Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G Screens Comparison

What's up guys will h-tech review back with another video. So I want to look at the displays on two of my favorite devices that I have here right now, do a little comparison and talk about some things I like about them. Some of the things I don't like- and just this is just a little video that I wanted to make so uh. I got the Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra 5g over here, and I got the Samsung Galaxy z4 2 5g over here now the Samsung Galaxy z4 2 has two displays. It's got this outer display, and it has an inner display that we're going to get to in a minute uh the Samsung Galaxy note 20 only has one. So, let's get into a little of the specs on the displays.

First, so Samsung Galaxy, z4 2 has a 6.9 inch display the resolution on it is 1440 by 30 88, 496 PPI. This has corn and gorilla glass vectors, and this is dynamic. AMOLED uh, 120, hertz, refresh rate HDR 10 plus. So this is a beautiful, beautiful display. Now, on the uh Samsung Galaxy z, fold 2, the outer display on here is a 6.2 inch display 2260 by 816 pixels. It's an amulet display 60hz refresh rate, and it is a nice display, but it's definitely a lot smaller than the Samsung Galaxy z fold too.

Now I'll talk about the specs on the inner display when we get to that. So, as you guys see, has some beautiful colors here I picked this wallpaper because it has a wide spectrum of colors, blacks, yellows, reds and both of them look excellent man. They both have very beautiful displays, but, as you can see, one of them is a lot bigger than the other one and uh. I do have issues with this string being smaller. I wish they would make it a little wider.

So let's look at a few things here. Let's look at Twitter on both of these devices, and I'll show you some things here. So let's get twitter open here, so here's twitter on both of them. They both look good but uh. You get so much more over here for a wider look at Twitter over here than you do on the uh Samsung Galaxy z, fold too.

So this is viewable and enjoyable, but I really like this a lot more over here, so the next z-fold I hope they have a lot bigger display on the outside of it. So that's twitter. Let's go ahead and look at something like uh esp non both of these, so there's esp non both of them. So as you see uh, you get a lot. Bigger preview of the video that's going on.

Coca went off on them last night, so uh, as you see a lot bigger here and for a person like me that wear glasses. This is a lot better over here now. I know this device is meant to be used open, just point out some things that I don't like about. The outside display. Whites look white if you click into one of these stores here now.

This is not about speed or anything, but here it is, as you guys see, you just get a lot more here, and then I don't know if these will rotate and uh yeah they'll rotate into landscape mode, and, as you see you just get so much more here than you do over there, so small comparisons uh about what I don't like about the outside display over here. So if you're, not somewhere, where you can open this up, that's what you're going to get so one last little thing here I want to look at is YouTube watching YouTube on the comparison with the outside videos here, uh display. So let's go to my channel and here's my channel. So if you guys see so, I've pointed out already- and we already know that this is going to be a lot smaller, let's go back over here than that, because it's a 6.2 versus 6.9. So let's look at a video here that note want to constantly rotate.

So, let's go to this video here, I'm going to stop it all right. So here are the two videos I'm going to go ahead and play it turn the volume down. So this is what you get when you're looking at them. Both of them are pretty small when you got it in a portrait mode here, but you do get a bigger video over here, so when you turn them into landscape now you see you get a lot more video here than you do over here and even when you pinch this out, it's weird, that's very weird! Let me go ahead and pinch this out, but the aspect ratio over here is so weird that I don't even like using this. So those are a few of the comparisons uh using this on the outside display here, so go ahead and close that out.

So now, where the note 20 is going to shine is right here when I open this up so now, when you look at this whew, this is where I love this device, and I'm going to miss it when I have to send it in to apple. So this display right here when you have it open, is a 7.6 inch resolution 2208 by 1768, 370 2 PPI does have the 120 hertz refresh rate as well dynamic, amulet and uh, so that is it that's the comparison and, as you guys see uh. This is just awesome right here. So now, let's go back into some of those app here. Let's go back to twitter again.

Uh twitter is twitter in comparison. So now this is how this device has really hooked me over here uh. I don't get to see as much on Twitter over here on this one, but it's so much easier on me and my eyes, a guy that wears glasses. This is so much better on my eyes right here. So let me see if I can find that same picture there- probably not, but you got a full picture here and uh articles and everything is just great.

So, let's get out of twitter, let's go to what else we wrote ESPN. Let's look at ESPN again here. So here's ESPN: let's go back to the beginning page here, so you see brown brawn there you get so much more here. This is like a mini tablet. Man, that's what I love about this.

So if we go into landscape mode here it is- and let's look at some articles down here, so there's uh, Aaron Rodgers can't really get him all into the picture, but you get him over here. So let's click on uh, uh article here. So let's click on that one. Let's click on this one and there it is so here's the story read it over here in comparison to there. So you get so much more, and we know it because this is 7.6 inches now versus 6.9. So just point out what I like about this device: it's a miniature tablet.

So now, let's go back to YouTube, check out YouTube, so YouTube over here. All right, so skip trial, skip trial. Now back to my video here, let's go ahead and play it on both. Now you see the difference beautiful over here beautiful. They both have great colors, the colors, not the thing there.

Let me go ahead and swap this over pinch. It back to normal, as you guys see so this is. This is a good size right here. No, no doubt about it. It's a good size uh, but you just get so much more with the note with the Galaxy Z fold too, just beautiful both of them.

So let's go ahead and pinch it out now this kind of blows it out of proportion over here, because it's not, you know this is this- is really huge, and it's not uh optimized for this size. But if you wanted to watch something like this fully expanded and that's what you get now with this all the way expanded uh pinched out compatible with this, so both are nice, but this is the reason why I love these Samsung XL galaxy z42 display because of just how big and nice it is. The wallpaper, as you guys see, is really nice. So uh one more thing: let's look at some books looking at viewing books on here. So let me open up that app.

So, let's go to uh, let's go to playbooks over here and let's go to playbooks over here. So let's go ahead and open up this book. Let's open up this book so there now you see just the size share size of looking at these books and even if I put it in landscape mode, which wouldn't be ideal to read books on the note 20 like this, but you could, you see so uh yeah man, that's why I just love this device and the size of it, and it's practically. You know a tablet in your pocket. MacBook mini over there.

I'm trying this in to get the thousand dollars worth of credit. So anyway, that is my look at the two displays here or three displays. You can almost say: uh between the Samsung Galaxy, z, phone 2 and Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra both of them are nice. That's the one I like catch, you guys in the next video will h-tech review I'm out now.
