Time to Charge: iPhone XS Max

Hey guys welcome back to another time to charge video. This is with a iPhone 10s Mac, so the year late, but we're going to go ahead and anyways. So this phone has a 3100 and sinful William hour. Battery phone is completely dead, run down to zero, and we're using the standard charger that came in the box. So we're going to go ahead and plug it in same rules as before. Leave it is will power on, and we'll time it come back.

Every 15 minutes check how it's doing so. You guys can get a rough idea if you're plugging in for 15 half an hour and then Hamlin takes to do the full charge. It will take a long time as it is just the 5 watt charger we're not using the 18 watt charger which it can support, but you have to buy extra so go ahead and leave it for 15 minutes and see how much it gets in that time. Alright. So after 15 minutes, the 10s max is at 9%, so you can see going very slowly.

I will check back on sub in half, now see how it's doing then. Okay, so it's been half an hour and the 10s max is that 18%, so it's still going a 9% every 15 minutes and the charger itself is warm, but not hot and the phone. It has a thin case on, but again it's just warm, not hot at all, so you can use it still laughs. That is charging. It will just obviously slow down the rate of charge, but we'll check back once it has been 45 minutes.

So after 45 minutes, the 10s max is at 27%. So it's still that 9%, every 15 minutes, and we'll check back once has been an hour. Ok, so after an hour of charging, the phone is now at 36%. So you can see we're still going at that 9% rate now we'll check back again in 15 minutes. So after an hour in 15 minutes, the tennis max is at 45%, so we're looking at over three and a half hours, probably to do a full charge.

Alright, so another 15 minutes and the 10s max is now 53 percent, so a percent and that lasts 15 minutes alright. So after another 15 minutes, the 10s max is at 61%. So definitely going to go over that three-and-a-half hour mark, but we'll check back once it's been two hours so after two hours of charging, the 10s max is at 69%, so still going very slowly, and we will be looking over three hours to charge. Another 15 minutes and the tennis max is at semi accent. So we're still going at that nine percent rate that we were when we started, but we'll check back once it's been two and a half hours.

So at the two and a half hour mark, we are at 85%, and you can see that it's switched off the battery saver mode, and we'll go ahead and leave it for another 15 minutes and see how it gets on alright. So after another 15 minutes, the 10s max is at 93%, so 8% in the last 50 minutes there we'll check back again in another 15 minutes. Okay, so we just hit the three-hour mark and the 10s max is at 97% so slowing down to protect that battery from overcharging too fast towards the end. But we'll check back again in around 10 minutes, hopefully should be done by then okay. So the iPhone tennis max is now finished a hundred percent charge, and it took just over three hours, 20 about three hours: 22 minutes to charge up there, so really slow in comparison to something like Note 10 or an S 10 from Samsung.

Well, compared to something like the new iPhones with the fast charger. It is a lot slower again, but you can, as I said, by about 18 watt adapter with the cable, and that will charge this phone faster as well, but it is very slow with the one that comes in the box. So just bear that in mind. If you're in a rush, you're going to take a while to charge up there. That was it for this video.
