Samsung Tab a7 lite vs Tab A7 speed test By Fred's Aquariums and electronics

Hey once this be a speed test and f opening speed test here between the a7 light and then the a7 here uh. So this is about 10.5 inches. This is about 8.7 or so uh. So at first I wanted to show off geek bench five. I already ran these off-screen. You see this has 171 for single uh.

This is 316. And multi is 859 compared to 1415. If you guys do this on your own devices, you'll probably get a little off from that, as every device is a little different, but you can see this definitely has a bit more power than this does, especially in that multi-core. This is running. Actually a media type processor, don't know why they chose to do that with Samsung, it's just like the amazons.

They use MediaTek as well. This is using a mt-8768wt outscore. This is actually running the snapdragon 662 OCTA core as well. So that is your geek bench five squares uh. Nothing else open both connected to the same Wi-Fi both about the same brightness, both basically everything the same for the most part, as close as you can get here.

On that uh, both these have three gigabytes of ram and 32 gigabytes of storage that matters to you. I don't know uh. Both these actually have headphone jacks on the bottom. Both have USB type-c. This has two speakers, one on top one on the bottom.

This has four two on top two on bottom uh, yeah, they're, actually pretty nice and actually side by side. Here. I think the a7 is actually a little skinnier than by hair than the light, which is kind of interesting uh. Both these are nice. Both made of, I believe, is aluminum uh.

They both may have a good material uh, let's go ahead and get into the speed test uh, so we're going to do like I said, app opening and internet first we're going to start off with the internet, speed test using chrome on both of these. So one two three. Hopefully my fingers will work today, and we'll hit everything about the same time. Here I will go to Pok?mon uh both have had their internet histories deleted. To make this fair, I almost hit something with my palm on the a7 uh one two three.

I want you to notice, though, when we're going into Pok?mon. com here. This does not do the desktop website right away. This one does uh even with that being said that one's still one, but of course you need to go into settings and then go to desktop website, and it does it for you, and then we'll go into Pok?dex so somewhere about here on the screen after I hit this Pok?dex, there will be a little box with your stats pay attention to that uh kind of interesting here. So one two three with Venus, let's see so this box, it just appears it is with the blue bars uh on the light.

For some reason on the light, you know it's a bit less on power. It gives you the actual motion, so it's up and down which I find really cool. I really wish all devices did that it's just a nice little touch and that's what it's supposed to do of course, uh! That's that you see they're they're, both pretty very similar on Pok?mon's website. It's not a hard website for things to load. Next, we'll go to Best Buy's website, which is a bit harder for things to vote.

It seems one two three um I said most tablets have a little not like issue, but they have a little of issue loading this in quick once you're, actually looking for things on things like uh, say mac books or Samsung's computers, uh extra pages here so a7 is gonna, win again we'll go into this MacBook here, and you can see the a7 is going to be quicker, and while this is loading in the US, the pricing on these guys is at normal price 160 for the base model compared to 230 for the a7 based model. This one was on sale by for 130 bucks. When I bought this, it was down, I think, 200. So pricing isn't that much of difference here. So you can see this.

One already has most of this stuff loaded. This one is having it's still trying to get there. Well, that shows wrong. That's still going to go ahead and just hit the computer there get that to pop up, hopefully, on the light, maybe hit that again he's got love technology, one doesn't work for you when you're trying to show off things there we go. I don't know why that took it so long that my testing is before this video did not have that issue.

I took a few moments longer than the a7, but not not that much nice we'll go into the Google Play Store one two three. This is running the dark theme. This is running the light theme. I don't think that matters you guys. Let me know if it does, if I don't think it matters here, I'm going to go ahead and hit Roblox.

That's the issue with apps uh gaming. Apps I find is that everything has updates. Every time you go into a game. You have an update. All right we'll get out of that.

That's going to asphalt, 8 uh! I just updated this on both of these before right before this video one, two three, so it should load without any issues. Um because, like I said just did it. Sorry, if you guys see the dragon and the screens here, uh good time talk about screens, they are decent screens. I think they're both about the same that scared me. I thought my vine was off on both uh.

They actually load in a little faster, interesting uh. Both are very good screens, I'd, say they're, basically, the same type of screen uh. Both look the same to me, of course one's just bigger than the other yeah, and they're, both very nice. Looking screens, I would have issued no issue. I'd have no issue if I had to use either all the time.

Okay, hopefully we can just get out of this pop him anything bloop there we go nice, we'll go into YouTube, and we'll do a speaker test here. One two. Three then, after that we'll open up like some random apps, and then we'll re, open everything uh. So we'll go into royalty, free, music, one two three. I think both these are aimed at the same type of consumer uh, which is just your general consumer uh that isn't trying to do anything too fancy on their tablet or computer or whatever they might be, trying to buy um.

Just one is smaller than the other, as well as not as quick as the other for a little cheaper. I really wish they would use the same processor in this that this has uh. I mean it is smaller device, and it is a cheaper device um. So I really wish they would have used the same uh same processor, both have three gigabytes of ram uh. Now this is broken to the ads.

While it's doing ads uh, this one again is 100 or 160 dollars up to 200. If you buy the 200 version in the US here, 100 200 version, it actually has 4 gigabytes of ram and 3 64 gigabytes of storage or, as far as you know, you guys can't remember if I'm wrong the 64 gigabyte version of this guy still only has three gigabytes of ram. But again you guys. Let me know if that is incorrect. I will start off with a little one here and speaker.

Oh, it's not bad again. That is up by the way. It's not the loudest. Um say it's a little louder than like the Amazon's eight-inch version is. I wish I would do a video comparing them as well um, but yeah then you'll hear this one uh make sure this van is up by the way.

Uh there's. Definitely a difference in uh. Speaker here me. So there's definitely difference here. This is definitely louder and a bit better sounding uh.

That's not to say this. One is bad or anything it just, and it sounds good. It just isn't as loud as the bigger a7 is there next we'll go into pictures uh. This actually has some stuff from my gaming channel. This one has nothing on it, I'm going to the clock here, then we can uh not do Samsung notes, I don't know what actually is on there going to calendar here.

All right, then we'll just reopen up. Everything first is chrome again. Both these have three gigabytes of ram, so no reload, no reloads. That is excellent. So far, both are very good yep.

There we go all right. Now we go into geek bench here or not going to geek bench. That was weird uh that did reload, though there's some way, both of them did that's weird I feel like that is very weird. Then we go into asphalt, 8 again and, of course, my volume's still on uh that did not reload. That did weird very weird I did see this does have a bit of a higher uh processor rate.

Actually, okay, you guys. Let me know how weird that is. I feel, like that's super weird we're back into YouTube's yeah there we go both are good on that, I'm actually trying to account on this one. So that's. Why he's trying to make me sign to an account uh there we go all right, so both of them had to reload geek bench, for whatever reason- and this had to reload uh asphalt- I'm very surprised at that.

Otherwise, they're both the same and reloading stuff go back into there huh interesting, so I actually did a reload again uh. Okay, you guys. Let me know what your thoughts are, that that's weird to me, that's very, very weird uh. This must have a little of a better ram system in it a bit better ram in it, they're both the same at three gigs uh. So you guys, let me know what you think.

This definitely kept things open, better um for whatever reason, and then this is a bit faster and, of course, a bit bigger and a bit more money again you guys. Let me know what you think leave me.
