watchOS 7.4 Apple Watch Series 3 FULL REVIEW! || Almost there!

Hello everyone, IceCool Tech here. Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7.4 - lets take a look. Want to know how your Apple Watch Series 3 handles the latest releases of watchOS? Make sure to hit that subscribe button with post notifications enabled so you always know when to update or not. (CUT) Performance After 7 betas, overall performance since updating to watchOS 7.4 has seen some improvement over all earlier releases of watchOS 7. While it’s nothing major, it is certainly there. Animations on watchOS 7.4 have been fantastic as well. By far, the smoothest animation speeds of ANY watchOS 7 release for Apple Watch Series 3.

There’s really not much else to say here, so we’ll leave it off on a good note. (CUT)
Battery & Overheating Before I get into battery life, keep in mind that my Apple Watch has a maximum capacity of 98%. Battery life on watchOS 7.4 is certainly not the best. While it’s not much different from most other previous watchOS 7 releases, it’s still not where it was back with watchOS 7.0.2 - which had phenomenal battery life. Standby time with watchOS 7.4 has definitely taken a bit of a hit for me with a drain of about 10-13% per night. Keep in mind that your battery performance can and will most likely vary from mine.

(CUT) Conclusion Overall performance and animations are incredible on this release of watchOS 7, while battery life in general hasn’t been as fortunate. However, we’re still brought back to the main question of should you update? If you’re on an earlier release of watchOS 7, I’d say go for it especially if you want to take advantage of some of those awesome features like Face ID with mask support. If you’re on watchOS 6 or earlier, I wouldn’t necessarily advise against it, though that is up to you. (CUT) Ending Alright everyone, that is all I have for this video. If you do have any questions, or you’d just like to say hi, make sure to leave a comment down below.
