Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra - Unboxing and First Impressions By Flossy Carter

What's up everybody, it's your boy, floss back again with another video, and today we're gonna. Do a quick unboxing of the Xiaomi mi 11 ultra 5g. Now you can pick this one up online I'll, throw the link-up in the description the cheapest that I found it for is 1 100 bucks.

Now you might be able to find it cheaper from other websites, but I only promote websites that I actually use, and I bought mine from hilltop. That's a reputable website! Now on the side note, this is a review unit that I got from Xiaomi. I shout out to them sending me this one early, but when I do my full review, I'm going to use my retail version that I got from gizmo for 1100 bucks all right. So let's go through the specs real quick. Now this one comes in two different colors.

You got ceramic white and ceramic black for the display. You got a 6.81 inch, quad HD AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1440 by 3200 that is 515 for the PPI patrol. Furthermore, you got gorilla glass virus on the front. Furthermore, you got a ceramic back with an aluminum frame. The phone is ip68 dust and water resistant.

You got HDR 10, plus up to 1700 nits peak brightness, all right, that's a lot of nits, and you got a 120 hertz refresh rate for the processor got the Qualcomm snapdragon 888, all right, that's a triple eight with the arena 660 GPU. Now what does that mean in English flagship, specs, bro flagship specs? Now you got 8 or 12 gigs of ram 128, 256 or 512 gigs of storage, no micro SD card slot for expandable memory. Now it's running android 11 with mini 12.5 skin. On top now check this out for the battery, you got a 5 000 battery that features 67 watt fast charging. I repeat: 67 watt fast charging.

That means you can charge your phone from zero to 100 and 36 minutes. Now. Listen to this. You also have 67 watt fast wireless charging. I repeat: 67 watt fast wireless charging.

That means you can wirelessly charge your phone from zero to 100 and 39 minutes. Now you also got 10 watt fast uh power share, also known as reverse wireless charging. For the cameras on the rear. You got a triple set up. You got a 50 megapixel wide angle, a 48 megapixel ultra-wide and another 48 megapixel periscope telephoto lens on the front.

Furthermore, you got a 20, megapixel wide angle lens. Now you can shoot video up to 8k. Now you got dual stereo speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. You got Bluetooth, 5.2 NFC, Wi-Fi six. You got an always on display, face unlock on-screen, fingerprint sensor IR blaster.

Okay, I repeat: you got an IR blaster and one of my favorite features thought protection. Now you also got one more feature. You got a secondary display on the back of the phone, all right. So what's missing from my flagship checklist, nothing! What's missing from my penny checklist. I wish they would have a few more color choices, there's no expandable memory and no headphone jack.

That's just whack hashtag bars! All right, so all of that for 1100 bucks, let's see what it is. First things: first shout out to white shoes back in the building. My shoes, calm down, okay, you all see how sharp that knife hand came in like this. Let's go! Okay! Here we go bird man hands rubbing together, let the height build up. This might be the phone of the year now last year.

I never did my cell phone awards, but the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra was my favorite android phone. Okay. This was my favorite phone of the year and I would say the best phone of the year was the galaxy z42, but that's not really a phone, that's kind of like a hybrid. So we put that to the side. The second-best phone of the year was the Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra five gangster alpha omega supreme.

That was the best phone of the year, but my favorite phone of the year was easily the 10 ultra now this color right here, the transparent back you all, seen me: do the battery charge test zero to 129 minutes? This phone has everything? Okay, this! So I'm expecting the new ultra to be the flagship phone and on the side note, Xiaomi killed it last year, all right, the 10 pro this phone has the best speakers on the market even to this day. Now I'm going to do side by side. I think this phone has the best speakers on the market. This is still a heavy weight. This is still in heavy rotation right now, and they also had the 10t now.

The only thing I didn't like about this one was the fingerprint sensor on the side and the lcd instead of AMOLED, but this was a beast for the price, but last year Xiaomi came to play okay, but they still lost to Samsung. I think this year might be the year all right. This might be the year, so I'm going to leave the ultra-right here to the side. We'll talk more about that in a minute. Okay, here we go now.

I know one more thing I haven't looked at this, yet I hope this is the black version, because I ordered the white version. I'd hate to have two of the same color: let's see what it looks like nice presentation, alert clean black box you all know I, like a nice clean black box, who doesn't dignity speakers tuned by Herman, pardon. Okay, here we go now inside. This is going to be a sim ejection tool. Okay, so you got your usual books and pluck them and follow them.

Okay. Here we go what's this now. I think this is what I think it is. Is this what I think it is a dongle in the box, all right, Samsung apple, you see where we're going now. Look I hate when phone companies keep using this name ultra everybody wants to be the ultra if you want to have ultra attached to your name.

This is where it starts all right. It starts with the ultra presentation. Let me get that dongle. I like that. Oh, wait a minute.

What's this a case too? Okay, we got a case in the box. Now I'm going to try to retain my height beast levels, but it is what it is. Nice little gel skin case nothing fancy on this one, but a case. Nonetheless, okay, we have to save that now this is gonna, be the device. I haven't seen it yet.

Okay, it's the black version; okay, that's cool! So when I do my full review aka the Schneider cut, I am doing the Schneider cut. Certain phones deserve two videos all right. This is one of those phones that deserves an unboxing full week, use and then a movie all right, so you all going to get the Schneider cut me 11, floss, floss edition. Let's see what else you get in here now: okay, flick of the wrist okay. Now I hate to keep on beating a dead horse, but sometimes you got to beat it.

Sometimes you got to beat that horse after it's dead, Samsung Apple Pay attention. Okay, I don't want to raise my voice at you all, because you all know I love you all, but this is tough love all right. Samsung, you see what this is. This is not just a charger in the box. This is the 67 watt fast charging, brick included in the box, okay included in the box with the dongle all right.

So if you're going to have the balls to take away the headphone jack at least have the courtesy the throttle dongle in the box, Xiaomi is already winning 67 watt fast charging bricks, brick in the box. Now this is going to be your USB type-c charging, cable USB-C to USB-C all right shoes wherever you at you late, let's see is that it now can, we have headphones, no headphones. I was about to say now if we had headphones, that would have been the ultimate fatality, but it's still looking like a kill right here. All right. It's still looking like a confirmed, kill.

Let's see, uh quad HD display snapdragon triple eight 67 watt, fast charging, 50 megapixel camera. Okay. Let's peel the back of this off real quick, let's get a little wipe down. Somebody counts me in three two one bung here it is here. It is, ladies and gentlemen, this might be the phone of the year.

Okay, look at that secondary display on the back. I love this little camera setup. Let's hit the power button, real quick see if we got any juice. Okay, now look, it does look like screen protector pre-installed, let's go ahead and peel that off though okay yeah, this is actually a nice screen protector. I could have left that on, but right, why not yeah? This is a good pre pre-installed screen protector.

Let me do a smell test on this one, real, quick. This one smells like this. One smells like flowers, all right, you ever went to a funeral, and you see a body going in the ground, and you get ready to drop that flower on that body, and you take a little smell, and then you drop that flower right on that body, and you say see at the crosswords to shout out to Xiaomi. All right Xiaomi is out here sending a lot of phones to the crossroads. Now look, everybody knows how I feel about the Samsung Galaxy s21, ultra 5 gangstas, all right.

This is kind of the alpha mega supreme right now. But, ladies and gentlemen, all right, ladies secondary display on the back here's, what a toss-up here's where the toss-up comes into play, because, with the galaxy s21 ultra 5g you're getting wireless Samsung decks, which is probably one of my favorite features on any phone all right: wireless Samsung decks, but with the Xiaomi phones, you're, getting an IR, blaster and thought protection. So where does the trade-off fit in not to mention, of course, you know you're getting faster charging wireless charging- I don't know I don't know we might have to put the flowers down on Samsung this year. Let me stop trolling all right. You all know how I feel about this phone, but that's what I'm talking about all right.

So I'm going to pause the video. Let me drop some of my information in, and then we'll just quickly, and I mean quickly breeze through the OS talk amongst yourselves all right you all. So we back in now. I just put my information in the phone got everything all set up. I've been playing around with it for a few minutes and I have to be honest with you all.

Furthermore, I think Samsung's reign of terror is coming to an end. The mi 11 ultra might be the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5 gangster killers. This phone so far is a major major major go. Now I'm going to talk about this real quick as soon as I took the phone out and put it on the table. The first thing I noticed was that secondary display.

Now I thought it was going to be kind of gimmicky at first, but look at that. You got the time the date and your battery percentage why your phone is in scumbag mode upside down on the table, that's kind of not a gimmick, that's kind of not a gimmick. I can actually see myself using that feature now. Look I'm not going to go through. All the settings like I usually do because, like I said, I'm doing a full movie on this phone, but I just want to show you how something real quick one of my favorite features about: Xiaomi phones and uh.

The mini is the super wallpapers. So this is your always on display tap the button. You see now got the planet like a closer view of the planet and then, when I look at it watch I'm gonna. Do it again now it brings me down to the planet surface same thing on all of them. Now, on my me um my me10 ultra, you see, I got Saturn.

Let me do that again. Okay, that's always on display. I'm going to try not to look at it. There's the planet and when I look at it, bong takes me down even closer and look at the responsiveness of this now try to switch a galaxy. I just tried looking at it, turning it off and on real fast, and this is last year's phone same thing.

Look at this one! Now with this one on my MIA 10 pro, you see, there's um a red planet full planet and when I look at it planet surface, let me do that again. Super wallpapers! Now you can download the APKs and use them on your galaxy phones, but they don't work as smooth as they do on the Xiaomi phones, planet, surface bong. Now, with the new one, I got this one set to planet earth. Then, when I press the button closer view, look at it boom right to the surface. Look how fast and smooth this phone is it's unbelievable.

Now, let's just go through. Let's check this check, some main features. Of course, you got your screenshot. You got reverse wireless charging, Ada Ada Ada. Let's go to settings real, quick! Let's go to display okay, display resolution who all right! That's not a radio station PhD! That means quad HD, display refresh rate all right: stop playing 120 120 hertz, refresh rate, while you're still in who, okay, listen, AI engine super resolution.

Look I'm turning on everything! I AI enhancement, turn that on turn that on memo, smooth videos turn that on too okay. Now, like I said when I do the full review, I'm going to tear this phone apart from top to bottom. Because look if I'm out here calling this the galaxy s21 ultra five gangster killers, I have to give it a full review. Alright. So if you all got anything specific that you all want me to cover, when I do the full video, but you already know, I'm going to test the charging speeds, I'm going to test the battery.

I'm gonna really play around with that secondary display and use it out in the field and see if it's a gimmick or am I actually going to use it check this out, I just noticed hold on a second bro hold on a second. Does that say what I think it says that says 120 times: scumbag zoom, so that means we got a nail blaster. We got thought protection and we got scumbag zoom. Let's, let's, let's just see something real, quick. Let's just see some, let's go to photos, let's take it over to holy 120 times, scumbag zoom.

Let's hit that zoom all right, so the galaxy s20 ultra five gangster- you got a hundred times, scumbag zoom, now a hundred times that that is, that is, super scumbag zoom 120 120, all right, if your floss really tonight plus I need you to reel it in and calm down all right, I'm back here giving myself the knife hand calm down. I think this might be the one.

This might be the phone right here now. Look, I'm going to be honest with you all. I would still rock this phone from last year. I would still rock the 10 ultra with no problems, the mi 10 ultra and the 10 t. Ah, me 10 pro, like these names all of these names, the 10 pro and the mi 10 ultra.

These are two phones that could still stand toe to toe in today's market. But now we got the 11 and the mi 11 ultra, and I already did a full video for the mi 11. That phone is a beast me 11 ultra. I think this camera is going to be insane. I think the battery charging is going to be insane.

This display is already out of this world. The speakers all right. Let me not give up everything all right now. Look I hate milking you all for two videos but, like I said this ain't a one and done this phone needs to be taken apart from top to bottom, because this might be the new champ. So I have to give it a movie so hit me up in the comments- and let me know specifically which I want me to talk about but, like I said, battery display, uh IR blaster thought protection, reverse wireless charging, we're gonna, take everything apart from uh top to bottom, and we're gonna really put it to the test, and I'm really going to be comparing it to the five gang side.

So, at the end of the at the end of my full review, they can only be one five gangsters left standing where you all placing your bets now look. You all know I love gamble, uh, I'm putting my bet right now that I think I'm going to like this phone better because of the IR blaster and the thought protection. Although the build quality on this, this Wesley snipes black, no fingerprints, Samsung decks, this is kind of a beast, but Xiaomi all right, Xiaomi is out here. Dropping funerals. Let's throw the case on real, quick, all right now, the case is butt cheeks all right. Basically, this is a little simple, gel skin case. I would not rock this at all I'd rather rock it raw dog, but look at that secondary display on the back.

I think that activates, when you put the phone down, look at that now, does it have more functionality, we'll see I will see I haven't played with it yet can you get messages on it? Can it do anything else? I don't know it looks like a big. It looks like a big screen to just have the time, the date and the battery percentage. I don't think you're going to get messages and all that stuff, but I could be wrong probably right, but I could be wrong. One more wipe down anyway, on a scale of one to ten fresh out of the box, I'm giving this a triple major go. This is just my initial, my initial, but come on.

Let's keep it real. It can't get any worse all right what what what could be worse? How can it get any worse? This phone is so sick bro. All right. Let me stop. Let me stop being a hype beast anyway.
