Apple's iPhone XR Clear Case Review: Don't buy it

Hi everyone Harris here with AI Adam blog today we're taking a look at Apple's new, clear case for the iPhone 10 are the packaging is very simple, just plastic and the case itself and when I took the case out, I was a little surprised at just how simple the case is not exactly the typical premium case that Apple makes. In fact, this is just a clear, hard plastic case for your iPhone. It's easy to put the phone in you just snap it in on any of the corners, and you can figure that out. So the most important aspect of this case is that it is clear. A foam like the 10r is really meant to be shown off for its color. That's one of the reasons that it's such an enticing device, so the frame on the sides and the back color are all shown off.

In fact, everything about this phone is shown off, because everything is completely clear and that's how I think cases should be for the most part for the 10r, but there's only protection on the three sides of the device, meaning the bottom of the phone is completely exposed. Yes, this kind of goes along and has some consistency with the design language of the iPhone 10 series, phones, a meaning that the swipe gestures are not hindered in any way because of a bottom portion of the case, but I've never found that to be an issue with other cases that protected the bottom. So I'm a little worried about dropping this straight down, not really a fan of that, but that is just how Apple styles their cases. There is a slight lay on the table design, but nothing crazy. You've still be subject to debris or little things that are on any type of surface.

A screen protector would be recommended with this, and you will have some protection, but really not that much again. If you drop it straight down, not a lot, but it is a very slim case. So that's, what's nice about this, it slides in and out of pockets very easily there are no issues there. It feels very slim in your hand, it curves to the phone. It's a good feeling case like I, enjoy using this.

Furthermore, it doesn't add much bulk at all and that's very standard for Apple's cases, and that fits that design, language from Apple's, leather and silicone cases. However, this is only plastic and just a very simple I would call cheap plastic, nothing special about it, which, for $39 just seems kind of ridiculous to me when the Apple charges that same amount for their nice silicone cases for their other phones. However, this is the only case that Apple makes for this phone. No leather and no silicone I've had one actual issue with this case, it'd be that the buttons are not super click, and I struggle to recommend any case that have less them perfectly click tactile buttons, because there are so many ample UV cases that do it perfectly. This is just not really acceptable to have a case that has slightly hard to press buttons.

I do know many cases that are very satisfying to click the buttons. This one is a little resistant and I. Just can't really recommend a case. That's like that, because it's not that hard. It appears to get it right.

So, at the end of the day, if you're rather indifferent to your case for your 10r, this one will show off the color of your phone and keep it very slim. But if you're looking for the best value or the best case overall look elsewhere, I've covered some speaking cases which were good, and I'll leave some links in the description, but I. Don't really recommend this case unless, like I, said you're, indifferent, or you like the design language, a lot or the money just doesn't matter. Let me know what you think about this case. Leave a comment down below, and thank you for watching.
