Verizon New Business Plans | NEW Budget 5G UWB Phone | List of Verizon Nationwide 5G phones

Hey YouTube how you're doing this is tech extremist welcome to in the tech news today we have several articles to run by you, so let's go ahead and get started. The first article is going to be from banzinga. com and the headline reads: Verizon business, unveils new, unlimited plans. So let's go ahead and go straight to the plans all right, so they got this one called business, unlimited start, which is geared towards a smaller business, 30 dollars per line uh. You know for two lines: minimum unlimited 4g LTE data. They include 5g nationwide, all right, but what's the difference here, they are not including ultra-wideband.

So keep that in mind. So 5g nationwide is running on their low band spectrum, which hasn't really proven to be much faster than LTE. The only real difference that we're seeing is with the ping times. So that is something to keep in mind. It does include the spam you know, filter Verizon call filter is what they call it and then, if you move up to the business unlimited plus uh, you pay 40 dollars per line for a minimum of two lines, but you do get that ultra-wideband, plus that low band nationwide 5g you get unlimited 4g, LTE data, mobile hotspot included, and then you get business mobile, secure, which is a suite of apps lookout for small business, Verizon mobile device management, and then you get dedicated tech support for the know for the aforementioned apps, and then you get Verizon call filter same as the other plan and another big difference.

Or is this a volume discount that you can get? If you get 50 100 200 plus lines uh you get bigger discounts, it seems. I think the way it's set up is the more you get, the bigger discount you can negotiate, and then you get the business unlimited pro, or you can get the business unlimited pro, which is your know, 50 per line for two lines minimum, but it includes that 5g ultra-wide band, as well and 5g nationwide uh. Unlimited 4g LTE data, which they all include that right, mobile hotspot, included uh. The big difference here is that you can get 50 off of business, unlimited start or pro tablet plan with the purchase of a new tablet. So that's something to keep in mind uh that is different from the consumer plan.

On the consumer plan. You don't need to make a purchase. You just need to activate the line uh with this one. Furthermore, you do have to make a purchase to get that fifty percent off uh you get business mobile, secure same thing as the uh last plan, uh look out for small business, Verizon mobile device management, dedicated tech, support for the setup and support of the bundled products. Uh Verizon call filter the spam blocker, and then you get the volunteer.

The volunteer discounts at 50, 100, 200, 200 plus lines uh the same as the unlimited plus all right. So this is a step-up for Verizon or at least a step-down in price uh. I think that they're probably feeling the heat from T-Mobile, and that is the reason why they probably felt compelled to do this good stuff from Verizon uh. You know this should be a good discount for a lot of businesses, uh that are already with Verizon but anyway, moving on to the next article, so you guys know that we've been talking about Verizon's 5g, ultra-wideband, quite a bit. One of the problems with ultra-wideband has been the price of the phones.

So far we really haven't had a real budget phone to speak of with Verizon's 5g ultra-wideband. Now that has changed. So this is a headline from theverge. com TCL's. New phone has ultra-fast 5g for 399.

All right. That is a lot cheaper than google pixels 4a all right now. They say the most affordable, 5g phone lags behind the pixel, 4a 5gs, camera display and software. But again it's quite a bit cheaper. I think 200 cheaper.

So that is a big difference. All right, the TCL 10 5g ultra-wide band is the latest 5g phone exclusive to Verizon's network today, and it's the most affordable, 5g ready phone. Yet for the moment at least it costs 399 outright or 1667 per month for 24 months on a device payment plan all right and then they also you know, show an example of the Samsung Galaxy a71 5g ultra-wide band, which was 6.49 uh. You know uh total. You know quite a bit more expensive.

Now. One of the cool things about this phone is that it does include. You know that low band nationwide 5g and also the know, millimeter wave. You know ultra-wideband as we call it um and the specs are not bad. It's got that 765g processor that we're seeing in the Google Pixel 4a at 5g.

It's got 6 gigs of ram and 128 gigs of storage. They do say that the camera lags behind. But for that price I mean. What exactly are you expecting? If you just need access to that ultra-wide wideband network? This might be a phone to consider. Considering it's got that snapdragon 6765.

It should perform relatively uh well right and here's. Let me just go ahead and give you or show you their uh. You know their good stuff, bad stuff listing the good stuff is. It's got a 6.5-inch screen its bright contrast, rich according to them LCD uh matches the Pixel 4a 5g specs for 200, less, that's something to consider. Uh supports both.

You know, six gigahertz and millimeter wave or sub six gigahertz and millimeter wave 5g uh, the bad stuff according to them is lacking the software and camera finesse of the Pixel 4a. But what do you expect for 200, less right, ip52, water and dust resistance rating won't protect against much uh, you now and then the middling photo, or you know not so good photo chops, so they do not get for that for 200 less than the pixel uh 4a, and you know for 3.99, with ultra-wide band accessibility. I personally would, you know, would buy this for my son or even for someone that doesn't care about. You know just having a phone that just works uh, but they want to have fast connectivity. Maybe they live in the downtown area.

This might be a good budget phone for you all right, since we are talking about Verizon's ultra-wide band. Again, you know: 95, google put together a list of phones that are now compatible with Verizon's 5g nationwide network. All right. So let's go ahead and scroll down here, and these phones are also all compatible with the ultra-wideband. So the lg velvet 5g ultra-wideband lg v65g, ultra-wideband Galaxy Note, 25g Galaxy Note: 20 ultra 5g, these names, galaxy, s25g, ultra-wideband, galaxy s20, plus 5g galaxy s20, ultra 5g, galaxy, s20, FM love the fan edition, 5g, ultra-wideband, galaxy a71, 5g, ultra-wideband and the galaxy a515g ultra-wideband are all compatible with ultra-wideband and the nationwide 5g network.

I just got the update yesterday that enabled the low band 5g network on my lg v60. You know I was really surprised because I didn't anticipate that phone. Having that I looked at specs everywhere, and nowhere did I see it mentioned as one of the phones capable of low band 5g. So that was a really nice surprise. Um.

I really thought it was just an ultra-wideband phone uh, but anyway that list should you know, help you make a decision hopefully, and then, of course, we also have the release of the new uh. You know: TCL 10 5g ultra-wide band, another phone to add to this list uh, but yeah. So hopefully this helps you guys out. You know Verizon's building out quite a bit of uh phones that are compatible and, of course you also have to add the new apple 12s and apple 12 pros to this list. So yesterday we reported on t-vision.

You know the new carrier from T-Mobile fiercewireless. com has an interesting question here: we're not going to read the article we'll talk about it. Why is T-Mobile selling TV services all right? So you got to keep in mind that a t Verizon everybody is offering some kind of bundle. You know Verizon's got the Disney plus app. You know: Apple Music, um.

Furthermore, you know, ATT's got 18t TV. Furthermore, you can bundle that something that you can add and the reason why they do that and the carriers. The reason why they do this is because, if you are bundled with a lot of services, you are less likely to leave and the reason is that it is kind of a pain, and you're, probably getting a good discount with bundle. So I do anticipate that T-Mobile is gonna, launch some kind of bundle, uh and there's already articles out there pointing out the fact that this you know their t-vision might be more expensive for non-t-mobile customers. So that goes in line with that.

But you know you got to look at it from T-Mobile's perspective. If they are able to sell you know even 20 30 adoption rate, let's go even lower than that. You know 15-20 percent uh, that's 15-20 percent of business that you didn't have on. You know, however millions. I think that T-Mobile was at 100 and 100 million.

Subscribers say they can get 10 million of those on this service. That's a big gain. I mean from 0 to 10 million is a new revenue source that they didn't have before, at least that's the way layman. You know over here the way I'm thinking about it right. It makes sense to me, I think in several interviews.

John ledger alluded to that right, like, for example, when they talked about launching their business side uh, you know their business plans. Uh john ledger said hey. We me we might not outsell uh Verizon, but if we do steal some business, that's still business that we didn't have before, and I think that's maybe the way they're looking at it here, as I talked about in my last video, it's nothing revolutionary this t-vision, but it is pretty good competitive right. If you get that 10 uh, you know entertainment package that they have. You know it offers a pretty good mix of stuff.

It doesn't have everything you might be able to mix it up with something else that you, like you know like filo, TV or sling TV, something else that might fit with it. That has channels that that one doesn't have. You might be able to combine it with um. You know on your own, of course, not bundled with T-Mobile directly uh, but you know it's its another revenue stream, and it's something that T-Mobile can grow. If they get.

You know 10 million, just as an example. It's just numbers off my head uh. It would be a big, you know win for them. So that's, I think, that's what they're doing here, but anyway, all right. So it's always bad news with the carriers.

There's always something going on we're criticizing one or the other. You know it gets a little negative. Sometimes I get it all right. We do it that's kind of new. Sometimes you know uh, so this is from globenewswire.

com up to 50 000 North Carolina students now have access to Verizon distance learning program which provides reliable, affordable internet connections and solutions for more than 38 million students across 40 states and the District of Columbia, perfect stuff. Here, okay, again, I like hearing good news and I like it when a company like Verizon steps up and for you know, provides a service considering the pandemic. You know this is the kind of thing that I really like to see. So the Verizon distance learning program, I'm down here by the way, is a series of sponsor state, independent, school district and standalone state agreements that aim to provide every eligible student in the US with a reliable internet connection, device, compliance and security software and other education solutions. They need to continue their education during to covet 19 pandemic.

The program is now available to more than 38 million students in 40 states and the District of Columbia, including Laud, hey, that's where I'm from, and the state of California, Georgia, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Texas and Oregon all right so again, good stuff good to hear uh. You know this is the type of solution that we really need, and on top of that there is another one to add that adds on to this good news. All right. This is from positively often Osceola Osceola. , that's a city in Florida, my bad! I don't know how I screwed it up.

Uh the headline is T-Mobile to provide 600 000 Florida students with free internet access to help close the homework gap. So this is free all right. I think the Verizon one is at a discounted price. This is free, so good on T-Mobile for adding this kind of thing. Both of them are good, but obviously this is perfect as well.

T-Mobile has announced it will provide 600 000 Florida students with free internet access to address new remote learning needs to be created by cubit 19 pandemic. The partnership is called project, 10 million, a national campaign that will make it possible for selected families to receive the internet for free now, okay. So this is good news. It's positive news. I do have to point out.

I do believe this is part of the agreement for the merger, so this goes to underscore that the merger wasn't all bad. Obviously, there is some good things that came out of it uh. This underscores the importance of harnessing the private sector to ensure our children can learn, grow and achieve their god-given potential. If a student does not have access to technology or internet connectivity necessary for homework, it's a disservice to their educational journey. With this partnership, we are closing the achievement gap between all children, and I than kt-mobile for their commitment to Florida students all right- and this is from you know- first lady Casey, DeSantis uh.

You know the governor's, wife, so good stuff, good stuff here, a little of positive news to end this uh. You know this video, but I really appreciate you all watching hit like subscribe comment. Make sure you hit that ring notification bell. You all have a good one. You.
