to use this as my daily driver for a couple of weeks to get back in the hang that you know I'm saying guys got the BlackBerry logo on the back, pull it off like that, nothing to it. It's got this really nice premium feel to it.

It's almost like a rubber style, but it actually doesn't appear to get fingerprinted up, which is nice, got a camera cutout. So you got your camera dual lens got the BlackBerry logo right there beautiful. It's got the headphone jack, which is important these days. It's weird that you have to say that, but that's a headphone jack right there guys keep that in mind. Let me turn it on see how quick it is to load up.

Let's check this out. This does bring back some memories. I don't buy you guys, but it does bring back some memories to me see if it's got any juice, maybe not made me hit the wrong button. Here we go I'll sit in the wrong button, that's a fail, we'll call it a fail in the comment section fail. Take this off like that beautiful popping through got the BlackBerry logo powered by Android, which actually seems a little weird, but not the end of the world.

I believe it's got a dual speaker grille, but there's only one speaker which thing could have done both speakers. You know I'm saying come on, 4.5-inch screen actually doesn't feel too small. I thought it'd be a little smaller than what it is, but it's actually, and it feels pretty nice in the hand. It's got the squared rounded finish to it again. I like that logo right there got the silver trim.

All the way around so the black on black ones, going to have the black all the way around, and I believe even that parts right, there's black, so see how quick it is to load up waiting waiting waiting. This CV we're just like Buster it's been a long time since I've done this. You know I'm, saying it's going to be weird to bust out that keyboard a little slow to load up there we go. Finally, so let me put my information in guys be right back what kind of browse through the operating system just a little. Obviously, there's quite a few reviews out there on the market right now, because people like them early, I paid for mine, so I appreciate you guys supporting my channel, be right back hold tight, guys, alright, guys we're up and running I say is I, don't think yeah! It's definitely a little of getting used to that's my first impressions because of the actual keyboard itself.

So I was even struggling with putting my passwords in just because I'm not used to it, but that's we'll try to get used to it. I guess I'm going to rock this for a couple of weeks as my daily driver for lack of a better word and see if I like it now, there's a few things that I actually do like about it right up front I think the display is pretty decent. It could be a little more crisp, especially for that four point. Five-inch screen- they probably could have done a little nicer, but you can see the display looks pretty nice. This is just the black background, so it's not not the best of backgrounds to show off.

This is kind of swiping mean there's a period of any lag at all. To get to your abs press, the middle right. There I'm sorry right there that shows it all the apps to God and this appear to be any lag, which is nice that the camera on the back. We get that dual sensor, and it's not supposed to be the greatest camera in the world, but it is supposed to be acceptable, which you would hope a little more than acceptable for that price point. That's just me! So then you get this clean, refined! Look all the way around the edges again just doable speakers, but only one speaker has sound from what I hear, and then you got a dedicated button, and it's not a fix P button.

It's not a Google home I believe you can actually route this one to quite a few different options, which is nice. That's one of the things that's in my opinion, lacking on some other devices like Samsung I'm, always hitting that big speed button and I wish. It would be something else, power buttons right there, while I'm up and down right there- and this is all with that chromed out- look barren. Looking very clean and nice I. Think a print sensor is right here in the middle of the keyboard, which isn't definitely a nice place to have it.

Let's check it out, see how quicker slow it is. I mean I'm hitting that wrong button. Here we go. Let's check this out, pretty quick, not the quickest in the game, but it is pretty quick. Let's try one more time, pretty quick, so pretty quick to load up, and again you're running Android 8.1 out of the box. So my first impressions this one does feel really legit I think they did a lot of things right with this particular phone.

I'm use it for a couple of weeks and give you guys maybe an update if you guys want a review. Let me know in the comments section I'll try to get to that and then let's compare it to a couple other devices right now, so the HTC you twelve plus. So again. This give me a little taller and this is not even really comparing the same type of foam, but we just got to go with it more boxy. It's a little shorter, a little more boxy, look which you would expect from that blackberry.

Let's see what else we got here, beautiful, looking foam g7 this one's going to be a little shorter, a little shorter and then a lot skinnier, g7, and then I'll see OnePlus got the red popping through a little looks good about the same about the same height. This has definitely got a more boxy look to it and see. If there's anything else, I got here that one's got an Apple iPhone a plus. This one's going to be yeah, iPhone, eight still definitely going to tower over it. So you had a 5.5-inch screen and versus 4.5-inch screen and yeah. What can you say about that? So, overall guys I would say this one's going to be kind of a wait-and-see approach.

I would like of to see this price point, be $4.99, not 649, but that's just my personal opinion. Let me know what accessories you guys want me to review in the comment section. You know we're going to hit this hard hit. The subscribe button we'll see you guys next time. You.
