T-Mobile LG Velvet Buyers ATTENTION (HUGE UPDATE IN DESCRIPTION)

The lg velvet is a phone that I've been watching really since its inception as someone who's been a long time fan of lg's and their tendency to do things that no one else is really doing. I liked the way that the velvet looked, and I am particularly intrigued by the dual screen case. We are one week away from the surface. Duo is released where I will be live-streaming and unboxing right on this channel, so please do subscribe and get ready for that. I wanted to get this lg velvet with the dual screen case. To do a comparison, so I've been watching this film.

My plan was: I'm going to use the duo, we'll get my wife, the lg velvet, and we'll do a comparison. Well. The velvet has now popped up on T-Mobile's website for pre-order, but there's some weird stuff going on that. I'm a little concerned with, and we're going to look at this and talk about it. So here she is lg velvet 5g t-mobile.

com got it in two different options: you've got aurora, gray, and you've got pink. White pink white will be the way we will be going. I do believe it reminds me of her Xiaomi mi 9t pro, which she's really enjoyed here's the problem, though 588 I don't see a dual screen case and I just got off the messaging thing here with one of their reps, who try not to be a dick here, but she had no idea what I was talking about. Um. She told me that they wouldn't know more until Samsung told them more, and it's a lg phone, so the chat's utterly useless on the very same store.

You know when you, when you, let's, let's bounce over to phones here and let's look at lg in particular, you've got the v60 thin cue, 5g, dual screen: okay, that's an option! The dual screen is there for that. Yet it's not here for the velvet. That's concern number one 588. Now the dual screen case is 199 dollars, conceivably, you could find it separately somewhere, although they're not really on the market. Yet concern number two is when you scroll down here, and you see, the processor is a MediaTek, the men city 800.

Why are they using a different processor on the T-Mobile variant? The ATT velvet is using the snapdragon 765 Verizon velvet is using the snapdragon 765g. Why is the T-Mobile variant using a MediaTek density? A quick google gets you a benchmark where this 2504 is that MediaTek processor 2891 is the snapdragon. So obviously there's not a huge difference in the raw power here, but if there's anything that we've learned from Samsung's phones that can either use snapdragon or their own custom-made chips, even though their chips are relatively similar. As far as speed goes, you know, battery life is different and the image processing pipeline is different. It's all it's usually worse.

Why is T-Mobile the only one getting a MediaTek processor? What is this going to mean for battery life? What is this going to mean for the image processing? I mean I like the look of the velvet. You know what I mean, and I'd love to get this dude with that dual screen case, but you know 588. So, let's say 600 dollars, plus 200 more dollars for the dual screen case right. Full price of the v60 is 809 you're, getting a snapdragon 865 a 5 000 William hour battery, almost certainly a better camera array. Why would I buy the lg velvet if the dual screen case is what I'm after, which is, which is true, so guys just some concerns.

I wanted to share with you guys, if you're watching for the lg velvet look out, just maybe hold off and be patient and maybe think about this a little before you move forward. That's all I've got for you this time until next time stay nerdy, my friends, if you enjoy my content, please consider becoming a scary if literal member you'll get access to a bunch of emoticons to use with live streams and a shout-out on an upcoming video thanks, as always for your continued support.
