Best Cheap Cases for Samsung Galaxy A51 - Updated for Late 2020! By Kevin Breeze

Hi everyone- this is Kevin here and in this video we're going to be taking a look at my favorite, affordable cases for the Samsung Galaxy a51. Now these cases are only for the international and us variants of the phone and do not work with the a515g. But with that being said, let's get started. This is the otter box commuter light case for the Samsung Galaxy a51. Now this is what the box looks like, and you can see the case through the clear window on the front. Now here's what the case looks like outside the box.

This case is a dual layer case with high quality rubber on the inside and a hard plastic material on the outside. On the back of the case, there is an otter box logo and the two layers of the case can be taken apart for easy installation to install the phone into the case, simply place it snugly into the inner rubber layer and then place the outer plastic layer on the back. The phone fits in the case very nicely, and the camera is very well protected. Each of the four corners on the case features a thick rubber material to absorb the impact from accidental drops. Now, on the right side of the case, we have the volume up, volume down and power buttons, and they're all very easy to press with the case on the phone.

It is still very easy to hold in the hand and doesn't add too much extra bulk on the top of the phone. There is an opening for the noise-cancelling microphone then on the bottom we have the headphone jack, USB c port for charging microphone and the speaker, and all of those are very easy to access. Finally, there is a decently large lip around the display, so you can lay the phone face flat on a surface and not have to worry about accidental scratches. Next, let's take a look at the otter box symmetry series case for the Samsung Galaxy a51. Here's what the box looks like, and you can see the case through the clear window in the front and here's what the case looks like outside the box.

The case has a unique look, but still is very simple: there are no logos or anything on the back, giving a clean, sleek appearance being a single layer case. It is made out of only one piece, but it is very easy to install to put the case on the phone. You simply slide the corners. The phone then fits the case very nicely and in addition to that, the camera is very well protected. The case is made of a thick, transparent material which will absorb the impact from accidental drops and, despite the protection that it does provide, it still is very slim allowing your phone to fit comfortably in your hand or pocket without having to sacrifice durability.

Taking a look at the top of the case, there is an opening for the noise-cancelling microphone then, on the bottom we have openings for the headphone jack, USB c port for charging microphone and speaker and due to the design of the case, you'll have very easy access to all of those. In addition, there is a decently large lip around the display so that you can lay the phone face flat on a surface and not have to worry about accidental scratches and finally, with this case on, your phone you'll still have a very easy time: toggling the power button and also the volume up and volume down. Next we're going to check out the vanguard case by armadillo tech for the Samsung Galaxy a51. This case is definitely meant to provide your phone with maximum protection, as the back side of the case is made out of a completely hard plastic material. This is a two-part case, so, in order to install the phone into the case, you have to first take off the top frame and then stick it on the top of the actual phone itself.

On the inside of the case, we have a nice honeycomb design meant to give you extra shock absorption. We also have the armadillo tech logo, then, from there you can place the actual phone itself into the case and then snap, everything together, and now you're all good to go, so you're, getting a very deep lip on the side. So that's great. If you want to lay your phone down face flat on a surface, or maybe you accidentally drop your device onto a surface you're, also free to install your own screen protector and the case will not get in the way you can even access. Various software features like the app edge with no issues at all.

You can see on the left side of the case. We have vanguard branding. We also have a nice texture here which also assists with the shock absorption on the right side of the case. Furthermore, we have a similar texture, then we have buttons for the on off and also for the volume down and volume up. So those buttons are very easy to press extremely snappy.

Then take a look at the top. We have a cut-out for the noise-cancelling microphone then on the bottom we have a hole for the speaker, a hole for the microphone, and then we actually have flaps for the USB port, and we have a flap that covers the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, so both of those flaps keep dirt and dust out of your various ports, which is very important, of course, and then things get even better on the back, so a nice large cutout for the camera module, which is great. We have a very rough and tough plastic material on the back, which is going to hold up really well over time. Furthermore, we have some armadillo tech branding right here, and then we have a kickstand. So this is the vanguard series case for the Samsung Galaxy a51 by armadillo tech.

This is the sup case, unicorn beetle pro with this product you're getting very high quality packaging and with this product, you're going to be getting a couple of unique features that you might not find with other cases. The case is shock resistant, which is nice, and it also comes with a belt clip holster for quick and easy access. Now, here's the case outside the box- and it certainly is on the bigger and bulkier side, but that's due to it being designed to give you maximum protection. You can also see the belt clip holster, and it's very sturdy and definitely built to withstand daily use. The two-part case encloses the phone entirely with a hard plastic exterior covered in rubber encasing the plastic frame that protects the screen.

In order to install the case, you will need a flat edge object like a coin or bottle opener to insert in the bottom right corner to separate the two parts, then, from there you'll slide the phone into the back casing by the corners and finally reattach the front frame that protects the screen once the case is fully installed. It is very durable and provides a great deal of protection. Another benefit with this product is that the front of the case completely protects the display. The back of the case is made of a very hard durable plastic and thick rubber to absorb the impact from accidental drops and the belt clip holster snaps on very easily and fits the case nicely. The thick back of the case provides a great deal of protection for the phone's camera.

So that's one less thing to worry about and despite the general bulkiness of the case, the volume buttons and power button are still very easy to press at the top of the case. There's an opening for the noise-cancelling microphone. Then, at the bottom of the case, there are openings for the headphone, jack, USB-C, port microphone and the speaker in addition to that, the case has a movable layer of rubber that covers over the headphone jack and charging port to protect it from damage and debris in general you're, getting maximum protection, but still very easy access to the various ports. And finally, with this product, you are getting a thick lip on the sides which allows the case to protect your display in case it does fall face flat and combining that with the built-in screen protector. This case provides an extreme amount of protection so that the phone doesn't get damaged, but this is the subcase, unicorn beetle pro for the Samsung Galaxy a51.

Let's now take a look at the sign tough armor case for the Samsung Galaxy a51. Now here's what the box looks like from the outside- and this is what the case looks like outside the box. It has a yellow lining on the inside and sign logos on both the right side and the back of the case. It is made from a hard plastic material and with thick rubber on the ends to absorb the impact of accidental drops. This is a single layer case, which does make installation very easy and to install the case you just pop in the corners.

As you can see here. The case fits on the phone very nicely, making it comfortable to hold and easy to carry in your pocket at the top of the case, there's a cutout for the noise-canceling microphone and then on the bottom of the case. We have openings for the headphone jack, USB c port microphone and the speaker, and you get very easy access to those ports as well now, on the side of the case, with the volume up and volume down buttons, as well as the power button, and thankfully, all of those buttons, despite being covered by a thick layer of rubber, are very easy to press. So it's nice that you get both convenience and durability. Now the case is made of a very hard plastic material and the camera module is very well protected.

In addition, there is a large lip around the display so that you can lay the phone face flat on a surface and not have to worry about additional scratches, and if you do happen to drop the phone face flat, then the phone is definitely at a much lower risk of getting damaged. And finally, let's take a look at the sign liquid crystal case for the Samsung Galaxy a51. Now here's what the box looks like for the product and here's what the case looks like outside the box. Now this is a single layer case made out of a high quality, transparent, flexible material. This particular case comes with a cleaning wipe, that's included in the box.

Installation, for the case is very easy. All you have to do is just slide in the phone on the edges, and the case fits on the phone very nicely. In addition to that, the camera module is very well protected when used in this case now. This case features a sleek design made from a single layer of material, but despite its sleekness, it is able to absorb the impact from accidental drops, and I definitely do appreciate that it doesn't add too much bulk to the actual phone itself. Now, at the top of the case, we have a hole for the noise-cancelling microphone.

Then, at the bottom of the case, we have cutouts for the headphone jack, USB c port microphone and the speaker, and thankfully, with this case, we do have very easy access to those various ports. Now, on the right side of the case, with the volume up volume down and the power button, and all of those are very easy to press. Even with having the case on the phone due to the sleek design of this case, the phone is very comfortable to hold in the hand and easy to carry in the pocket as well. The case also doesn't add too much weight and finally, there is a decently large lip around the display so that you can lay the phone face flat on the surface, and you don't have to worry about additional scratches and if you happen to drop the phone face flat, it's going to give you extra protection as well.
