TCL 10 Pro is amazing but.. By Tech-Samurai

What's up YouTubers, it's your boy, tech, samurai! Alright, today we are here to talk about how I am doing by switching over to the TCL 10 pro now there are some problems with this phone and there are some great things with this phone, but it is real quick though, if you like anything, tesla or anything without cell phones or anything about tech, consider subscribing to the channel below and liking this video, if you like, it makes sure to leave a comment too. Let's get back to it all right, so I recently switched my sim over to the TCL 10 pro now, let's just start off the bat, it is way better than I originally thought. I thought it was going to be some cheap 400, something phone, that's just like eh. It gets you by, but it doesn't have all the features you would like. This phone has some features.

I wish my Samsung note.20 ultra has my Samsung note.20 ultra is a 1300 dollar phone. Yes, this phone right here that costs about like 400, something has features that I wish a Samsung ultra flagship had and saying that. Does that mean you should just buy the phone right now? No, no! It's not! If you do not like uh, let's say basic android like original stock android all right. This is basically stock. Android like if you look on this, you have basically the round apps and all that stuff.

I have personally gotten used to it and I actually at first I really hated the circle round. Abs. I'm, like I, don't know how people do this. Furthermore, I like the way my Samsung looks, but I think that's just because I'm so used to having my Samsung anyways. So I recently switched over this and I have my Facebook.

My Snapchat, and one thing I really love first, is the smart. I think it's called smart key. I'm pretty sure it's called sparky correct me in the comments, if I'm wrong, but the smart key, you can function this. This is what every smart um Samsung fan, which the Bixby button did. I guarantee you if the big speed buck button did this, you would not want to switch from um, they wouldn't have taken it away, there's no way because it would have been so useful, and it's worth having an extra button around it's this that useful.

I have mine, mapped to my tesla app because sometimes getting into our car, you walk by your car and the Bluetooth just doesn't automatically connect to the car, so you can't unlock it. So you have to open up your phone get to the app. I just stick. My fingerprint reader on. I go like this and open up the phone, and I just press this once straight to my test lab, and then I have it for double.

Click goes to camera, and then I have uh press and hold goes to google assistant, which is pretty basic stuff. You want your camera fast. You want your Google Assistant fast. That's one thing I love about this too. It has Google Assistant, Samsung has Google Assistant too, but like they really want you to use Bixby and all that this runs off mostly google stuff.

So it's really helpful. Like the Google messaging, you have duo, you have phoned all that crap chrome is the main internet source on here. Let's see, and let's not forget this phone screen size, pretty darn, good and the cosmetics of this phone right here, some of the best phone design. I have ever seen this got to be top-notch phone quality on the way it looks and feels like. If you held this, you would love this.

This just looks awesome like this phone slim, but pretty sturdy feels flagship. Almost it almost feels flagship. Almost there are some issues with it, though, and some of those issues are with basically the systems' UI. I do not like TCL's UI built with this, like it looks so just gross like. If you go to settings, I don't like how the settings look like settings.

Look weird, and it just has a bunch of nonsense within it too. It's hard to find what you're looking for that's just something I don't personally like, but there's lots of other stuff on this phone. That's good! There's lots of stuff! I already said: that's bad, you know, UI is bad the camera, not bad. Actually, it's not too bad like. I was expecting way worse than a camera, especially the think it's two megapixel um micro lens that actually can get some perfect shots, and you know if you like that, like cinematic um photo of something up really close, you can get some good shots, and I'll show you.

I have like this leaf photo. Furthermore, I took a picture of a leaf Samsung. Furthermore, I tried doing it with can't even get as close to nowhere near as close. They don't have a micro camera on the Samsung. If this phone has four cameras on the back, that phone has the phone.

I'm recording on only has three don't get me wrong. The note 20 ultra cameras blow this phone out of the water, but I also paid 1300 for that phone and I don't know for something 400 bucks. I could rock this phone for a while, I'm going to switch back to my Samsung stuff, because you know I didn't buy a phone to waste it and not use it and stuff and just trade. It in for the s2 note 21 ultra can't wait for that by the way, guys that's going to be a1, anyways um right now, I'm going to show you guys a couple photos I've taken on this phone and let me know in the comments which one was your favorite by the way, I think I'm really proud of some of these photos. Honestly, I took it to the snow and I checked out the phone compared to the note 20 ultra within the snow, and honestly they're, not too bad comparison and stuff.

This phone actually held up pretty well. The camera held up pretty well in the snow and photos and getting photos in the snow, not always easy, but you know it did pretty. Well honestly, I was surprised another feature I really like with this phone is the wire to wire charging so, but basically the problem is so this phone does not or the other Samsung's phone does not support. Uh USB, the USB charging. I guess so when I plug this phone into my note: 20 ultra it charges this phone as if my Samsung note 20 ultra, is a power bank, and it drains my phone to go to this phone, which is pretty cool.

I came in handy on the trip because I just took that and charges that, because this does not have wireless charging, which is the thing that really sucks on this phone. No wireless charging. I drive, as you guys know as I drive my model 3, and it has the wireless charging mat that I always took my note and I set it down, and it charged while I was driving and stuff so, and I drive at least three hours out of the day or two hours a day. I drive a lot and to have not a charger that I could just set my phone on. Furthermore, I got so used to that now.

Furthermore, I actually have to have a car charger and an outlet, and I have to plug my phone in and yeah it's not as fun. It's really nice fun. I have usually been just using the USB charger port. That's in the back on the panel right there, and I just plug in my charger, and I plug it in great to have it that way, and it charges the tesla great thing about tesla's. Is it fast charges your phone instead of like, if you plug your phone charger into a normal car, you don't usually have that fast charging.

If it has just an USB slot for you to put in it, doesn't have that fast charging, the tesla. It actually has fast charging for your phone, and it charges your phone as fast as your phone will. Let you charge it, but that's awesome, but I prefer the wireless charging, and it's just it's a hassle, because I can't set my phone where the wireless charger thing is. I have to open up the whole middle console and put my phone in there make sure it's secure, so it doesn't flop around or whatever that's a pain that, but other than that it's worked great. I was worried about it, not working well with the tesla itself, but it's been working well, like the Bluetooth sinks to the car more than my wife's iPhone 11 Pro max, and I don't I don't get it make this phone.

It's been great. I haven't had any problems with it. The front camera pretty trash that front camera is trash, but the notch up front that they have the teardrop design is not that bad. I was thinking that that was going to bug me because it kind of makes it look cheap. That's the only part about this phone that makes it look cheap if they had it in the corner.

Like the s10 design, the hole punch in the corner, this phone would have looked top-notch premium phone, and they could have got a little more money spent a little more money with the cameras make this phone worth like 500, something this phone would have been a1 and a great phone to buy this phone's still a great phone to buy, but for someone that's not really into photography, not really into uh using their phones. For everything. Like my note, 20 ultra, I use Samsung DEX, that's another thing. I have missed so much in the last week of having my sim in this phone is Samsung DEX Samsung decks. I use for all my school work, as you guys know, in college and stuff, and I turn my TV into a computer and I use my phone as a mouse pad and I have a Bluetooth keyboard and I turn my phone into a computer, and it works amazing.

It's so flawless and everyone has their problems with Samsung DEX. But since we got that um pretty much wireless Samsung DEX, it's changed. My world like wireless Samsung text is the best, but this is about the TCL phone, so I'll quit begging you guys about the Samsung decks anyways. I still can't get over how clean of a slab this phone is all right and then the front when you first open it, the clock and all that that looks so cool. I honestly like that.

Furthermore, I honestly like that it just looks so cool and nice it just it fits the phone. The fingerprint reader, as you guys, can see pretty fast, not as fast as Samsung, but it oh. It reads my finger cameras, not that bad. But one thing I do like about this phone is: it has a three-way camera kind of thing, and I kind of like that. It's pretty cool, and you can see your picture before you do it and that's pretty cool, shows the ultra-wide, the low light, video and original and low light- video, surprisingly, not too bad, but it's not the best, but it's cool that they introduced that in there you know what I mean they have some features in their camera.

That's just amazing that they even have I like how they have the light trace that one's pretty cool I'll get a couple of light trays for you guys, but the light trays for this phone. It's pretty cool, how it's a separate little camera mode in itself. So I like that, and its the highest pixel- is the 64 megapixels. So that's not bad. Let's take a picture of this plant here.

It's supposed to not lose detail with the 64 megapixel, but it's a cheaper camera. Like I said, it's not gonna, be flagship, spec wise and that's the thing that bugs me most is it's so close, but it's like just a downgrade away, and it just needs to go ah, but one thing I do like here. Let me put this couple things into a folder, real, quick, because I really like this feature and I think all phones should use this feature all right. So I put like I made just like four folders real quick but like if you click on a folder, you can swipe between folders, like you see that you can swipe between all your folders on your screen. That's the coolest feature ever.

I think Samsung needs to get that, because that is so useful. I keep folders on my Samsung all the time and that's so cool apple Samsung should listen to this fix. Your guy's UI. Sometimes stuff can be great if you spent a little more on time. Samsung bring back Bixby button reroute it, so you can make it into any apps and have three different functions and do three different apps to take two.

If you want, but we need more choice than what we got. Samsung you're great at customizing. Don't get me wrong, but this is an amazing phone guys and I will do a full camera comparison between the Samsung note, 20 ultra and a TCL 10 pro. This phone is honestly way better than I expected, and another thing actually I like is when you call someone yeah I'll, just call random person that I don't want to talk to, though, and I'll mute it. But here I'll call my wife, I know she's not going to pick up, and then you exit out of it and put it in speaker.

It goes in the corner right here, and I click right there, and it says, hang up mute and be back like I love that I love it. It becomes a little circle that you can switch spots, we'll hang that up she's at work right now. So I knew she wasn't going to pick up, but this phone pretty awesome some stuff- it's not too tough, but a lot of the stuff is pretty nice and this phone, if you're willing to get a cheaper phone, and you want a budget phone, that's going to get you through the day. Battery wise amazing. This battery is amazing if you're looking to get this phone descriptions down below- and I hope you guys love this, and I will do a lot more videos on this.
