Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 Follow Up Review By Will's Gadgets and More

What's up guys, this is, will that we linked tech review back with another video, and today we're going to be taking another look, a follow-up! Look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab s, 6! So I'll pick this device up, maybe close to a month ago now, and I just want to come back and to let you guys know what I think about using this device. After that time, give you my opinion on it and let you feel what I think about it. So, first off, let's talk about the build quality on this, so you can see. This thing is very light compact and just a beautifully crafted device. This has an aluminum build on the back of it. You do have a little slap right here for your S, Pen and I will tell you one thing: this is one thing that I don't like about the tablet so much, and it's the placement of the s-pen, because it's very easy to knock this pan off and so that design.

It's nothing that I like so on the on this end of it. As you can see, you got dual speakers on it. On the end of it, it has part speakers, but you got your type C charging port there as well. On this side, you've got your Pogo pins in case you want to buy the keyboard for that they put out and on the other end, you have two more speakers. Along with a microphone hold on the back of it, you do have dual cameras on the back: got a 13, megapixel camera and also a 5 megapixel camera.

It takes great photos and videos, you can do ultra-wide things of that nature and then, on this side you got your power, your volume up and down. You do have your micro SD card slot right there and then on the front of it. Let me get to the front so the front you do have a 5, an 8 megapixel camera on the front of it. So we'll get into the cameras a little later more later, but the build quality is verified, as you can see, very lightweight, 14.8, 2 ounces and just a beautifully crafted device. Now I have the mountain brave, but it also comes in cloud blue and rose brunt.

Blush so the build quality is excellent, as you can see, metal bezels going around here, and I haven't I, haven't even bought a case or three protect anything I've been rocking it just like this, and it's held up well. I did see. I have one little stretch and I did pick this up from Best Buy as an open box and excellent condition device. So the isolate next, let's talk about this display, so this is a beautiful display. Samsung makes the best displays out there.

Some of the best displays out there- and this is no exception right here. So you got a ten point. Five inches, Super AMOLED display 1600 by 2560 resolution, and you got a 288 PPI. Now this thing is a 1.93 on the strain to body ratio. So very little bellies here, like I, said I would, I wish.

This would be a little bigger, 11 or 12 inches, and it would be perfect, but, as you can see, the colors on this or absolutely sunny with this fall paper. I have here- and this is just stunning, with the picture quality on this so for watching movies, videos, videos playing video games and watching Netflix YouTube. This thing it produces some great colors and very responsive and I. Just don't have any problems with the display on here, so at all, I get pretty good battery life out of this. The battery on this thing is a 70 40 billion battery.

They advertise it for nine hours, I'm, probably getting six seven eight hours at a time depends on what I'm doing so battery life. It's great and I know. It is right now to display your probably this up. All the way with the bright lights in here I've got it on adaptive, but yeah you can run this thing and battery life is always subjective. You've got to do different things with your tablet than I do a mine but yeah it.

It performs. Well, the display looks great as well so talking about performance, so this thing is rocking Qualcomm, Snapdragon 855 processor. This has the 640 GPU. When I have has 8 gigabytes around other than 20 gigabytes of storage, you can get it up to 256 gigabytes, and you can put in a micro SD card in here. This run is Android 5 off the box, and this thing is speedy fast.

It doesn't have the 128 190 Hertz, refresh rate made of that Bay, but, as you can see, performs well, no starters hiccups. All your apps are going to open up, ready, fast, you're going to be able to stroll through stuff really quick. Let's see, let's go in here, so it performs well now you know which Samsung devices you can always have all kind of multiple things going on split screen, floating bubbles, all that stuff with your Samsung devices, and as you see this thing here, is its just doing what it's supposed to do. No problem with performance on this I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab. As for this, one is definitely speeding quicker and definitely a better performance.

Now, if you're, watching your movies and things of that nature, you do not, as I mentioned earlier, have your Court speakers. You do also have Dolby Atmos on here. So that's going to enhance your sound quality. Very much! This thing puts our great, sound and speakers. You will definitely won't be disappointed by the sound on this thing.

So next, let's talk about the s-pen, so the S Pen has been redesigned, as you can see. I like the way doesn't feel a little better I, don't care for the way it connects to the back of the tablet, but it feels good in the hand, and you still have your regular sweep dressing things you can do here. As you can see, you got your creation a note and, with the creation a note, go ahead and get that open. This writes very well feels like you're, almost writing on paper, and it's just very responsive, very little latency at all, as you guys can see, and it works well. So do have your certain gestures that you have with this.

This is now Bluetooth and if we go into the menu here and check out the different features that you have with the s-pen, and you find it here, so let's go into the S fan. So now, as you can see, you can unlock with the S fan remote. You got your straight off memo, a view corner shortcuts that you can set up floating icons when the S Pen removed. You can see what you want to do with it. Furthermore, you can control your sound and things of that nature and the S Pen is a lot more as a lot more features than that it was dead before so, if you and your camera, you can hold it down, take a picture, so I'm just dead switch modes here, just by swiping over to the side, as you guys can see so yeah.

It forms a lot of different features. With this. This pin you can stand over and take a selfie or whatever you need just a lot of features with the new S Pen here trying to get out of this. Alright, so I do have it set. If I press it one time, then it'll go right to YouTube.

I'm going to go ahead and hold it down, and it pops me right into YouTube, as you guys see. So you got a lot of neat features with the S fan. That's built into this model. This design this time, alright guys. So next we're going to talk about Samsung's decks, so decks is a feature that Samsung has incorporated with a bunch of their devices here lately.

So I'm back with the Samsung Galaxy S8 devices and X is a desktop type environment that you have on your tablet and your you can hook up. I can go to extend this month. This display to a bigger monitor if I want, so I can have a keyboard. A mouse and I can really do some work on this and, if I wanted to Dexter's a virus you can see here on this. This play is set up almost like a PC or a Mac, or something like that, but you can have multiple app store it at the same time, so I can have Facebook on here.

I can go in and if I wanted to work on a work on a docket or something looking for Google Docs here, I could be working on that and go ahead and search for it, and you also have a little floating keyboard here. So you don't have to have that in your way. Let's just open up drive here if I want to get somehow to drive and also if I wanted to say, watch a YouTube video that I could do all of this. At the same time, so I could be looking at my drive over here on Facebook here and if I wanted to play a video I go over to will each track review here, and I'll pick out. One of my videos I want to watch so now.

This is true multitasking here you know I'm, watching a video I'm doing something over here as well, and so that's the DEX environment right there you hook you up for miles keyboard and, like I, said earlier. If this display looks a little bigger, 11 12 inches- and this would be definitely be awesome to get out of DEX here. So that's the DEX environment. Another thing I like about this. This tablet- it is it ever grace well with my Samsung Galaxy Note man through an app called flow Samsung flow with flow I can mirror my display over here.

I can transfer files back and forth between the two devices with ease just kind of like a drop on the iPad. This work, just as fast drops files very quickly if I wanted to use this as a bigger display, if I'm out, somewhere and I, don't have Wi-Fi signal the mayor stream Baron. It's called Smart View on this, turns this into a bigger display for me to watch videos, movies or whatever, and it works exceptionally well. I, really like the way that is integrated and so far I've been really enjoying this device. So, let's get to the last part.

I want to talk about. I want to talk about the price of this, so I picked it up for about $100 cheaper with some points that I had, and they gave me a $50 card for getting it and I got an open box, so it rose about 650 straight off. The bat, but if you can pick it up, find deals on it, open box or whatever you don't mind doing that, but in comparison to the new iPads getting the Apple ecosystem, then naturally you're going to pick up that. But this thing performs well. You can do a lot of things.

You have five minutes, but on here you can use SD cards SS these hard drives all that can be hooked up to this, and you can work directly from that, and it has great batteries and the prices rotate, which is cheaper than the high pass or normal. Furthermore, you can actually add an SD card in here too, so I think it's a great Buy I, like it, I do like I, do have both I do have an iPad as well, but I tend to use this one because I, like the colors a little better anyway, guys has to look at that's my look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab s, 6 forgot to mention playing games. I, don't have a lot of games, I'm, not a game gamer per se, but it does do pretty well. I got the Madden I got the baseball there. Some other games flip diving out old, Altos adventure.

All of these games start up well as far as dodgy and some of these other games that you guys like to play I'm, not a gamer. So you may, you don't want to look for another channel that really checks out the gaming on it. But all the games open up well I may throw a little footage in here from me playing some of these games, so you guys can see but yeah guys, that's my one month or three weeks or whatever it is review on this, and I'll make some more videos catch.
