Battery Fast Charge Test Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra vs Huawei Nova 8 Pro vs Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max

In this video we're going to be testing the fast charging speeds, as well as the temperatures on the Samsung Galaxy s21, ultra Huawei nova, 8 pro and the iPhone 12 Pro max. So we got the s21 ultra on the left, the Huawei nova 8 pro in the middle and the iPhone 12 Pro max on the right. The s21 ultra has a 5 000 William hour battery and has 25 watt fast charging capability. The nova 8 pro has a 4 000 William hour battery with 66 watt fast charge capability. The iPhone 12 Pro max has a 3687 William hour. Battery and apple sells a 20 watt fast charge adapter for it now I'll, be using a 25 watt fast charge, adapter for the Samsung s21 ultra and the provided 66 watt fast charge.

Adapter, that's in the box with the Huawei nova 8 pro. As far as the iPhone 12 Pro max, I'm going to be using a 65 watt charger, even though it won't be using that full 65 watts. I just don't have any other adapter on hand right now and just to specify it's an anchor 65 watt charger. So let's begin charging them and see how fast they charge and how hot they get all right. I turned some lighting off, so you can see the screen better.

The s21 ultra is at three percent battery life. The nova 8 pro is at six percent, and so is the iPhone 12 Pro max at six percent iPhone's at about 30 degrees Celsius. The nova 8 is also about 30 degrees Celsius and the s29 is at about 30 degrees Celsius as well all right, let's plug them in and start the test, all right. So one hour, 5 minutes and 53 seconds. The nova 8 pro is done.

Charging it's the first one to finish and let's check the temperature it's at about 38 degrees Celsius, all right so one hour, 31 minutes and 19 seconds, the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra finishes charging, and it's at about 34 degrees Celsius. Finally, after two hours and 36 minutes, the iPhone's done charging. Let's check the temperature at about 30 degrees Celsius, so the 66 watt fast charger on the nova 8 pro seemed to be a winner. It charged the battery the quickest, however, keep in mind the nova 8 pro has a 4 000 William hour battery compared to the s21 ultra, which has a larger 5 000 William hour battery, so it did charge faster. However, it wasn't that big of a difference if you're comparing the battery sizes as well.

However, when it comes to the iPhone, the iPhone was the worst. The first 20 30 percent was extremely fast, and I thought it was actually going to beat the s21 ultra. However, after the 50 mark, it started slow down a lot and once it hit 80 percent, it slowed down even further. At one point, I did have to actually pull out the widget to show the percentage. I didn't think about doing that early on in the video, but the final percentages were taking way too long.

The fact that the iPhone 12 Pro max has a 3687 William hour battery, which is the smallest of the three I would have definitely assumed it would charge much faster than it did so. Hopefully, this video will give you somewhat of an understanding as far as how long the batteries take to charge and how hot the phones get when it's charging, if you guys want to see more videos like this, make sure you subscribe and click on the notification bell, so you'll be notified the next time.
