Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite | The best value for money tablet, for doing tablet things By Unbox Everything PH

Hey, what's up guys Mao here for unbox everything today we are unboxing this, the Samsung Galaxy tab, s6 lite. Now this is one of Samsung's latest tablets that they released in 2020. It came out alongside the s7 and s7 plus or a bit before that, but this is the light version of their previous flagship device. The Samsung Galaxy tab s6, which was a really, really great tablet, but now they came out with the light version. So this is what I'm going to be unboxing for you today reviewing giving you just a first impression and close look at what you get in the box and how it performs after you set it up and all that, so it's going to be good, but before we open it up, I just want to tell you guys why I picked it up and why the s6 lite well, it's because it is half the price of their flagship tablets and uh in terms of the specs. It can do what I need it to do.

So people would wonder you know why is it only half the price and, of course there are compromises that had to be made, but the areas that it lacked compared to the flagship ones? Well, the flagship ones are. You know they kind of try to be two-in-ones that replace laptops and can do graphic, intensive work and gaming and all that. But for someone like me, who has a dedicated laptop to do all of my video editing my gaming, my graphics, intensive work, I don't really need another device that can fill that in, so I wanted to get a tablet that could just do it tablet things for reading e-books for sketching with a pen which is one of the things that I really like about this- that it comes with a pen more on that later, but yeah. So I wanted to do more taboo tablet, more tablet stuff with uh this. So that's why I was really happy to see that they released a light version to do exactly just what I needed to do.

So, if you're not looking for heavy specs, this might be the one for you. So, let's get into it but check this out. The box got the pen there. Let you know that the pen is included. No additional cost got that up front there we go there.

We go all right here. We go put that aside and up front. Furthermore, we got a case, so it's a magnet case that attaches really great that they included it in the box. I know that this costs um a good price, because it's the official one for Samsung, but it's great, that they included it right in the box and next up front. We got over here is the tablet itself, so we'll open this up a little, but let's just finish: what's inside the box, so in here we got charger, yup still got chargers, and we've got an USB type-c charging cable, and it comes with some Samsung earbuds.

These actually look pretty good. You know they got the controls and stuff uh yeah, not the ordinary kind of really cheap earphones. This one actually looks pretty good so happy about that. What else we got here? We've got instruction manual sim ejector tool, because this is the version that comes with a sim card slot, so you can have your data and your LTE right on the tablet and of course, the last thing that it comes with. Is the s pen that's right included without any additional cost.

You don't need to buy it. Um, like the Apple iPad, where you'll have to get uh spend extra money to get a pen. It comes right in the box with the Samsung uh tab, s6 lite, so really cool. We'll try this out in a bit as well, and now the unboxing of the s pen. There we go there.

It is right. There is the pen right cool. Now, we've got the case. Unboxing of the case got a little piece of foam inside and there's a case got a slot for the pen go just like that: magnet right, really cool. That is the case perfect case.

Look at the texture on that feels really nice and feels really premium inside really soft material. So it doesn't uh. You know mess with your tablet and then, of course, you've got magnet where you can store the pen just like that, and we'll put this on later, alright and now time for the Samsung Galaxy tab, s6 light, let's open it up, okay got more uh, more plastics to peel all right. So here's a tablet up front. So you can see this is the size.

This screen is 10.4 inches across, and it is an LCD panel. So it's not AMOLED or OLED, but uh. It still looks pretty good, and we can turn it on in a bit. But here's the back as well. You can see it's got like that.

Brush aluminum kind of finish feels really premium uh, but, as you can see, it's got some. You know fingerprint can you know get all over it, but that's why it's good that it comes with a case and again looks really. Nice is the size for me. It is kind of like the perfect size for a tablet, and I put on a tempered glass right away, um from the bath, because I like to keep my stuff protected on the bottom. We got the charger USB type c and then the speaker grilles on the bottom and the top.

So you got that stereo sound got the button on the side turn on and the volume rockers okay. Here we go so while turns on this is the 128 gig variant of the storage, and it has four gigabytes of ram again. It's got Wi-Fi and the sim card slot for LTE connections, and it is the onyx black is what I believe, or onyx gray is the color that I got as well. There we go, and it's on so note that there is no fingerprint in the display or fingerprint anywhere on it, but it uses uh face unlock, or you can just do the normal kind of uh finger pattern or passcode yeah. That's what's called passcode haven't used one of those in a long time, but the facial recognition should be good.

Let's set that up and see how it is so. This is what the screen looks like really great display. I don't think that it's a bad screen. It runs at 60 hertz, so it doesn't have that 120 hertz, like the uh s7 plus, but it's a perfect screen good for consuming media watching Netflix YouTube all that stuff. But one of the main reasons that I wanted to get a tablet is for um sketching for doing art.

So I want to try out the pen right now: let's open up um the pen up app and here we've got the pen, so let's just try it out and see how it is. I don't know it's a weird smiley face really smiley face and then, let's just say, subscribe, that's right! If you haven't yet please do subscribe. I got weekly content just like this one. Actually, the latency on this isn't at all bad. So I know that it's not as good as the um tab, s7 and all that, but I really don't feel any problem with it.

So, as you can see, I'm really happy with how this pen is working. So that's really cool again. The pen does not need to be charged, so it loses some of that Bluetooth functionality like using it as a remote, but I don't think I would ever really use that. I want to use the pen as a pen, so that's perfect, and it connects magnetically over here on the side. It's not gonna fall off, so that is it for the tablet.

For now, I'm going to be doing some more tests and really using it uh using it for the next couple of weeks. Let me know if you want to see a more in-depth review, but again I got this because I wanted to read more books. I wanted to sketch again use it for art and again watch. You know YouTube videos and Netflix on this, and I think that it's pretty good. So let me know what you think.
