UNBOXING MY NEW PHONE: Google Pixel 5 First Look + Pixel 5 Fabric Case Unboxing! By Devify

Hey everyone, my name is Devon. I'm a fourth year medical student. I am Peru college London. Welcome back to my channel. So today's video is going to be a bit different, I'm actually going to be unboxing.

The Google Pixel 5. Um. I know it's not the kind of video I normally make, so I don't know how you guys will find it, but hopefully you do enjoy, and I know that a lot of you guys are probably iPhone fans, but still you can enjoy a good unboxing video. So basically, my phone was getting a bit old, and I've been having it for about two and a half years now, and it's starting to slow down and the battery is getting quite bad. So I thought you know what I could do with an upgrade.

I know some of you guys are probably like. Oh, I could use it for four years five years, 20 years more, but it's just not me. To be honest, I just can't do it. So I thought you know what I'll upgrade, and I wanted something a bit different, so I thought you know not iOS different. Obviously I just don't like iOS um, I like the iPad, just don't like iOS, though in general uh for my phone.

So for me, it was either between the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra, it's a long name, mouthful, um or the Google Pixel 5. , and the pixel is known for its good camera clean software day. One software updates, and it's just a slick experience. So I thought you know what I'll give it a shot. So I'm going to be getting a new phone for once a different phone, and I'm going to be unboxing it so all new things today.

So I've got the phone here, and I also thought you know what I'll unbox the case as well, so we're going to do both double whammy and um. It's kind of strange today is the 14th of October. I've got the phone today, and it was actually supposed to launch on the 16th, and it told me that I would have it at my doorstep on the 20th, and it's the 14th it's literally six days early, don't know why I have it, but I do so. Let's get straight into the unboxing. I hope you guys do enjoy okay, so here we have the pixel 5.

It's got a spotless and minimal box. I really like the design, aesthetic that sort of Google has gone for here and let's start- and here we have the phone feels quite nice. It's really light. I heard the phone was quite light. Let's see, if it focuses no, it's gone all blurry there.

We go it's better, all right, let's, let's turn it on all right. Well, that's turning on look at this that can go away. We got this. Obviously, no one looks at that. It's got the sim ejector tool as well, and we've got a nice little power, always brick useful to have with an USB c to USB c cable.

I think it's an 18 watt power, brick um, I don't know I'll, take a look in a sec, but then you got a can't take now. I think it's an USB a to USB c. So, basically, that's from to basically change you to move over your stuff from your old phone and yeah. There we go. There's the phone lesson box the fabric case.

Oh, I like these little pull tabs. I don't need a pen knife or something to open it. It's a nice fabric case, it's washable, as you see there and let's put it on the phone. Well, that's all right! So it's got this pixel imprint thing and, as you can see, the fingerprint scanner is on the back. So I'm going to set this up wow.

That was really quick. Okay, let's click! Next, I just want to open the phone give it live for now. Okay- and here we go- you guys can't see this on the thing, but it is so like is so smooth to use. Oh, my god, I'm not gonna search for Google. I search for Amazon, ah mate.

The speed on this is actually so quick to use, basically, I'm recording in 4k 60, but um. This phone supports 90, 90, hertz um for a screen refresh rate, so it's a lot smoother in person than what you can see. Okay, I already opened that let's go open, something else, uh files. I think I'm gonna love using this phone. So that's it for the video.

It was my new phone. I thought I'd show it to you guys. You know shared the experience that I had and yeah uh.
