Apple Watch Series 6 vs Series 5: All Differencs Explained !

What's up guys just a guy tech here, and this right here is a brand-new Apple Watch Series.6. I've been using the Apple Watch Series 6 for over two weeks now and in today's video I'll, be comparing the world series 6 to the watch series swipe well because they almost share the same design, but they have some key differences that you should know before. Upgrading to the watch series 6. The apple world series 6 is the newest addition to the Apple Watch Series lineup, which released along with the watch SC last month. The apple world series 6 officially replaces the Apple Watch Series 5, which is already one of the best and far ahead of its competition apple, has been making some amazing smartwatches over the past few years, and this makes it even more confusing to decide. This watch is right for you, because the one that you already have is really, really good I'll, be comparing both the smartwatches in three different key areas: the design, the features and the battery life, and hopefully, by the end of this video it'll help you decide if you should get the Apple Watch Series.6. do note before we dive into the video.

The Apple Watch is compatible only with iPhones, and it doesn't work in sync with any android phone. So with that being said, let's start off with the design the packaging of the watch series 6, look almost similar to the series 5, but there's a very, very small difference. The packaging box isn't as big as the word series.5 has now the watch ships without the charging brick, you only get the cable to charge. Your Apple Watch apple decided to drop the charging brick, and this will be the same scenario even with the new iPhone 12 series in regard to packaging. You get the watch and the band in two separate boxes, and you can also find all the paperwork in the same box as the watch.

Both the watch series 6 and the watch series 5 come in two different sizing options, that is the 40 mm and the 44 mm, and this hasn't changed since the Apple Watch Series 4. Also, both the watches come in two different models. You could either go for the GPS, only model or off for the GPS plus cellular model. The word 6 is available in aluminum case stainless steel case and in a titanium case, whereas the applewood series 5 was available in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and ceramic cases, apple dropped. The ceramic case option with the series 6.

The watch series, 6 and series 5 are equipped with an ion x, glass display on the aluminum cases and the sapphire crystal display on all the other cases. Both the watches are easy to set up, and all you have to do is just open the watch app on your iPhone and follow the on-screen instructions to set it up. The watch series 6 and the watch series 5 are both equipped with an always-on retina LPO OLED display, which supports 1000 nits of max brightness and resolution of 368x448, even though both the watches are equipped with the same retina display. The watch series 6 always on display is about 2 and a half times brighter than the watch series 5. The display on the series 6 will look brighter than the world series 5.

And according to apple, it is particularly noticeable outdoors. The always on brighter display may seem like a small update, but it does serve its purpose as it makes easier to see the details like your workout data, when you're running outside at a glance in terms of design, they almost look the same with slim bezels, all around a digital crown with haptic feedback which can be used to scroll and move around in the UI and an oval physical button called the side button. Just underneath the crown which can be used to see all the running applications Apple Pay, and you can also hold it down to turn off or turn on the Apple Watch. The watch series 6 is also available in new different color options, which I'll be talking about a bit later in this video. Both the watches are also water, resistant up to 50 meters and come equipped with GPS compass at a barometric altimeter only exception.

The watt series 6 has an always on altimeter. The most visible difference in terms of design is the sensors at the back, which have been upgraded compared to the series 5, which also results to some new incredible new features in the cd6. The flagship feature in the world series x, which is also the key difference between both the watch series 6 and the watt series.5, is the new bled oxygen sensor. The blood oxygen sensor, also known as the pulse oximeter sensor. Lets you monitor your oxygen saturation, which represents the percentage of oxygen being carried by red blood cells in your body.

So to measure your blood oxygen saturation, all you have to do is just open up the blood, oxygen, app and click on start once you do that, just keep your wrist flat and the watch face up, and it measures your blood oxygen saturation in just 15 seconds. The blood oxygen app can measure the blood oxygen saturation level between to 100 percent so to implement this flagship feature apple, had to upgrade the sensors at the back of the watch series 6, and you can clearly see the difference in the number of sensors when you compare it to the series 5. The watt series 6 has a blade oxygen sensor on the rear, with an array of 4 clusters of green red and infrared LEDs, which measure the light reflected back from the blood to calculate the bed. Oxygen saturation also do note that to get an accurate measurement, you would need to keep your wrist flat and not keep moving it around. Also, the Apple Watch keeps periodically recording your blood oxygen level in the background, even while you're asleep the Apple Watch Series 6 is powered by the new s6 64-bit dual-core processor, whereas the series 5 runs on the s5 64-bit dual-core processor, the s6 64-bit dual-core processor is based on the Apple A13 bionic chip, which runs the iPhone 11 series.

According to apple, the s6 processor is 20 times faster than the previous generation s5 processor, which basically means the apps on your cs6 load faster than the ones on the series 5. The processor difference is just a minor update. Has the previous generation s5 processor is still very capable and does deliver an amazing performance. The word series 6 also features the same. ECG functionality has the series 5.

Both the watches have electrodes built into the digital crown and a heart rate sensor at the back, which are used to detect the heart rhythm. All you have to do to get the correct measure is open up the ECG app and touch the digital crown and wait for 30 seconds. Both the watches notify you when they detect high low or irregular heart rhythms. The world series 6, as well as the series 5, can perform, fall detection emergency, SOS and noise monitoring tracking your different workouts like an outdoor run, co-training, etc. through both the watches has been the same, and the accuracy is also to the point calls to both the smartwatches is quite the same, and I had no problem whatsoever in hearing the caller's voice.

Nor did the caller have any problem. In hearing my voice, the watch series 5 supports 2.4 gigahertz, Wi-Fi networks, whereas the world series 6 supports both 2.4 gigahertz and 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi network, the apple world 06 also features the unsure which apple introduced last year with the iPhone 11. This is the first time that apple has introduced the u1 chip on an Apple Watch. The u1 chip uses the UW technology, also known as the ultra-wideband radio to detect precise location. The iPhone 11 already uses this technology to detect the nearest person to you, while you're sharing files, while using airdrop the u1 chip use cases, have still not been unlocked as apple plans.

To use this with the apple, a tag and the new car key feature right now. The u1 chip is exclusive only to the Apple Watch Series 6, and you would be able to find it on any other Apple Watch. The u1 chip has a lot of potential, but for right now you just have to sit back and relax to see what does apple plan to do with the c1 chip on the Apple Watch Series.6. apple also introduced the watch OS 7 this year, which also adds some new features to the Apple Watch. The watch OS 7 is compatible with all the apple watches launched since the apple awards 3.

With the watch over 7. The Apple Watch can ultimately detect handwashing and encourages you to complete a full 20-second hand wash as recommended by various global health organizations. Apple has also introduced. Many new watch faces which can be customized with different color and complications than ever before. Also, with watch OS 7, you can use a emoji as an Apple Watch face personally, I'm a huge fan of the emoji watch faces cycling directions, sleep app, four new different workouts are some other new features that have been introduced through the watch over 7.

In terms of battery life. Both the series 5 and the series 6 have an all-day battery life up to 18 hours according to apple, but the key difference between both the watches is that the watch series 6 charges 20 times faster than the watch series 5. The watch series 6 can charge from 0-100 within an hour and a half, whereas the watch series 5 would usually charge from 0 to 100 in 2.5 hours. This small improvement is really very helpful. As now, you don't have to wait for 2.5 hours to charge up. Your Apple Watch also do know that there are few improvements to the power efficiency in the series 6, which may actually end up giving you a better battery life than the series 5, especially when you're tracking your workouts, the retail price of the Apple Watch Series 6 starts at 3.99 same as the watch series 5. So for 3.99 you can get an aluminum case.40 mm watt series 6 in the GPS, only model. If you want it in the 44 mm size, it would cost you 429 us dollars.

The GPS, plus Zelda model starts from 4.99 and the price keeps increasing, depending on the case. You choose apple, also introduced new color options with the word series 6. , the watch series 6 is available in exclusive product red and blue aluminum color options, the red and the blue look really amazing, and they do have a whole new vibe, there's also a new gold finish and a new graphite finish on the stainless steel cases. All these new colors are exclusive to the series 6, and you can't find them on the series 5. One color that was discontinued and that can be found only on the series.5 is the space black finish along with these new color options. Apple also released some new bands which are compatible with almost all the apple watches.

The new solar loop bands are stretchable liquid, silicone rubber bands with no buckles, whereas the new braided solar loop bands are stretchable, recycled, yarn interwoven with silicone threads. I personally really like the braided solo loop design. As both these bands do not have any buckles, it is really necessary to select the right size to know the right size just head over to the Apple website and follow the on-screen instructions to measure your wrist size or just go to an Apple Store and get the measurement paper to know your breast size. The watch series 6 may seem like a small improvement over the world series 5. But if you look closely at the small improvements like the 2.5 times brighter always on display faster charging, the u1 chip, the s6 processor and the blood oxygen sensor, all these are well thought of, and I really find them very helpful. So, let's get back to the main question is the word series 6 worth upgrading to if you're someone who already owns a series 5, I don't find any specific reason for you to upgrade, but if you're someone who owns a series 5 and loves the red, blue or the other exclusive colors that only the watch series six has and if you're someone who needs to continuously measure the black saturation levels then go grab the world series 6.

But if you're confused, I'm just thinking to upgrade only for the blood oxygen sensor. Remember that you can get a device that does the same for 16 on Amazon. But if you're, someone who is coming from world series, 4 or watch series 3, you have so many reasons to jump to the watch. Cs6 they're always on display the heart sensor, the blood oxygen sensor, the faster s6 processor, are all very compelling reasons for you to jump to the Apple Watch Series 6. Also.

I find it really futuristic and interesting to see that a watch on your wrist can measure your blood saturation levels and your ECG really well done apple. But if you're someone who has never tried the Apple Watch, I know you in the market for getting a smartwatch. Then let me tell you this. The Apple Watch is the best smartwatch that you can get. There's nothing that even comes close to what this watch delivers.

You'll really be happy with the Apple Watch. So that's it guys. That's my Apple Watch Series 6 versus the apple world series.5 review. Do let me know what do you think about the world series 6, and do you find it interesting enough to upgrade to? I hope you really did like this video, don't forget to smash that like button and subscribe the channel, if you haven't already I'll, see you guys in the next video until then take care and stay safe peace. You.
