5 Reasons NOT TO BUY the Pixel 4a - DON'T BUY IT!

Okay, so I don't know if you've noticed this, every single comment I see on Twitter and YouTube. Oh, this phone is so great. It's perfect. It's the best phone ever you'll never find a better phone than this. I'm going to throw away all my iPhones just to buy this phone okay, so maybe not that, but still you get the idea well in this video. I thought it'd be interesting if we take a look at five different reasons not to buy the Google Pixel 4a.

So the first thing we're going to look at is what everyone seems to love, and that is the perfect camera by google. However, it's only got one lens and for some reason they put it in a big block on the back to make you think it's a special camera with more than one lens. My wife has the pixel 3axl, and she was always commenting how I could get better photos on my OnePlus 7 pro, which has a wide angle lens. Let me show you how much more you can see with the wide angle. This is what the wide angle lens looks like I'm on OnePlus 7 pro and then here's how much you see with the almighty camera by google at the same exact distance and position as the OnePlus 7 pro.

I know a wide angle lens isn't going to be a dealbreaker for everyone, but something you'll definitely want to consider before buying the Google Pixel 4a. So another thing you may want to consider is the display itself, and I'm not talking about the fact that it's not AMOLED, and it's only 60 hertz this year you only get one size, there's no more XL version, which I really like. I mean look at how small this Pixel 4a is compared to every other budget phone that I've reviewed. I know that's definitely not a dealbreaker for most people, but when it comes to gaming or watching videos, I know I always want a little bigger screen. Another reason why you may not want to buy the Pixel 4a is performance.

One thing you're sacrificing is: this is a little cheaper processor than what you're going to get on, say a pixel 5. That's just about ready to come out. You can see that it gets obliterated by the OnePlus 7t and the OnePlus 7 pro. Now it is faster than the homophone f1 and just a hair faster than the OnePlus 6, which came out about three years ago. Same thing with multi-core scores, it's about the same as the Poco f1, and then it's quite a bit slower than the OnePlus 6.

On my old dinosaur phone, the OnePlus 7 pro it's on HD graphics, with high frame rates on PUBG mobile and then on the cheap and slow Pixel 4a. It's also on HD and high frame rates. Okay, so maybe that's not the best example. Let's keep moving on here. Okay, let me get to your back trey.

Another reason why you may not want to get the Pixel 4a is the battery life. This phone only has a 3 140 William hour battery. Think about that for a second- and this is in 2020, I don't know any phone that has that smaller battery size, all the other budget- phones that I just showed you earlier they're, putting like a 4 000 William hour. That's like the same size battery my OnePlus 3 phones had back in 2016. , so yeah this one could be a dealbreaker for a lot of people just to give you an idea of what battery life is like.

So I thought let's go ahead and run a battery test on this, so here are the results against some of the other phones I've tested. Now this was done with the screen brightness at one hundred percent streaming continuous video until the battery was depleted to zero percent. Now the last reason you're- probably not going to want to buy this Pixel 4a is 5g we're talking, probably within a month they're going to release the pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5g version. They are going to be a little more expensive, but if you have 5g in your area, or you're in a larger city, you're going to be left behind with this slow 4g LTE phone. While everybody else is zipping around you with their new 5g version.

Just because you wanted to save a little of money, there's also rumors. The 5g version of the Pixel 4a is going to have a larger battery. So if you're watching this video- and you say Brian- I don't care about any of those reasons you just mentioned, then. Obviously I've done a perfect job here. I just pretty much confirmed the pixel.4A is the perfect phone for you, so if you've made it this far into the video, you may want to say thanks by subscribing and don't forget, to give a thumbs up.
