Hey Isaiah from c4 attack and in today's video we're going to be checking out the gaming performance of the new Xiaomi Redmi 3 s, so this phone sports, the Arena 505 GPU that we've not seen in the past. So in this video I'm going to be throwing a few popular games at it and see how it holds up. We will also be monitoring for signs of overheating and close the video out by running the synthetic benchmarks and, as you can see what unskilled the Redmi 3 s has no issues smooth gameplay. It performs similarly with Mortal Kombat X as well. The gameplay is smooth, no lag, no frames dropped with modern combat 5 the games playable, but there are some noticeable minor frame skipping here. Like I said, the game still remains playable, but with some frames being dropped, the performance bounces back with no very fluid gameplay no drop.
This is quite smooth, unlike with modern combat 5. With that hasn't screwed identity, we are back to frames being dropped for the game. Remaining playable overall Xiaomi seems to have done a decent job here. Good at me, 3's had no issues with most games. We threw at it.
There was some frame drops with some of the more intensive titles, but given the prior segments that was to be expected, that's it. What is interesting here is the fact that every game was very much playable. Additionally, the temperatures were ok. I generally prefer the temperatures to remain under the 45 degree mark the times on the Redmi 3. Yes, just about went bastard, so I'm going to call it acceptable.
Yeah, expect some warmth with continuous intensive gaming, but nothing to really worry about, because we were playing for about 30 minutes here. So anyway. Here are the synthetic benchmarks and I guess: that's it for this gaming review give this video a thumbs up if you liked it, but it down, if you didn't, and for more videos like this, including the full review hit that subscribe button down below.
