T-MOBILE, SPRINT WIRELESS | MERGER UPDATE: THIS IS GOOD NEWS !!

Hey, what's going on everybody, this is Tyrone back with tech life and in today's video I have another update for you guys on the Sprint and T-Mobile merger, and it looks like, as we get closer to that trial date, T-Mobile and Sprint are trying to gather enough ammunition to where the states may say, hey, look we're going to drop. This lawsuit, we're not strong enough. We can. You know we just can no longer proceed with this. So as of today, the state of Florida has joined in support of the merger, so T-Mobile they're looking to pick off individual states. Now they got the FCC.

The FCC is looking to make some edits to the merger, so they want to go in locked and loaded, and they want to say look guys. This is what we got. This is what it's going to take. This is what we're going to do, and they're going to present that to the judge, and they want to make the case of the states so much weaker, that they may just go ahead and say: hey, look! We're no longer going to proceed! We're not gonna. Take this to trial in December, because we're probably going to lose based on what you guys have put together and that's what they want to push so over the next few days, we're going to see more states join in support of the merger Florida being a big one.

Although New York Texas in California, they do have deep pockets to continue to pursue in court, but other states that are now going to join in favor of the merger. It's gonna, be it's gonna, be pretty big for the outcome here in December. If the three states don't say hey, we are no longer going to pursue this here in the future. We're just gonna, let you have the merger, as is so just wanted to throw in a little of my predictions in terms of what could possibly still be edited and I. Think personally, it'll be something that'll make dish a stronger competitor than what was formerly known, so I, don't think it'll be any additional Specter that T-Mobile will have to give up, because that would potentially make them walk.

I'm more sure, right now, more sure if it's spectrum that T-Mobile additional spectrum, that T-Mobile has to give up, I'm more sure 100% that they're going to walk because of that than anything else. So anything else such as you know, maybe like the issue that Sprint has had with the fraud that they know they owe millions and millions of dollars. Now T-Mobile is still seeing that the merge is more valuable, but if they had to give up spectrum at that point, T-Mobile which strongly consider walking from this merger, so I just think it's going to be something geared towards dish, maybe some sort of financing to help them out early on or whatever the case may be, but I just think it's going to be something along those lines to maybe even extend the length of time they can be on the T-Mobile network from 7 to 10 years. Whatever the case may be, I think it's going to be something along those lines. So leave all your comments in the comment section down below I want to hear from you guys.

Do you think Florida joining is a good thing? I think it is, and I think more, and more states are gonna tag along as well here in support of the merger, so definitely stay tuned to the channel.
