Unboxing and First Impressions of the TCL S150 Wireless Earphones!

What is up guys Robin here back on another video, and today's video has been a video that I've been wanting to do for a while. So if you guys haven't followed me on Twitter, if you do, then you would know. I have been asking TCL to send me out a TCL 10 pro well I'll, go straight to the bad news. Unfortunately, they did not have any TCL 10 pros in stock, but they decided to send me out something else, but first, let's cue that intro okay guys. So this is a device that TCL has sent out to me today. It's the TCL move audio s150.

These are TCL's very own. True wireless Bluetooth, earphones and, as you can see here, the box is actually pretty nice and on the box we actually have a little indicator here. That's saying that we have 20 hours of battery life um. If we look on the side, another 20 hours of battery life and a low latency for movies and games and 13 millimeter speaker drives. So that's nice to know right there and on the other side we just have the branding of the speakers and on the back we have the color white and then Bluetooth, 5.0 and ipx4, sweet and splash proof earbuds. Honestly, I really like how TCL is doing their red and white boxes.

Okay guys. So I do have a TCL smartphone, so we're going to have to see how these pair with the smartphone, if they have anything special but first, let's open up the box. So I'm going to put that aside, and we're going to open up this little flap right here, and we're going to go ahead and open up these true wireless earbuds, pretty simple to open up a little cartridge and as we can see here, we have our nice white packaging of the case of the earbuds and our USB type-c cable right here on the back. We have a little package with some. Let's get started quick guide and some importing important hearing safety paperwork so guys this is just the unboxing and first impressions of these earphones.

I will be making a review video with about two weeks or a week from now so stay tuned for that also, these cost about 30 bucks on Amazon or 40 bucks on their website. So if you guys would like to go check them out, there will always be a link in the description. Also, if you haven't subscribed, please subscribe for more content and turn on post notifications so that you get notified. When I upload my videos, okay, guys, let's go ahead and take out the earphones they have, this really nice plastic wrap around them and so far the case is looking very good. Let's go ahead and take it off guys a little tough there, but it should get pretty satisfying- and here we have this really nice white case, looking around the case, as you can see, there's our hinge and our USB type-c port and on the front our little groove and looks like a little light there.

But let's put these aside and let's take a look at our USB type-c cable. Also, it's a very nice plastic around it. We can just slide that off. We have this really nice short, textured, USB type c and USB type, a cable to charge our earphones so far, I'm really liking the design of this case and the text that they used to put TCL on the front. The case is very, very small and very, very, very portable and also has a very nice glossy paint design which will make it easy to take in and out of your pockets.

So shall we open it up? I need to getting a very, very slight galaxy bud, lives, vibe here, which I actually really like. So I'm going to open it up using this groove they're a little hard there huh, oh wow, there we go. That was very, very nice whew. It has like a magnetic type closing thing soft closed, even though it's just plastic this material and how they did it just makes it feel very nice, and then we have our headphones in here, and I'll go ahead and take them out. This is our right.

One good design, um we'll, have to see what else is on here in just a second magnetically goes into charge like that, and then we have our left earphone right here, pretty much same design with the magnetic snapping. As you guys can see. I was right. We do have a light, so when we close it, the light does turn on if we do take them out and put them back in. We have our little white light there, as you can see here.

I'll show you guys in a better view. So if we go ahead and take off the earbuds and put it back in there's our white little light showing up right there, let's test out our port USB type c, goes in very nicely a little hard to get out because it's a brand-new product but yeah everything's fitting great. Well, let's get these babies paired to my phone, okay guys. So the Bluetooth is on my TCL device, and we're going to see we're gonna, try something um just to see if it's like apple's, AirPods we're just going to open up the device and see what happens no animation, I'm seeing popping up or anything like that. So maybe we don't have an animation coming with these earphones so guys I opened up the Bluetooth app and saw nothing, so I'm going to hit pair new device searching for available devices.

I wonder if I have to take out the headphones to do anything to pair. It probably should read the instructions, so I'm just going to go ahead and take out your phone just to see. Okay, guys, I'm getting nothing yet, okay guys, so I did figure out how to pair them. Actually you have to take both earbuds out of the uh carrier, which is kind of weird, because what if you only want to use one, but essentially you only have to give you um two, but maybe that's just for pairing, then after they've been paired, then that is when you will, you know, be able to just use one so available devices. None are showing up right now, there's a little light.

That it is! Actually it's really cool, so they just showed up, but there's a light on these earbuds, but they're, actually under the plastic, which is pretty cool because as we're moving into like under display cameras on smartphones, this is an under display LED light, which is actually pretty sick. So I'm going to go ahead and hit pair right there compared to my audio pair to move audio s150 Lao x's contacts in history. There let's go ahead and hit pair sorry but yeah. So that's pretty cool that we have that there now that they are paired I'll, be able to rename them and do all of that kind of stuff. Let's get this to orientate, but it says active 100 battery, okay guys, so I did rename it to Robin's CCL s150s active 100 battery, so I'm going to go over some touch features now and talk about just how they fit and stuff like that: okay guys, so I'm just putting them back and actually Google Assistant did trigger.

But, as you guys can see there, there is that little light under the plastic, and that is pretty cool. Can you guys see that there that little light, but it is in there now snap them in, and you have that little light under the um plastic? That's pretty cool! Okay, guys! Now, let's go over the basic touch controls. So, as we see here when we are playing music on Bluetooth, if we do tap two times on the left, one, it will activate our Siri or Google Assistant, in this case Google Assistant, because I actually probably won't use these with any apple or iOS devices. Also, if you tap two times on the right, your phone when music or media is playing that will pause and play. Besides, if you hold for two seconds on the left, one it's going to rewind your music or media and if you tap and hold for two seconds on the right one you're going to fast-forward your media.

However, if you are in session with a call, if you tap two times on the left, one it's going to answer and if you tap two times on the right, it's going to decline, and then I'm pretty sure this is like. If you hold on each side, it's just like a do not disturb or just shut off the call um. When it's in the ringing stage. We move it over, as you can tell here, um if you tap two times on left or right play pause. If that's, that's only if you have one earphone in so here's the picture, if you have one earphone in left and right tap two times, it's going to be a play and pause fast-forward, um, it's going to be um hold and the same thing basically, but just on one earphone, okay guys.

So on that note, this is going to wrap up the video. I hope you guys enjoyed and a massive thanks to TCL for sending me these headphones remember. This was just the unboxing of first impressions, video, so a review video will be coming throughout the week or a month when I'll be talking about battery life and sound quality and fit and controls and all that stuff. So if you would like to stay tuned and get notified when I do upload that video, please turn on the post notifications and if you're not subscribed. Please do.

I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I hope to see you guys in the next one peace do bye.
