TCL S150 Wireless Headphones Review

Hey, what's going on everybody Caltech here and welcome back to another video, this is going to be my full review of the TCL s150, true wireless earbuds. Now I want to send a big shout out to TCL because they did send these out to me for review. So I can share my experience with all of you on the channel. So thank you very much TCL. But of course, as always, all opinions expressed in this review are of my own, and this is basically the packaging that these wireless earbuds will come in now, they're going to retail right now for about 39.99. So these are definitely coming in at a very affordable price point.

Some of these specifications you're going to be getting here, are 13 millimeter drivers, Bluetooth, 5.0 type c, charging, noise, isolation, water resistance, and you also get the touch controls on the earphones. Now. I've been using these for almost about a week now, but I wanted to share with you the unboxing experience that I had recorded previously, so as you can see the packaging and how everything is going to look very clean, looking and then up. On top, the first thing you got right here is your type c charging cable, it's a short little wire that you got there, and then you got the s150s. You know package very nicely, and you have this protective film on these as well.

So, basically, when it comes to the build quality here, it comes in this plastic glossy case you got TCL branding on it, you're going to get this clamshell design. These definitely fit nice and comfortable in the hand. They are nice and compact to fit in a shirt pocket a pair of jeans, but this case is a little slick. So keep that in mind. It can be a little slick in the hand now you're, also going to get included in the box, is a little of reading material here, and basically you're going to get your instructions within this booklet here so and within this instruction manual.

Here, it's going to give you all the information you need when it comes to pairing your wireless earbuds, with either your android or your iOS device, and it's also going to share with you all the different variety of touch controls that you have baked into these wireless earbuds. So you know definitely take a look at that instruction manual. You know to see how everything is working there. Now, in my experience of using these I've really enjoyed using these wireless earbuds, I mean I'm not an audio file by any means, I don't own a wide variety of wireless earbuds or headphones. I got about two pairs um, so I'm just you know coming in with this review, as, like your average consumer, I typically review smartphones cases.

That's like my main focus, so you know headphones wireless earbuds. I don't think I've really ever reviewed any of these on the channel. At least I can't really remember, but in my experience of using these and the price point of 39.99, I think these are a perfect option. I, like the sound quality they're very clear. They have a little of bass.

They're, not super bass, but you can definitely hear it there, and I just like the design of these. These are actually really nice, and I like that, you have like this magnetic. You know attachment to the case and the wireless earbuds. So as soon as you take them out, I mean you can feel you have to use a little pressure to remove them, and then they just snap right into the case. Now when it comes to pairing these up connectivity, I had no problems.

No issues pairing these either to my android or my iPhone and pairing these up was actually pretty simple. I had no no issues whatsoever, and I never lost connection with these wireless earbuds. While I was using my android device- and I tested these out on a wide variety of my smartphones, not just the two, I used a wide variety of different smartphones and the same thing with my iPhone 10r. I was able to pair up perfectly fine, no issues, no problems there whatsoever and again, if this is your first wireless earbuds, you know take a look at that instruction manual. It's going to share with you exactly how to pair these up uh what they want to share when you have this on.

Your you know, connected to your iPhone. It'll show right there on your widgets it'll show the battery percentage and speaking of battery the battery is fantastic. On these I mean I have no complaints when it comes to the battery life. I'm just extremely happy. You can go several days off a single charge on these, and again I like the fact that you have type c charging, so I've been using these testing these out, taking them out of the office.

I've been driving with them, taking phone calls and the call quality is really nice. It's clear, I didn't have any issues no drop calls, while using these wireless earbuds, I like the fact that you do have um some resistance to water, sweat, which is really nice, because I did take these out hiking on some trails took him to the park running around with my kids and I like that they stay nice and snug within your ears. Never once did these wireless earbuds feel like they were going to fall off while I was walking jogging or just chasing after my five-year-old and the rough terrain of trails, they stayed input, stayed in my ear, the entire time, which is really nice, and again you got all the touch controls within the wireless earbuds, which is really nice and when it comes to the noise isolation and being able to hear everything around me in my environment. While I have these in my ear, they're decent, I can still hear a little of the surroundings like, for instance, the traffic passing by, but I have these in my ear, but again you know for 39.99. I think they definitely do a good job when it comes to the noise cancellation, and another thing I just want to mention really quick is the fact that this case is so compact.

I like the clamshell design, and I love how these are magnetized, and they just connect instantly right into the case, and they have a really nice secure fit. You can shake these. You can move these around. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about these coming out of the case whatsoever they're, just in there they're not gonna, come out whatsoever and again a nice compact design fits in the sure pocket or in you know, a pair of jeans pocket. So overall, you know, I think these are really nice, and again I'm not a file by any chance, and I probably didn't use the big audio terminology in what you would probably hear in a lot of uh wireless earbud reviews, because again that's this is not typically what I review, but coming into this as just somebody that doesn't review headphones, and I don't know a lot about them.

I like these headphones. I like the sound quality. Furthermore, I like the little of bass that they have that's super bass, like I mentioned, and overall, the design is nice, and I like the Bluetooth, 5.0 type-c charging and that fantastic battery life so again for the price point of 39.99. These are a good option. In my opinion, I, like these um.

The only thing is that case can be a little slick in the hand. So, just keep that in mind. It can be a little slick other than that. You know these are pretty good job TCL. I think you did a good job with these.

Let's see that TCL smartwatch!
